As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the cosmetic with the function of removing freckles from skin according to the present invention is prepared by the following preparation method, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of herbal extracts: drying the raw materials of the herbal extracts and grinding them into powders respectively, and then sieving the powders with a 30-mesh sieve; respectively adding ethanol solution which is 8-10 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the ethanol concentration of the ethanol solution is 50-80 percent respectively; soaking for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 25-30 ℃; finally, performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction on the mixture, centrifuging, filtering and refluxing ethanol to the supernatant, and finally performing secondary filtration to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extract;
s2: preparing a fruit extracting solution: cleaning and sterilizing raw materials of the fruit extract respectively, cutting into square small blocks with the side length of 2-5cm, mixing the small blocks, pouring the small blocks into a reaction device, and starting the reaction device to obtain fruit juice with high purity; sieving the obtained fruit juice by a 40-mesh sieve, and storing under a sealed and light-free condition for later use;
s3: preparation of fruit powder: opening the reaction device, taking out the fruit residues obtained after the juice is extracted in the S2, naturally drying the fruit residues in the dark, and then grinding and sieving the dried fruit residues by a 30-mesh sieve to obtain fruit powder;
s4: preparing the cosmetics: sequentially pouring the obtained herbal extract, fruit extractive solution and fruit powder into a stirring container, mixing and stirring for 10-30min, and standing at 20-25 deg.C for 5-10 hr to obtain cosmetic product;
the cosmetic with the skin freckle removing and repairing function comprises the following raw materials: 20-30 parts by weight of herbal extract, 40-50 parts by weight of fruit extract and 30-40 parts by weight of fruit powder; the preparation raw materials of the herbal extract comprise 10-15 parts by weight of saffron crocus, 10-15 parts by weight of lucid ganoderma, 5-10 parts by weight of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 5-10 parts by weight of mint; the preparation raw materials of the fruit extracting solution comprise 20-25 parts by weight of bananas, 20-30 parts by weight of tomatoes and 10-15 parts by weight of kiwi fruits;

According to the invention, the herbal medicines and fruits are used as raw materials, and the use of chemical products is reduced, so that the finally prepared cosmetics are safer and more environment-friendly and are more easily accepted by users; in addition, fruit waste residues generated in the preparation process of the fruit extracting solution are fully utilized, so that vitamins contained in the fruit waste residues are fully utilized, and the generation of garbage is reduced; in addition, because the tomatoes belong to photosensitive fruits, the beneficial components in the tomatoes can be decomposed in the sun, and in order to ensure the quality of cosmetics, the prepared fruit extracting solution is stored in the dark.
Example one cosmetic finished product prepared according to the preparation method of the present invention in combination with a reaction apparatus provided by the present invention was used as an experimental group;
any one of the finished cosmetics with the skin freckle removing and repairing functions is taken from the market as a control group 1;
selecting a part of preparation raw materials which are the same as the experimental group according to the following preparation method, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of herbal extracts: drying the raw materials of the herbal extracts and grinding them into powders respectively, and then sieving the powders with a 30-mesh sieve; respectively adding ethanol solution which is 8-10 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the ethanol concentration of the ethanol solution is 50-80 percent respectively; soaking for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 25-30 ℃; finally, performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction on the mixture, centrifuging, filtering and refluxing ethanol to the supernatant, and finally performing secondary filtration to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extract;
s2: preparing a fruit extracting solution: cleaning and sterilizing raw materials of the fruit extract respectively, cutting into square small blocks with the side length of 2-5cm, mixing the small blocks, pouring the small blocks into a reaction device, and starting the reaction device to obtain fruit juice with high purity; sieving the obtained fruit juice by a 40-mesh sieve, and storing under a sealed and light-free condition for later use;

s4: preparing the cosmetics: sequentially pouring the obtained herbal extract, fruit extractive solution and fruit powder into a stirring container, mixing and stirring for 10-30min, and standing at 20-25 deg.C for 5-10 hr to obtain cosmetic product;
the reaction device adopted in S2 is a conventional raw material extraction device in the production process of cosmetics in the market, and the raw material extraction device has the same action type as the reaction device provided by the present invention, and the prepared finished cosmetics are used as a control group 2.
Example two freckle-removing repair effect experiments:
1. selecting experimental objects: randomly selecting 80 women with the age of 20-50 years from subjects to be detected (voluntarily registering, signing an informed consent and approved by an ethical committee), wherein the subjects to be detected belong to women with different degrees of chloasma, freckles and other color spots on the face and dark and lusterless facial skin;
2. implementation of the experimental method: subjects were randomly divided into 4 groups of 20 persons each; applying the cosmetics corresponding to the experimental group, the control group 1 and the control group 2 in the first embodiment to the groups 1, 2 and 3 respectively, and taking the group 4 as a blank control group; during the experiment, 1 group of experimental subjects, 2 groups of experimental subjects and 3 groups of experimental subjects should apply corresponding cosmetics on the same area of the face in equal amount at regular time each day, and the experiment time lasts for 5 weeks; the subjects in group 4 stopped using all cosmetics during the 5 week period, and group 1, group 2 and group 3 stopped using all cosmetics except the experimental requirements during the 5 week period, and all subjects should ensure that the outdoor activity time per day is approximately the same;
3. analysis of experimental results: every other week, the investigators respectively count the speckle removing rate of the area of each group of the experimental subjects, wherein the speckle removing rate is the proportion of the reduced speckle area to the speckle area before the experiment; respectively eliminating the highest value and the lowest value in each group of spot removing rate, and calculating and rounding to obtain an average value, wherein the obtained average value represents the total spot removing rate of each group; summarizing the change records of the freckle removing rate of each group in five weeks into a table;

it can be seen visually from the data analysis line graph that with the change of time, the freckle removing rate of the face of the experimental subject in the groups 1 and 3 is obviously higher than that of the group 2, and at the end of the 5 th week, the freckle removing rate of the face smearing area of the experimental subject in the groups 1 and 3 is close to 100%, which indicates that the facial freckles of the experimental subject are basically cured; compared with the existing cosmetics in the market, the cosmetics obtained by the preparation method have more excellent skin freckle removing and repairing functions for users, and the freckles on the facial skin of the users are reduced quickly and disappear more thoroughly after the cosmetics are used; in addition, the freckle removing rate of the group 1 is obviously higher than that of the group 3, the freckle removing rate of the group 1 is close to 100% in the fourth week, and the freckle removing rate of the group 3 is close to the group 1 in the fifth week, which shows that the increase speed of the freckle removing rate of the group 1 is obviously higher than that of the group 3, and the time required by the cosmetics prepared by matching the preparation method provided by the invention with the working device for curing the freckles is shorter; therefore, under the condition of adopting the same raw materials and method steps, compared with the conventional raw material extraction device, the working device provided by the invention can be used for more fully extracting the effective components in the raw materials, so that the finished cosmetic product prepared by the working device provided by the invention has more obvious improvement effect.

As a specific embodiment of the present invention, the end of the first plate 24 is uniformly provided with flipping teeth 242, the end of the flipping teeth 242 inclines towards the direction close to the bottom of the reaction cylinder 11, and the flipping teeth 242 are made of an elastic material; during operation, because the plant material contains plant fibers, the turning teeth 242 are uniformly arranged at the end part of the first plate 24, so that when the first plate 24 rotates, the end part of the turning teeth 242 is inserted into the plant material in the gap between the first plate 24 and the turning plate 23, and the plant material is kept fixed; plant fibers in the plant raw materials are wound on the turning teeth 242, so that the rotating first plate 24 drives more plant raw materials at the bottom to move to the upper side, and the plant raw materials close to the bottom in the reaction cylinder 11 are fully extruded by the grinding block 13; the turning teeth 242 rotating with the first plate 24 further stir the accumulated reaction raw materials, so that the reaction raw materials in the reaction cylinder 11 are mixed more uniformly; in addition, because the turning teeth 242 are made of elastic material, when the turning teeth 242 are pressed, they are elastically deformed, so that the size of the gap between the turning teeth 242 is changed, and the plant material attached to the gap between the turning teeth 242 is forced to be separated from the turning teeth 242, thereby ensuring that the turning teeth 242 can normally function.

s1: preparation of herbal extracts: drying the raw materials of the herbal extracts and grinding them into powders respectively, and then sieving the powders with a 30-mesh sieve; respectively adding ethanol solution which is 8-10 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the ethanol concentration of the ethanol solution is 50-80 percent respectively; soaking for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 25-30 ℃; finally, performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction on the mixture, centrifuging, filtering and refluxing ethanol to the supernatant, and finally performing secondary filtration to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extract;
s2: preparing a fruit extracting solution: cleaning and sterilizing raw materials of the fruit extract respectively, cutting into square small blocks with the side length of 2-5cm, mixing the small blocks, pouring the small blocks into a reaction device, and starting the reaction device to obtain fruit juice with high purity; sieving the obtained fruit juice by a 40-mesh sieve, and storing under a sealed and light-free condition for later use;
s3: preparation of fruit powder: opening the reaction device, taking out the fruit residues obtained after the juice is extracted in the S2, naturally drying the fruit residues in the dark, and then grinding and sieving the dried fruit residues by a 30-mesh sieve to obtain fruit powder;
s4: preparing the cosmetics: sequentially pouring the obtained herbal extract, fruit extractive solution and fruit powder into a stirring container, mixing and stirring for 10-30min, and standing at 20-25 deg.C for 5-10 hr to obtain cosmetic product;
the reaction device adopted in the S2 comprises a grinding unit (1) and a material turning unit (2), wherein the grinding unit (1) comprises a reaction cylinder (11), a cylinder cover (111), a base (112), a feeding hole (113), a discharging hole (114), a first pipe (12), a first screen mesh (121), a grinding block (13), a first shaft (131), a fixed sleeve (132), a driving gear (133) and a second shaft (134), the cylinder cover (111) is installed at the top of the reaction cylinder (11), the base (112) is installed at the bottom of the reaction cylinder (11), and the feeding hole (113) is formed in the side wall of the reaction cylinder (11); a discharge hole (114) is formed in the bottom of the reaction cylinder (11), the end of the first tube (12) is embedded into the discharge hole (114), the first tube (12) is communicated with the outside, and a first screen mesh (121) is arranged on the inner wall of the first tube (12); a first shaft (131) is arranged in the middle of the inside of the reaction cylinder (11), a grinding block (13) is arranged at the bottom of the first shaft (131), the lower bottom surface of the grinding block (13) is in a downward-bent arc shape, and the bottom surface of the reaction cylinder (11) is in a downward-bent arc shape; the top of the first shaft (131) is embedded into a fixed sleeve (132) arranged on the lower surface of the cylinder cover (111), and the top of the first shaft (131) is connected with the lower surface of the cylinder cover (111) through a spring; a first groove (135) is formed in the side surface of the first shaft (131), a first rack (136) is arranged on the inner surface of the first groove (135), and a driving gear (133) is arranged on one side of the first rack (136); the driving gear (133) is an arc gear, the driving gear (133) is connected with a motor arranged on the outer side of the reaction cylinder (11) through a second shaft (134) arranged in the middle of the driving gear (133), and the driving gear (133) is meshed with a first rack (136);
the stirring unit (2) comprises a mounting groove (21), a first rod (22) and a stirring plate (23), the mounting groove (21) is uniformly formed on the arc-shaped surface of the bottom of the reaction cylinder (11) around the center of the reaction cylinder (11), the stirring plate (23) is arranged above the mounting groove (21), and the lower bottom surface of the mounting groove (21) is connected with the bottom surface of the reaction cylinder (11) through an inclined plane; the turning plate (23) is rotatably connected with the inner surface of the mounting groove (21) through a first rod (22), and the end part of the turning plate (23) close to the discharge port (114) extends into the bottom of the reaction cylinder (11) and is bent upwards; the end part of the first rod (22) connected with the turning plate (23) inclines towards the direction far away from the discharge hole (114), and a reset elastic sheet is arranged at the joint part of the first rod (22) and the inner surface of the mounting groove (21).

A preparation method of a cosmetic with the function of removing freckles from skin and repairing the freckles is characterized in that: the preparation method is suitable for preparing the cosmetic with the skin freckle removing and repairing function in the claim 1, and comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of herbal extracts: drying 10-15 parts by weight of saffron crocus, 10-15 parts by weight of lucid ganoderma, 5-10 parts by weight of bighead atractylodes rhizome and 5-10 parts by weight of mint, respectively grinding into powder, and sieving the powder by a 30-mesh sieve; respectively adding ethanol solution which is 8-10 times of the weight of the traditional Chinese medicine, wherein the ethanol concentration of the ethanol solution is 50-80 percent respectively; soaking for 8-12 hours at the temperature of 25-30 ℃; finally, performing low-temperature ultrasonic extraction on the mixture, centrifuging, filtering and refluxing ethanol to the supernatant, and finally performing secondary filtration to obtain the Chinese herbal medicine extract;
s2: preparing a fruit extracting solution: respectively cleaning and disinfecting 20-25 parts by weight of bananas, 20-30 parts by weight of tomatoes and 10-15 parts by weight of kiwi fruits, cutting into square small blocks with side length of 2-5cm, mixing the small blocks, pouring the small blocks into a reaction device, and starting the reaction device to obtain fruit juice with high purity; sieving the obtained fruit juice by a 40-mesh sieve, and storing under a sealed and light-free condition for later use;
s3: preparation of fruit powder: opening the reaction device, taking out the fruit residues obtained after the juice is extracted in the S2, naturally drying the fruit residues in the dark, and then grinding and sieving the dried fruit residues by a 30-mesh sieve to obtain fruit powder;
s4: preparing the cosmetics: pouring the obtained raw materials into a stirring container in sequence, fully mixing and stirring for 10-30min, and standing for 5-10h at 20-25 deg.C to obtain the final product of cosmetic;
