Abstract
The invention discloses a chicken intestine fermented feed raw material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the chicken intestine fermented feed raw material comprises the following steps: 1) pretreating raw materials, and mincing fresh chicken intestines to prepare mashed intestines; 2) compounding, namely compounding the intestinal mud obtained in the step 1) with wheat bran, bean pulp, compound enzyme and compound inoculation liquid, and uniformly mixing; 3) bagging and fermenting, namely filling the materials compounded in the step 2) into a plastic bag, exhausting air in the bag, sealing, and fermenting for 7-10 days at room temperature. The invention has the following advantages: 1. by adopting a method of bacteria enzyme cooperated with anaerobic fermentation, the product can be stored for a long time, and the storage and transportation problems of fresh chicken intestines are overcome; 2. the prepared fermented chicken gastrointestinal protease has high digestibility and is rich in small peptide components; 3. the production facility and the process are simple, and the local processing of the chicken sausage can be realized. The fermented chicken intestine can be directly fed to various livestock, poultry and aquatic animals, or partially replace protein feed raw materials or complete feed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal feed, and relates to a protein feed raw material obtained by fermenting chicken intestines and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The chicken intestines account for 1.5-2% of the live weight of the chicken and are one of main leftovers of a broiler slaughter house. Researches show that the fresh chicken intestinal protein and essential amino acid are high in content, particularly contain lysine, arginine, leucine and other branched chain amino acids, and also contain trace P substances, bombesin, vasoactive intestinal peptide, cholecystokinin and other active substances, so that the chicken intestinal protein and leucine and other active substances have high nutritional values. At present, 100 hundred million broiler chickens are slaughtered in average year in China, the annual fresh chicken intestines can reach 400 million tons, and the broiler chickens are generally sold as slaughter wastes to freezing enterprises for temporary storage at low cost due to low edible value and then sold to farmers for directly feeding carnivorous fishes or fur-bearing animals. A small amount of chicken intestine powder is degreased or dried by a processing factory to be processed into chicken intestine powder, and the chicken intestine powder is sold as protein feed. However, the fresh chicken intestines are rich in protein, so that the fresh chicken intestines are extremely easy to decay in the turnover and transportation processes, the biological safety risk of fresh feeding is high, a refrigeration plant is not supervised by a feed production management department, and the potential safety hazard is high. On the other hand, the moisture content of the fresh chicken intestines reaches up to 70 percent, the drying processing energy consumption is high, the amino acid digestion rate is reduced, active substances are damaged, the nutritive value is reduced, and the industrial development of the chicken intestine powder is severely restricted.
Patent application CN 201910024038.5 discloses a fermented pig feed raw material for replacing soybean meal, which is prepared by fermenting chicken intestines, glutamic acid residues, bran, corn flour and a bacterial liquid, wherein the bacterial liquid consists of bacillus coagulans, bacillus subtilis, saccharomyces cerevisiae, lactobacillus acidophilus, lactobacillus casei and lactobacillus plantarum. According to the results of comparing the nutrient components before and after fermentation, the protein degradation effect is not ideal.
In order to fully utilize the chicken intestine protein resources and improve the feeding value, the development of a chicken intestine processing technology which has low cost and mild conditions and is suitable for the local transformation in slaughterhouses is necessary, and the technical bottleneck of the storage and processing of the chicken intestines is overcome.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a small peptide-rich bacterial enzyme synergistic fermented chicken intestine feed raw material and a preparation method thereof.
