The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
An air conditioner according to some embodiments of the present application includes an air conditioner indoor unit installed in an indoor space. The indoor unit, i.e., the indoor unit, is connected to an outdoor unit, i.e., the outdoor unit, installed in an outdoor space through a pipe. The outdoor unit of the air conditioner may be provided with a compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger, an outdoor fan, an expander, and the like for a refrigeration cycle, and the indoor unit of the air conditioner may be provided with an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan.
In order to reduce the time for turning on the air conditioner and make the air conditioner reach a stable operation state quickly, the present invention provides a method for controlling the turning on of the air conditioner, and the method for controlling the turning on of the air conditioner according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7. It should be noted that the step numbers in the present application, such as S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, and the like, are only for convenience of describing the present solution, and are not to be construed as limiting the order of the steps. That is, for example, the execution order of steps S1, S2, S3, S4, and S5 may be specifically determined according to actual needs, and is not limited to the control in the order of S1 to S5.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling the air conditioner to start according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling the air conditioner to start includes steps S1-S5, which are described in detail below.
And S1, responding to the starting instruction, and determining the current operation mode.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the operation mode of the air conditioner may include a heating mode, a cooling mode, and the like. A user can send a starting instruction through a remote controller and select a required air conditioner operation mode, and a control module of the air conditioner receives the starting instruction to control the air conditioner to start and operate the operation mode, such as heating or cooling.
And S2, acquiring the starting time and the starting outdoor environment temperature.
For example, the controller of the air conditioner acquires current time information upon receiving a power-on command, and determines the power-on time of this time, for example, 3 pm.
The outdoor environment temperature can be acquired through an outdoor temperature sensor of the air conditioner, and the corresponding local outdoor environment temperature on the network platform can be obtained through networking.
S3, determining a time interval between the current boot time and the last boot time, and determining a temperature difference between the current boot outdoor temperature and the last boot outdoor temperature.
In an embodiment, the air conditioner stores the last startup time and the last startup outdoor temperature difference, and calculates the time interval between the current startup time and the last startup time, for example, it is determined that the time interval between the current startup time and the last startup time is 36 h. And determining the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperature of the current startup and the outdoor environment temperature of the last startup, for example, the obtained outdoor environment temperature of the current startup is 28 ℃, the outdoor environment temperature of the last startup is 30 ℃, and the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperatures of the two times of startup is 2 ℃.
And S4, obtaining the starting-up parameters according to the running mode, the interval time and the temperature difference.
In the embodiment, the air conditioner is pre-stored with original startup parameters corresponding to different operation modes, and if the air conditioner is controlled based on the set original startup parameters, the situation that the frequency fluctuation of the compressor is not constant or the opening of the electronic expansion valve is continuously adjusted and changed is easily caused, especially for the working condition of startup protection. The original starting-up parameters are the set running parameters of starting-up running in the corresponding running mode. The air conditioner also records the last startup stability parameter, wherein the last startup stability parameter is an operation parameter adjusted to a stable state during the last startup operation.
The starting parameters may include a stable frequency parameter of the compressor, a stable opening parameter of the initial electronic expansion valve, and a stable rotation speed parameter of the outdoor fan.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the current operation mode is the same as the previous operation mode, the shorter the interval time between two starts, the closer the start-up stable operation parameter is, and similarly, the smaller the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperatures at the two starts, the closer the start-up stable operation parameter is, so that the current start-up parameter can be obtained by referring to the previous start-up stable parameter according to the interval time and/or the temperature difference; or, if the current operation mode is different from the previous operation mode, the original startup parameters may be considered.
And S5, controlling the air conditioner to start according to the starting parameter.
According to the method for controlling the starting of the air conditioner, the starting time and the outdoor environment temperature of the starting are obtained, the time interval between the starting time and the last starting time is determined, the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperature of the starting and the outdoor environment temperature of the last starting is determined, the starting parameters are obtained based on the current operation mode, the interval time and the temperature difference so as to carry out starting operation, the parameters of the starting are adjusted based on the change of the starting conditions of the starting and the last starting, the starting condition of the starting can be adapted, the stable state can be easily achieved, the starting stability can be improved, the starting time is reduced, the time for the air conditioner to achieve stable operation is shortened, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 2. A flowchart of a method for controlling the start-up of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. In step S4, the obtaining of the startup parameter according to the current operation mode, the interval time, and the temperature difference includes steps S41 and S42, which are specifically as follows.
And S41, determining that the current operation mode is the same as the last operation mode and the interval time between the current startup time and the last startup time is less than or equal to a time threshold.
Taking the current operation mode as the cooling mode as an example, the time threshold may be set to 48 h. If it is determined that the current operation mode and the last operation mode are both the refrigeration mode and the interval time between the current startup time and the last startup time of the air conditioner is less than or equal to 48 hours, the current startup and the last startup conditions are considered to be very similar, and the current startup parameter can be determined by referring to the last startup temperature parameter, i.e., the step S42 is entered.
And S42, obtaining the boot parameters according to the last boot stable parameters and the original boot parameters in the current operation mode.
The last starting-up stable parameters comprise the last starting-up compressor stable frequency, the last starting-up initial electronic expansion valve stable opening degree and the last starting-up outdoor fan stable rotating speed. The original starting parameters comprise an original compressor starting frequency parameter, an original electronic expansion valve opening degree parameter and an original outdoor fan target rotating speed parameter. The starting parameters comprise a stable frequency parameter of the compressor, a stable opening parameter of the initial electronic expansion valve and a stable rotating speed parameter of the outdoor fan.
Under the condition that the starting is similar to the last starting, the last starting stability parameter is considered to obtain the starting parameter, so that the starting stability can be improved, and the starting time can be shortened.
In some embodiments of the invention, as shown in FIG. 3. A flowchart of a method for controlling the start-up of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the above step S4, the step S43 may further include obtaining the current startup parameter according to the current operation mode, the interval time, and the temperature difference, which is specifically as follows.
And S43, determining that the current operation mode is the same as the last startup operation mode, the interval time is greater than the time threshold, and the temperature difference is less than the temperature threshold. If the environment at the time of the boot is not changed much from the last boot environment, the process proceeds to step S42.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a flowchart of a method for controlling the air conditioner to start up according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. In the above step S42, obtaining the current boot parameter according to the last boot stability parameter and the original boot parameter in the current operation mode may include steps S421 to S423.
And S421, acquiring the original starting frequency of the compressor, the original opening degree of the electronic expansion valve and the original target rotating speed of the outdoor fan in the current operation mode.
Taking the current operation mode as the refrigeration mode as an example, the original starting frequency of the compressor is recorded as F, the original opening degree of the electronic expansion valve is recorded as STEP, and the original target rotating speed of the outdoor FAN is recorded as FAN.
S422, the stable frequency of the compressor started last time, the stable opening of the initial electronic expansion valve started last time and the stable rotating speed of the outdoor fan started last time are obtained.
The stable frequency of the compressor started last time is recorded as F (i-1), the stable opening of the initial electronic expansion valve started last time is recorded as STEP (i-1), and the stable rotating speed of the outdoor FAN started last time is recorded as FAN (i-1).
And S423, calculating the average value of the compressor frequency of the stable frequency of the starting compressor and the starting frequency of the original compressor for the last time, calculating the average value of the electronic expansion valve opening of the stable opening of the initial electronic expansion valve and the opening of the original electronic expansion valve for the last time, and calculating the average value of the outdoor fan rotating speed of the stable rotating speed of the outdoor fan and the target rotating speed of the original outdoor fan for the last time.
And the average value of the frequency of the compressor, the average value of the opening of the electronic expansion valve and the average value of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan are the starting parameters.
The stable frequency of the compressor which is started up this time is recorded as F (i), the stable opening degree of the initial electronic expansion valve which is started up this time is recorded as STEP (i), and the stable rotating speed of the outdoor fan which is started up this time is recorded as FAN (i).
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in the following formula (1-1), the stable frequency F (i) of the compressor at the current starting is equal to the average value of the stable frequency F (i-1) of the compressor at the last starting and the compressor frequency F of the original compressor starting. As shown in the following equation (1-2), the steady opening degree STEP (i) of the initial electronic expansion valve at the current startup is equal to the average value of the steady opening degree STEP (i-1) of the initial electronic expansion valve at the previous startup and the electronic expansion valve opening degree STEP of the original electronic expansion valve opening degree. As shown in the following formula (1-3), the stable rotation speed FAN (i) of the outdoor FAN at the current startup is equal to the average value of the stable rotation speed FAN (i-1) of the outdoor FAN at the last startup and the target rotation speed FAN of the original outdoor FAN.
F (i) { F (i-1) + F }/2 formula (1-1)
STEP (i) { STEP (i-1) + STEP }/2 formula (1-2)
FAN (i) { FAN (i-1) + FAN }/2 formula (1-3)
The last starting-up stable parameter and the original starting-up parameter are subjected to averaging calculation, and the obtained parameter average value is used as the starting-up parameter, so that the starting-up parameter is adaptively adjusted to a value suitable for stable operation of the air conditioner, the time for the air conditioner to reach stable use is shortened, the starting-up stability can be improved, the starting-up time is shortened, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, a flowchart of a method for controlling a start-up of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein the step S4 of obtaining the start-up parameters according to the current operation mode, the interval time and the temperature difference further includes steps S44 and S45, which are described as follows.
And S44, determining that the current operation mode is different from the last operation mode, or determining that the current operation mode is the same as the last operation mode, the interval time is greater than the time threshold, and the temperature difference is greater than the temperature threshold.
For example, if the previous operation mode of the air conditioner is a cooling mode and the current operation mode is a heating mode, it is determined that the current operation mode is different from the previous operation mode. For another example, the previous operation mode and the current operation mode of the air conditioner are both the cooling mode, but the time interval between the previous startup time and the current startup time is greater than 48 hours, and the temperature difference between the outdoor environment temperature of the current startup and the outdoor environment temperature of the previous startup is greater than 3 ℃. At this time, if the difference between the current boot condition and the last boot condition is far, the boot control is performed based on the corresponding original boot parameters, and then the process goes to step S45.
And S45, acquiring the original startup parameters in the current operation mode as the current startup parameters.
The operation modes of the air conditioner in two starting-up processes are different, or the interval of the two starting-up times is longer and the outdoor environment temperature is greatly changed, then the average value of the last starting-up stable parameter and the original starting-up parameter is used as the starting-up parameter of the time, which may cause the air conditioner to run deviating from the user requirement or far cannot meet the user requirement, and the air conditioner is controlled to run as the starting-up parameter according to the original starting-up parameter in the operation mode of the time, so as to adapt to the user requirement.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling the air conditioner to start according to another embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 6, after the air conditioner is controlled to perform the start operation according to the current start parameter in step S5, the method for controlling the air conditioner to start further includes step S6 and step S7.
And S6, acquiring the real-time operation parameters of the air conditioner in the current operation mode. Taking the cooling mode as an example in the current operation mode, when the air conditioner operates in the cooling mode, real-time operation parameters of the air conditioner in the mode are monitored in real time and recorded.
And S7, determining that the variation of the real-time operation parameter in the preset time length is smaller than a preset threshold value, and recording the real-time operation parameter to be used as a next starting-up stable parameter.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the next-time startup stability parameters include a next-time startup compressor stability frequency parameter, a next-time startup initial electronic expansion valve stability opening degree parameter, and a next-time startup outdoor fan stability rotation speed parameter. For example, the preset time period may be 5min, the preset threshold is a standard of a variation of a real-time operation parameter of the air conditioner, and if the variation of the real-time operation parameter of the air conditioner is within a standard range and the stable operation time is greater than 5min, the operation parameter of the air conditioner is recorded and used as a next start-up stable parameter or used for calculating the next start-up stable parameter.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 7, a flowchart of a method for controlling a start-up of an air conditioner according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, wherein in step S7, it is determined that a variation of a real-time operation parameter within a preset time period is smaller than a preset threshold, and the recording of the real-time operation parameter as a next start-up stable parameter includes at least one of steps S71-173, which is described as follows.
And S71, determining that the frequency change value of the compressor running frequency is smaller than a frequency threshold value within a preset time length, and recording the current compressor running frequency to be used as the stable frequency of the compressor when the compressor is started next time.
For example, the next-time startup compressor stable frequency is recorded as F (i +1), the frequency threshold value is recorded as Δ F, and if the frequency variation value of the air conditioner compressor operation frequency is smaller than Δ F and the stable operation time is greater than 5min, the current compressor operation frequency of the air conditioner is recorded as the next startup compressor stable frequency or is used for calculating the next startup compressor stable frequency.
And S72, determining that the opening change value of the opening of the electronic expansion valve is smaller than the opening threshold value within the preset time length, the actual exhaust temperature of the air conditioner reaches the target exhaust temperature, and recording the current opening of the electronic expansion valve to serve as the stable opening of the initial electronic expansion valve during the next starting.
For example, the stable opening degree of the electronic expansion valve at the initial starting time of the next time is taken as STEP (i +1), the opening threshold value is taken as Δ STEP, and if the opening degree variation value of the opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner is smaller than Δ STEP and the stable operation time is greater than 5min, the current opening degree of the electronic expansion valve of the air conditioner is recorded and used as the stable opening degree of the electronic expansion valve at the initial starting time of the next time or used for calculating the stable opening degree of the electronic expansion valve at the initial starting time of the next time.
And S73, determining that the rotating speed variation value of the rotating speed of the outdoor fan is smaller than the rotating speed threshold value within the preset time, and recording the current rotating speed of the outdoor fan to be used as the stable rotating speed of the outdoor fan when the outdoor fan is started next time.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the stable rotation speed of the outdoor FAN when the outdoor FAN is turned on next time is recorded as FAN (i + 1). And recording the rotating speed threshold as delta FAN, and if the rotating speed change value of the rotating speed of the outdoor FAN of the air conditioner is smaller than the delta FAN and the stable operation time is greater than 5min, recording the current rotating speed of the outdoor FAN of the air conditioner as the stable rotating speed of the outdoor FAN started next time or calculating the stable rotating speed of the outdoor FAN started next time.
