Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The air conditioner performs a refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner by using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigeration cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion, and evaporation, and supplies refrigerant to the air that has been conditioned and heat-exchanged.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high-temperature and high-pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas. The discharged refrigerant gas flows into the condenser. The condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through the condensation process.
The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The air conditioner can adjust the temperature of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
A control method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1. The air conditioner may be a mobile air conditioner. In the following description of the present application, an air conditioner is exemplified as a mobile air conditioner, for example, an inverter mobile air conditioner. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the air conditioner may be other types of air conditioners, and is not limited to a mobile air conditioner such as an inverter mobile air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, a control method of an air conditioner, such as an inverter mobile air conditioner, according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes the steps of:
and S1, operating the air conditioner.
And S2, operating the compressor at a set frequency and operating the fan at a set rotating speed. In step S2, the fan is operated at a set speed by operating the compressor at a set frequency to ensure that the air conditioner can operate normally after being turned on.
And S3, detecting whether the low water level switch and the high water level switch are triggered. In step S3, the triggering conditions of the low water level switch and the high water level switch are detected to determine whether the air conditioner can continue to operate normally. For example, when the high level switch is triggered, the air conditioner stops operating. When the low water level switch is triggered and the high water level switch is not triggered, or the low water level switch and the high water level switch are not triggered, the air conditioner can normally operate at the moment.
Specifically, when the low water level switch is triggered and the high water level switch is not triggered, step S4 is performed.
Step S4 includes:
and S41, detecting whether the frequency of the compressor is the lowest frequency, if so, operating the compressor at the lowest frequency, and if not, operating the compressor at a reduced frequency.
For example, the initial frequency of the compressor may be set to F0The lowest frequency of the compressor is set to F. When the low level switch is triggered and the high level switch is not triggered, detection F0Whether or not equal to F, when F0When F, the compressor is running at the lowest frequency F; when F is present0When not equal to F, reducing the frequency of the compressor to F1E.g. F1、F0F can satisfy: f is less than F1<F0. Therefore, the speed of generating condensed water in the air conditioner can be effectively reduced, and meanwhile, as the water beating motor and the condenser can be arranged in the air conditioner, the condensed water can be sprayed onto the condenser by the water beating motor, so that the condensed water can be evaporated by the condenser, and the water level of the condensed water is reduced.
And S42, detecting whether the rotating speed of the fan is the lowest rotating speed or not, wherein if the rotating speed is the lowest rotating speed, the fan operates at the lowest rotating speed, and if the rotating speed is not the lowest rotating speed, the fan operates at a reduced rotating speed.
For example, the initial speed of the fan may be set to N0And setting the lowest rotating speed of the fan as N. Detecting N when the low level switch is triggered and the high level switch is not triggered0Whether or not to equal N, when N is0When the speed is equal to N, the fan runs at the lowest speed N; when N is present0When the speed is not equal to N, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced to N1For example, N, N1、N0Can satisfy the following conditions: n < N1<N0. Therefore, the speed of condensate water in the air conditioner can be further reduced, and the condensate water can be sprayed onto the condenser by the water beating motor, so that the condensate water can be evaporated by the condenser, the water level of the condensate water can be further reduced, and the air conditioner can be effectively prevented from being shut down when being full of water.
It can be understood that the order of detecting whether the frequency of the compressor is the lowest frequency or detecting whether the rotating speed of the fan is the lowest rotating speed is not limited, so that the related data can be accurately acquired.
According to the control method of the air conditioner, such as the variable-frequency mobile air conditioner, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, when the low water level switch is triggered and the high water level switch is not triggered, whether the frequency of the compressor is the lowest frequency or not is detected, and whether the rotating speed of the fan is the lowest rotating speed or not is detected, so that the compressor can operate at a lower frequency, and the fan can operate at a lower rotating speed, therefore, the generation rate of condensed water in the air conditioner is effectively reduced, the water level of the condensed water is reduced, and the full-stop of the air conditioner can be effectively avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, after step S3, the method further includes:
when the low water level switch and the high water level switch are not triggered, the compressor continues to operate at the set frequency, and the fan continues to operate at the set rotating speed. At this time, the level of the condensed water is a normal level, and the air conditioner can normally operate.
In some embodiments of the present invention, with reference to fig. 1, after step S3, the method further includes:
when the high water level switch is triggered, the air conditioner alarms for a fifth preset time, and the air conditioner stops running.
At this time, the condensed water in the water storage component in the air conditioner reaches the maximum limit value, and if the air conditioner continues to operate, the condensed water may overflow the water storage component, which damages the electrical components in the air conditioner and affects the use safety of the air conditioner. Therefore, when the high water level switch is triggered, the air conditioner can send out an alarm signal and continuously carry out fifth preset time, and meanwhile, the air conditioner stops working, so that the air conditioner can be effectively prevented from being damaged, and the use safety of a user is improved.
Alternatively, the air conditioner may automatically cut off the power supply when the alarm signal is given, so that the air conditioner stops working, or the user may cut off the operation of the air conditioner through the power-off key.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the step S4 operates within the first predetermined time, and further includes:
and S5, detecting whether the low water level switch and the high water level switch are triggered.
In step S5, the purpose of detecting whether the low level switch and the high level switch are triggered is to verify whether the compressor is operated at the frequency of step S4 and the fan is operated at the speed of step S4 to effectively lower the level of the condensed water in the air conditioner, so that corresponding measures are subsequently taken to lower the level of the condensed water. The signal of the low water level switch and the signal of the high water level switch are continuously detected when the air conditioner operates, and whether the low water level switch and the high water level switch are triggered or not is detected within a first preset time, so that the detected signal of the low water level switch and the detected signal of the high water level switch can be effectively ensured to be in a stable state.
Specifically, when the low water level switch is triggered and the high water level switch is not triggered, step S6 is performed.
Step S6 includes:
and S61, detecting whether the frequency of the compressor is the lowest frequency, if so, operating the compressor at the lowest frequency, and if not, continuing to operate the compressor at the lower frequency.
For example, when the low level switch is triggered and the high level switch is not triggered, detection F1Whether or not equal to F, when F1When F, the compressor is running at the lowest frequency F; when F is present1When not equal to F, in F1On the basis of which the frequency of the compressor is again reduced to F2For example, F, F2、F1Can satisfy the following conditions: f is less than F2<F1. Therefore, the speed of generating the condensed water in the air conditioner can be further reduced, and meanwhile, the water level of the condensed water is further reduced through the matching of the water beating motor and the condenser.
And S62, detecting whether the rotating speed of the fan is the lowest rotating speed or not, wherein if the rotating speed is the lowest rotating speed, the fan operates at the lowest rotating speed, and if the rotating speed is not the lowest rotating speed, the fan continues to operate at a reduced rotating speed.
For example, when the low level switch is triggered and the high level switch is not triggered, N is detected1Whether or not to equal N, when N is1When the speed is equal to N, the fan runs at the lowest speed N; when N is present1Not equal to N, in N1On the basis of the speed of the fan is reduced to N again2For example, N, N2、N1Can satisfy the following conditions:N<N2<N1. Therefore, the speed of condensate water in the air conditioner is further reduced, and meanwhile, the condensate water can be sprayed onto the condenser by the water beating motor, so that the condensate water can be evaporated through the condenser, the water level of the condensate water is further reduced, and the air conditioner is effectively prevented from being shut down when being full of water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, after the step S4 is operated for the first predetermined time and the step S5 is performed, when neither the low level switch nor the high level switch is triggered, the compressor is adjusted to operate at the set frequency and the fan is adjusted to operate at the set rotational speed. At this time, the frequency of the compressor is represented by F1Conversion to F0The rotating speed of the fan is controlled by N1Conversion to N0The heat exchange effect of the air conditioner can be effectively guaranteed, and user experience is improved.
When the high water level switch is triggered, the air conditioner alarms for a fourth preset time, and the air conditioner stops running. Therefore, when the high water level switch is triggered, the air conditioner sends out an alarm signal and continues for the fourth preset time, meanwhile, the air conditioner stops working, the air conditioner can be effectively prevented from being damaged, and the use safety of a user is improved.
In some embodiments of the present invention, step S6 is executed within the second predetermined time, further comprising:
step S5 is repeated. That is, step S6 is performed within the second predetermined time, and whether the low water level switch and the high water level switch are activated or not is detected. The purpose of detecting whether the low level switch and the high level switch are triggered in step S6 is to verify whether the compressor is operated at the frequency of step S6 and the blower is operated at the rotation speed of step S6 to effectively lower the level of the condensed water of the air conditioner.
When the low water level switch is triggered and the high water level switch is not triggered, the step S6 is repeated until the compressor is operated at the lowest frequency and the fan is operated at the lowest rotation speed. Therefore, the generation rate of the condensed water in the air conditioner is controlled by reducing the frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan, when the compressor runs at the lowest frequency and the fan runs at the lowest rotating speed, the generation rate of the condensed water in the air conditioner is the lowest, so that the reduction rate of the water level of the condensed water can be further enhanced, the normal use of the air conditioner is ensured, and the full shutdown of the air conditioner is effectively avoided.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the step S6 is operated for the second predetermined time and the step S5 is repeated,
when the low water level switch and the high water level switch are not triggered, the compressor is adjusted to operate at a set frequency, and the fan is adjusted to operate at a set rotating speed. At this time, the level of the condensed water is a normal level, and the air conditioner can normally operate.
When the high water level switch is triggered, the air conditioner alarms for a third preset time, and the air conditioner stops running. At the moment, the damage of the air conditioner can be effectively avoided, and the use safety of a user is improved.
In some embodiments of the invention, the rotational speed of the fan is divided into a plurality of gears;
if the detection result is negative, the operation of reducing the rotating speed of the fan specifically comprises the following steps:
s7, detecting the temperature of the condenser;
and S8, when the temperature of the condenser reaches the preset temperature, reducing the rotation speed of the fan by at least one gear.
When the current running rotating speed of the fan is not equal to the lowest rotating speed of the fan, the rotating speed of the fan needs to be reduced so as to reduce the generating rate of the condensed water. Wherein, the rotational speed of fan can be controlled through the temperature of condenser, and is corresponding with the temperature of condenser and the rotational speed of fan, and when the temperature of condenser reached certain predetermined temperature, the rotational speed of fan can reduce one shelves, also can reduce many shelves, from this, can reduce the production rate of comdenstion water when guaranteeing the heat transfer effect of air conditioner, avoids the air conditioner water to fill to shut down, promotes user experience.
Further, step S8 specifically includes:
when the temperature of the condenser reaches a first preset temperature, reducing the rotating speed of the fan by one gear for operation;
when the temperature of the condenser reaches a second preset temperature, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced by two gears to operate, and the second preset temperature is lower than the first preset temperature.
In step S8, when the temperature of the condenser is the first predetermined temperature, the temperature of the condenser is higher, the condenser can effectively ensure the evaporation rate of the condensed water, and at this time, the generation rate of the condensed water can be effectively reduced by only reducing the rotation speed of the fan by one gear, thereby not only ensuring the heat exchange effect of the air conditioner, but also reducing the water level of the condensed water. When the temperature of condenser is the second predetermined temperature, the temperature of condenser is lower, and the evaporation rate of condenser to the comdenstion water reduces this moment, need reduce two shelves with the rotational speed of fan, further reduces the production rate of comdenstion water to reduce the water level of comdenstion water, from this, when guaranteeing the heat transfer effect of air conditioner, can reduce the water level of comdenstion water.
According to the air conditioner of the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, the control method of the air conditioner according to the above-described embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is adopted.
According to the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the control method of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, the problem that the air conditioner is frequently shut down when being full of water can be effectively avoided, and the user experience is improved.
