Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The application belongs to improvement of a mobile air conditioner control process. A mobile air conditioner performs a cycle of refrigerant using a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigerant cycle includes a series of processes involving compression, condensation, expansion and evaporation, which exchange heat with the air of the room.
The compressor compresses a refrigerant gas in a high temperature and high pressure state and discharges the compressed refrigerant gas, the discharged refrigerant gas flows into a condenser, the condenser condenses the compressed refrigerant into a liquid phase, and heat is released to the surrounding environment through a condensation process. The expansion valve expands the liquid-phase refrigerant in a high-temperature and high-pressure state condensed in the condenser into a low-pressure liquid-phase refrigerant. The evaporator evaporates the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve and returns the refrigerant gas in a low-temperature and low-pressure state to the compressor. The evaporator can achieve a cooling effect by heat-exchanging with a material to be cooled using latent heat of evaporation of a refrigerant. The mobile air conditioner can adjust the temperature and humidity of the indoor space throughout the cycle.
The outdoor unit of the mobile air conditioner refers to a portion of a refrigeration cycle including a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger, the indoor unit of the mobile air conditioner includes an indoor heat exchanger, and an expansion valve may be provided in the indoor unit or the outdoor unit.
The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger serve as a condenser or an evaporator. When the indoor heat exchanger is used as a condenser, the mobile air conditioner is used as a heater in a heating mode, and when the indoor heat exchanger is used as an evaporator, the mobile air conditioner is used as a cooler in a cooling mode.
A mobile air conditioner control method according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1. The mobile air conditioner is also called an integral air conditioner or an integrated air conditioner, and is an air conditioner integrating an indoor unit and an outdoor unit. In the following description of the present application, a mobile air conditioner, such as an inverter mobile air conditioner, is exemplified. Of course, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that the mobile air conditioner may be other types of mobile air conditioners, and is not limited to a mobile air conditioner such as an inverter mobile air conditioner.
As shown in fig. 1, a mobile air conditioner, such as an inverter mobile air conditioner, according to an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention includes the following steps:
and (5) operating the mobile air conditioner.
It is detected whether the low level switch is triggered. After the mobile air conditioner operates for a period of time, a certain amount of condensed water is generated on a water pan of the mobile air conditioner, such as a variable frequency mobile air conditioner, and whether the low water level switch is triggered or not is detected to judge whether the mobile air conditioner can continue to operate normally or not.
When the low water level switch is triggered, indicating that the generation of the condensed water reaches the early warning state, measures are needed to reduce the generation of the condensed water, and at the moment when the low water level switch is triggered, an increment value is properly added as a preset temperature value by taking the simultaneously detected evaporator temperature as a reference, and a preset temperature range is set around the increment value.
When the low water level switch is triggered, whether the temperature of the evaporator is within a predetermined temperature range is detected. The mobile air conditioner is characterized in that the water fetching motor and the condenser can be arranged in the mobile air conditioner, the water fetching motor can spray the condensed water onto the condenser, so that the condensed water can be evaporated through the condenser to reduce the water level of the condensed water, the evaporation rate of the condensed water can be effectively judged by detecting whether the temperature of the evaporator is within a preset temperature range, and the rising speed of the water level of the condensed water can be effectively reduced while the heat exchange effect of the mobile air conditioner is ensured.
And if the judgment result is yes, the compressor operates at the current frequency. The condensation rate of comdenstion water can be guaranteed effectively to the temperature of evaporimeter this moment, can guarantee mobile air conditioner's heat transfer effect effectively simultaneously, promotes user's experience.
And if the judgment result is negative and the temperature of the evaporator is lower than the lowest temperature value of the preset temperature range, reducing the running frequency of the compressor. The purpose of the operating frequency through reducing the compressor reaches the temperature that promotes the evaporimeter for the temperature of evaporimeter can be maintained in predetermined temperature range, suitably reduces the production rate of comdenstion water when guaranteeing not to show the heat transfer effect that reduces the evaporimeter, and then promotes user's experience effect, improves the travelling comfort that the user used.
And if the judgment result is negative and the temperature of the evaporator is higher than the highest temperature value of the preset temperature range, increasing the running frequency of the compressor. The operating frequency limit can be relaxed by increasing the operating frequency of the compressor to reduce the temperature of the evaporator so that the temperature of the evaporator can be maintained within a predetermined temperature range, the evaporator temperature being higher than the highest value of the predetermined temperature range, indicating that the rate of generation of condensate water has been low. In this case, the operating frequency can be maintained as long as the ambient temperature reaches the user set target value range.
According to the control method of the mobile air conditioner, such as the variable-frequency mobile air conditioner, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, by detecting whether the low water level switch is triggered or not, when the low water level switch is triggered, detecting whether the temperature of the evaporator is within a preset temperature range or not, and then adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor according to the temperature of the evaporator, so that the temperature of the evaporator is maintained within the preset temperature range, the higher refrigeration effect of the evaporator is ensured, and meanwhile, the water level of condensed water is ensured to meet a control target, therefore, the discomfort in use of a user caused by the fact that the water level of the condensed water of the mobile air conditioner is too high, is greatly reduced in frequency, and is even frequently started.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the determination result is negative, and the temperature of the evaporator is higher than the maximum temperature value,
increasing the operating frequency of the compressor and performing at least one of steps a1 and a 2;
wherein, the step A1 is to increase the rotating speed of the lower fan, and the step A2 is to decrease the rotating speed of the upper fan.
In the above steps, the temperature of the evaporator can be reduced by simultaneously increasing the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the lower fan; alternatively, the temperature of the evaporator may be reduced by simultaneously increasing the operating frequency of the compressor and reducing the rotational speed of the upper fan; or, the temperature of the evaporator may be reduced by increasing the operating frequency of the compressor, increasing the rotation speed of the lower fan, and decreasing the rotation speed of the upper fan at the same time. Therefore, the reduction rate of the temperature of the evaporator can be further improved through the cooperation of the compressor and at least one of the upper fan and the lower fan, the generation rate of the condensed water is further reduced, and the mobile air conditioner is enabled to output high refrigerating capacity and generate low condensed water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the determination result is negative, and the temperature of the evaporator is lower than the minimum temperature value,
reducing the operating frequency of the compressor and performing at least one of steps A3 and a 4;
wherein, the step A4 is to reduce the rotating speed of the lower fan, and the step A4 is to increase the rotating speed of the upper fan.
In the above steps, the temperature of the evaporator can be increased by simultaneously reducing the operating frequency of the compressor and the rotating speed of the lower fan; or, the temperature of the evaporator can be increased by simultaneously reducing and increasing the operating frequency of the compressor and increasing the rotating speed of the upper fan; or, the temperature of the evaporator may be increased by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor, reducing the rotation speed of the lower fan, and increasing the rotation speed of the upper fan at the same time. Therefore, the reduction rate of the temperature of the evaporator can be further reduced through the cooperation of the compressor and at least one of the upper fan and the lower fan, the evaporation rate of the condensed water is further improved, and the mobile air conditioner is enabled to output high refrigerating capacity and simultaneously generate low condensed water.
In some embodiments of the present invention, before detecting whether the temperature of the evaporator is within the predetermined temperature range, the method further comprises:
and detecting whether the triggering time of the low water level switch reaches a first preset time. So set up, can judge effectively that the trigger of low water level switch is that accidental triggering or authenticity triggers to guarantee the accuracy of low water level switch's trigger signal.
If the judgment result is yes, whether the temperature of the evaporator is in a preset temperature range is detected. At the moment, the water level of the condensed water of the mobile air conditioner reaches the height triggered by the low water level switch, and the temperature of the evaporator is detected to judge the evaporation efficiency of the evaporator; secondly, the device is used for adjusting the operating frequency of the compressor and reducing the generating rate of the condensed water, thereby achieving the purpose of reducing the water level of the condensed water.
If the judgment result is negative, whether the low water level switch is triggered or not is detected again. At the moment, the mobile air conditioner can normally run, the lower water level of the condensed water in the water receiving tray does not reach the condition that the low water level switch is triggered, and the mobile air conditioner does not need to be processed at all until the water level of the condensed water reaches the height which can be triggered by the low water level switch.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the compressor operates at the current frequency, further comprising:
it is detected whether the high level switch is triggered. Whether the water level of the condensed water reaches the maximum value limited by a water receiving tray of the mobile air conditioner can be effectively judged by detecting whether the high water level switch is triggered or not, so that whether the mobile air conditioner can continue to normally operate or not is judged, and the use safety of the mobile air conditioner is ensured. Here, it should be explained that the level of the condensed water when the high level switch is activated is higher than the level of the condensed water when the low level switch is activated.
It is detected whether the trigger time of the high level switch is within a predetermined time range. It will be appreciated that this step is to detect the duration of time that the high level switch is triggered, to determine whether the high level switch is triggered accidentally or realistically, and to ensure the accuracy of the trigger signal for the high level switch.
If the judgment result is yes, the compressor is operated at the lowest frequency. At this moment, the production rate of mobile air conditioner's comdenstion water is zero basically, and mobile air conditioner's the motor of fetching water and condenser are normal operating, and the motor of fetching water is through spraying the comdenstion water to the condenser on, and the comdenstion water on the condenser can evaporate through the high temperature of condenser, from this, can reduce the water level of comdenstion water for mobile air conditioner can normal operating, effectively avoids mobile air conditioner to stop, promotes user experience.
Further, if the judgment result is yes, the compressor is operated at the lowest frequency, and at least one of steps a5 and a6 is performed;
in step a5, the lower fan is operated at the lowest rotation speed, and in step a6, the upper fan is operated at the highest rotation speed.
In the above step, the generation rate of the condensed water may be reduced by operating the compressor at the lowest frequency and the lower fan at the lowest rotation speed; alternatively, the condensed water generation rate may be reduced by operating the compressor at the lowest frequency and the upper fan at the highest rotation speed; alternatively, the condensed water generation rate may be reduced by operating the compressor at the lowest frequency, operating the lower fan at the lowest rotation speed, and operating the upper fan at the highest rotation speed. Therefore, the generation rate of the condensed water can be further reduced through the cooperation of the compressor and at least one of the upper fan and the lower fan, the water level of the condensed water is further reduced, the mobile air conditioner is effectively prevented from being stopped, and the normal operation of the mobile air conditioner is ensured.
In some embodiments of the present invention, if the determination result is negative and the triggering time of the high water level switch is less than or equal to the lowest time value of the predetermined time range, the operating frequency of the compressor is decreased. When the triggering time of the high water level frequency switch is less than or equal to the minimum time value of the preset time range, the height of the condensed water in the water receiving tray can just reach the height of the triggered high water level switch, the generation rate of the condensed water can be effectively reduced by reducing the operation of the compressor, so that the rising speed of the water level of the condensed water is reduced, and the normal operation of the mobile air conditioner is ensured.
Further, if the judgment result is negative and the triggering time of the high water level switch is less than or equal to the lowest time value, the running frequency of the compressor is reduced, and at least one of the steps A7 and A8 is executed;
in step a7, the lower fan is operated at the lowest rotation speed, and in step A8, the upper fan is operated at the highest rotation speed.
In the above steps, the water level of the condensed water may be reduced by reducing the operation frequency of the compressor and operating the lower fan at the lowest rotation speed; alternatively, the water level of the condensed water may be reduced by reducing the operating frequency of the compressor and operating the upper fan at the highest rotational speed; still alternatively, the level of the condensed water may be lowered by lowering the operating frequency of the compressor, operating the lower fan at the lowest rotational speed, and operating the upper fan at the highest rotational speed. Therefore, the generation rate of the condensed water can be further reduced through the cooperation of the compressor and at least one of the upper fan and the lower fan, so that the reduction rate of the water level of the condensed water is further increased, and the normal operation of the mobile air conditioner is ensured.
If the judgment result is negative, and the triggering time of the high water level switch is more than or equal to the highest time value of the preset time range, the compressor stops working, and the lower fan and the water pumping motor run. When the triggering time of the high water level switch is greater than or equal to the highest time value of the preset time range, the water level of the condensed water in the water pan may be in a high water level state within a period of time, and if the compressor continues to operate normally, the mobile air conditioner may be directly damaged. From this, through with compressor stop work, can be effectively with the production rate of condensate water in the mobile air conditioner fall to zero, lower part fan, the motor of fetching water and evaporimeter normal operating this moment can reduce the water level of condensate water effectively to can remove the trigger of high water level switch, avoid the mobile air conditioner whole to shut down, promote user experience.
In some embodiments of the present invention, after the compressor stops working and the lower fan and the water pump motor operate, the method further comprises:
it is detected whether the high level switch is triggered. Whether the high water level switch is triggered or not is detected, the compressor can be effectively judged to stop working, and whether the lower fan and the water beating motor can effectively reduce the water level of condensed water or not is judged, so that whether the mobile air conditioner can continue to normally operate or not is judged, and the use safety of a user is ensured.
If the judgment result is yes, the compressor is continuously executed to stop working, and the lower fan and the water pumping motor run. At the moment, the water level of the condensed water is not lowered to the position of the safe water level, the compressor is continuously executed to stop working, the lower fan and the water beating motor operate to continuously lower the water level of the condensed water, so that the water level of the condensed water can be lowered to the position of the safe water level, and the normal operation of the mobile air conditioner is guaranteed.
If the judgment result is negative, whether the low water level switch is triggered is detected again. At this time, the water level of the condensed water is lowered to the height of the safe water level, and the compressor can normally operate, so that the mobile air conditioner can normally operate.
According to the mobile air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the output capacity of the mobile air conditioner can be prevented from being obviously reduced while the occurrence of condensed water is properly controlled, the mobile air conditioner is prevented from being frequently started and stopped, and the use comfort of a user is improved while the occurrence of a water full fault is avoided.
According to the mobile air conditioner of the embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, the mobile air conditioner control method according to the above-described embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is adopted.
According to the mobile air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the invention, by adopting the mobile air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention, frequent start and stop of the mobile air conditioner can be effectively realized, meanwhile, the heat exchange effect of the mobile air conditioner is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
