Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of intelligent air conditioners, in particular to a control method and a control device for a mobile air conditioner and the mobile air conditioner.
Background
When the mobile air conditioning equipment is used for refrigeration or dehumidification, the evaporator can generate condensed water, and if the condensed water is not treated in time, the mobile air conditioning equipment is easy to stop in a water-full protection mode when the service time of the mobile air conditioning equipment is short. At present, the condensed water is generally beaten into water mist by a water beating device, and the water mist is changed into water vapor after passing through a condenser and exchanging heat with the condenser and is discharged to the outside. However, when the air conditioner performs cooling/dehumidification under high humidity conditions, the evaporator generates a lot of condensed water, and if the motor of the water pumping device rotates slowly or the water pump does not pump water in time, the water pumping device is easy to stop fully. At present, the following consumption schemes of condensed water are mostly adopted for the situation: 1. a drainage pump is arranged to pump water away at a high water level; 2. a water drainage pipe is connected with a water drainage outlet at the lowest position of the chassis, and water is drained away through continuous drainage; 3. stopping when the water level rises to a protective water level; prompting the user to use the water after manual drainage.

In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the character "/" indicates that the preceding and following objects are in an or relationship. For example, A/B represents: a or B.
The term "and/or" is an associative relationship that describes objects, meaning that three relationships may exist. For example, a and/or B, represents: a or B, or A and B.
It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be combined with each other.
In the disclosure, the mobile air conditioner comprises a refrigeration cycle component such as a compressor, an evaporator and a condenser, a chassis, a fan and a water pumping device, wherein the fan is arranged near the condenser and used for leading air passing through the condenser to the outdoor; the condensed water produced on the evaporator is stored in the chassis, the water beating device is fixedly arranged and the part of the water beating wheel is arranged in the chassis, and the water beating wheel is driven by the water beating motor to rotate, so that the condensed water in the chassis is thrown and splashed on the condenser.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a control method for a mobile air conditioner, including:
s110, acquiring a first condensate water level value.
In step S110, the first condensed water level value is a water level value of the condensed water in the chassis, and may be detected by a water level monitoring device, such as a water level sensor.
S120, when the first condensate water level value is equal to or larger than a first preset water level value, controlling to reduce the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner; and/or controlling and increasing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner; so as to adjust the water level value of the first condensed water to be reduced to the preset safe water level value and below.
In this step S120, when the condition that the first condensed water level value is equal to or greater than the first preset level value is satisfied, the following three control processes may be respectively performed: the first control process is used for controlling and reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner; the second control process is to control and increase the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner; and in the third control process, the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner is reduced and the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner is increased. Any one of these three control processes is optional.
In step S120, the first preset water level value and the preset safe water level value may be determined according to actual conditions, for example, a water level value between one half and two thirds of a highest water level value of the chassis. Namely, the occurrence of water-full shutdown can be avoided in the preset safe water level value. Of course, the preset safe water level value may be the first preset water level value, or may be smaller than the first preset water level value. Optionally, the preset safe water level value is equal to or less than the first preset water level value.
Optionally, the controlling to reduce the rotation speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner includes: controlling and reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner to a first fan rotating speed; alternatively, the control reduces the rotation speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at a first reduction rate. The method is determined according to the adjustable mode of the fan. For example, when the fan is a continuously variable motor, the rotation speed of the fan may be controlled to be reduced at a first reduction rate.
Optionally, controlling to increase the rotation speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner comprises: controlling and increasing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner to the rotating speed of a first water pumping motor; alternatively, the control increases the rotational speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner at a first increase rate. The method is determined according to the adjustable mode of the water fetching motor. For example, when the water beating motor is a stepless speed change motor, the rotating speed of the water beating motor can be controlled to be increased at a first increasing rate.
According to the control method for the mobile air conditioner, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, the heat generated by the condenser taken away by the outlet air is reduced, more heat is used for improving the evaporation of condensed water in the chassis, and the consumption of the condensed water is increased; the rotating speed of the water beating motor is increased, so that the amount of water splashed onto the condenser can be increased, and the consumption of condensed water can also be increased; therefore, the water level of the condensed water in the chassis is reduced, and the water level value of the first condensed water is reduced. The rotating speed of the fan is reduced, the rotating speed of the water fetching motor is increased, the rotating speed can be independently executed or cooperatively executed, the consumption of condensed water is intelligently realized, additional structural parts are not needed, manual participation is not needed, and the phenomenon of full-water shutdown can be avoided. The method is suitable for application scenes in high-humidity environments.
Optionally, the control method further includes: and when the first condensed water level value is equal to or greater than the second preset water level value, executing a second control process to control and increase the rotating speed of a water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner. Or executing a third control process, and simultaneously controlling to reduce the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner and controlling to increase the rotating speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner. And the second preset water level value is greater than the first preset water level value. The consumption rate of the condensed water is improved, the adjustment of the rotating speed of the fan is reduced, and the normal operation of the mobile air conditioner is ensured. In the present embodiment, it is understood that the acquisition of the first condensate water level value is periodically acquired, and in an application scenario (for example, a high-humidity application environment) where a large amount of condensate water is generated, the acquired first condensate water level value is a condition that may directly satisfy a value equal to or greater than a second preset level value, so as to execute the second control process or the third control process.
Of course, in this embodiment, it may also occur that the first condensed water level value first satisfies a condition equal to or greater than the first preset level value to perform the first control process, but when the condensed water level value is acquired again due to a large amount of condensed water generated, it satisfies a condition equal to or greater than the second preset level value to perform the second control process or the third control process.
In some embodiments, obtaining a first condensate water level value comprises: acquiring a plurality of first condensed water level values, and acquiring a current difference value between a current first condensed water level value and a previous first condensed water level value; when the first condensate water level value is equal to or greater than a first preset water level value, controlling to reduce the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner; and/or controlling and increasing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner; the method comprises the following steps: when the current first condensed water level value is equal to or larger than a first preset water level value and the current difference value is larger than zero, controlling to reduce the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner; and/or controlling and increasing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner. When the consumption of the condensed water is less than the generation amount of the condensed water and the water level value of the condensed water reaches the first preset water level value, the control method of the embodiment of the disclosure is executed to increase the consumption of the condensed water.
Optionally, when the current first condensed water level value is smaller than a first preset level value and the current difference value is smaller than zero, controlling to increase the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner so as to increase the heat exchange quantity of the mobile air conditioner; and/or controlling and reducing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner so as to reduce the energy consumption of the mobile air conditioner. The consumption of the condensed water and the heat exchange efficiency of the mobile air conditioner are well balanced.
In some embodiments, the control method further includes obtaining a first outlet air humidity of an air outlet side of a condenser of the mobile air conditioner. Controlling to reduce the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner when the first condensed water level value is equal to or greater than the first preset level value in the step S120; and/or controlling and increasing the rotating speed of a water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner; the method comprises the following steps:
s121, when the first outlet air humidity is larger than a first preset outlet air humidity, and the first condensed water level value is equal to or larger than a first preset water level value and smaller than a second preset water level value (or the first condensed water level value is equal to or larger than the first preset water level value and smaller than the second preset water level value, and the current difference value is larger than zero), controlling and reducing the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner;
s122, when the first outlet air humidity is smaller than a second preset outlet air humidity and the first condensed water level value is equal to or larger than a first preset level value (or the first condensed water level value is equal to or larger than the first preset level value and the current difference value is larger than zero), controlling to increase the rotating speed of a water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner;
and S123, when the first outlet air humidity is greater than or equal to the second preset outlet air humidity and less than or equal to the first preset outlet air humidity, and the first condensate water level value is equal to or greater than the first preset water level value (or the first condensate water level value is equal to or greater than the first preset water level value and the current difference value is greater than zero), simultaneously controlling to reduce the rotating speed of a fan of the mobile air conditioner and controlling to increase the rotating speed of a water beating motor of the mobile air conditioner.
When the humidity of the air outlet side of the condenser is high, the humidity of the air near the condenser is saturated, the rotating speed of the water pumping motor is not suitable to be increased, at the moment, the rotating speed of the fan is reduced mainly, the surface temperature of the condenser is increased, the evaporation rate of condensed water is increased, and the consumption of the condensed water is increased.
In some embodiments, after controlling to reduce the rotational speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at a first reduction rate; the control method further comprises the following steps: and acquiring a current third condensed water level value at the current detection moment and a previous third condensed water level value at the previous detection moment. After the control is executed to reduce the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner, the water level value of the condensed water is continuously detected, for example, a third condensed water level value is detected at a plurality of different detection moments according to a set time interval. And when the current third condensed water level value is smaller than the previous third condensed water level value, acquiring the current fan rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at the current detection moment, and controlling the fan of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current fan rotating speed. In this embodiment, when the current third condensed water level value is smaller than the previous third condensed water level value, it is determined that the consumption of the condensed water is greater than the generation amount of the condensed water at the current fan rotation speed at this time, and the fan is controlled to operate at the current fan rotation speed without being reduced at the first reduction rate, so that the heat exchange efficiency is ensured. The control method of the present embodiment is defined as a fourth control process.
In some embodiments, after controlling to increase the rotational speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner at a first increase rate; the control method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a current fourth condensed water level value at the current detection moment and a previous fourth condensed water level value at the previous detection moment; after the control is executed to increase the rotating speed of the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner, the water level value of the condensed water is continuously detected, for example, the fourth condensed water level value is detected at a plurality of different detection moments according to a set time interval. And when the current fourth condensed water level value is smaller than the previous fourth condensed water level value, acquiring the current motor rotating speed of the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner at the current detection moment, and controlling the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current motor rotating speed. In this embodiment, when the current fourth condensed water level value is smaller than the previous fourth condensed water level value, it is determined that the consumption of the condensed water is greater than the generation amount of the condensed water at the current rotation speed of the water beating motor at this time, and the water beating motor is controlled to operate at the current rotation speed of the motor, so that the current rotation speed of the water beating motor is not increased at the first increasing rate, the energy consumption caused by the water beating motor is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is also ensured. The control method of the present embodiment is defined as a fifth control process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, after controlling to decrease the rotation speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner and/or controlling to increase the rotation speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner, the method further includes:
s210, acquiring a first operation duration. The acquisition of the first operation duration may be accomplished by a timer.
S220, when the first operation time reaches a first set time, acquiring a second condensate water level value;
s230, when the water level value of the second condensate water is equal to or larger than the first preset water level value, executing the following control:
when the fan of the mobile air conditioner runs at the first fan rotating speed, the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner is controlled to be reduced to the second fan rotating speed;
when the fan of the mobile air conditioner operates at a first reduction rate to reduce the rotating speed, controlling to reduce the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at a second reduction rate; wherein the second rate of decrease is greater than the first rate of decrease;
when the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner operates at the rotating speed of the first water pumping motor, controlling to increase the rotating speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner to the rotating speed of the second water pumping motor;
when the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner operates at a first increasing speed, controlling the rotating speed of the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner to increase at a second increasing speed; wherein the second rate of increase is greater than the first rate of increase.
In this embodiment, after the first control process, the second control process, or the third control process is executed, different controls are performed for different control processes according to the consumption of the condensed water within the set time, so that the working efficiency of the mobile air conditioner can be ensured while the consumption of the condensed water is ensured.
Of course, the control means added in the control method of the present embodiment may be combined with the control means added in the fourth control process or the fifth control process in the first control process, the second control process or the third control process, that is, even after the control means added in the fourth control process or the fifth control process is executed, if the water level value of the condensed water is still equal to or greater than the first preset water level value after the first operation duration reaches the first set duration, the control means added in the present embodiment is executed to increase the consumption speed of the condensed water so that the water level value of the condensed water is decreased to the preset safe water level value or less as soon as possible. At this time, the second condensed water level value described in this embodiment is equivalent to the third condensed water level value in the fourth control procedure or the fourth condensed water level value in the fifth control procedure.
In some embodiments, after controlling to reduce the rotation speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at the second reduction rate, the method further comprises: and acquiring a current third condensed water level value 'at the current detection moment and a previous third condensed water level value' at the previous detection moment. That is, after the control of reducing the rotation speed of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at the second reduction rate is performed, the water level value of the condensed water is continuously detected, for example, a third condensed water level value' at a plurality of different detection times is detected and obtained at set time intervals. And when the current third condensed water level value 'is smaller than the previous third condensed water level value', acquiring the current fan rotating speed 'of the fan of the mobile air conditioner at the current detection moment, and controlling the fan of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current fan rotating speed'. In this embodiment, when the current third condensed water level value ' is smaller than the previous third condensed water level value ', it is determined that the consumption of the condensed water is greater than the generation amount of the condensed water at the current fan rotation speed at this time, and the fan is controlled to operate at the current fan rotation speed ', so that the current fan rotation speed is not reduced at the second reduction rate, and the heat exchange efficiency is ensured. The control method of the present embodiment is defined as a sixth control process.
In some embodiments, after controlling to increase the rotational speed of the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner at the second increase rate; the control method further comprises the following steps: acquiring a current fourth condensed water level value 'at the current detection moment and a previous fourth condensed water level value' at the previous detection moment; that is, after the control is executed to increase the rotation speed of the water-fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner at the second increasing rate, the water level value of the condensed water is continuously detected, for example, a fourth condensed water level value' is detected at a set time interval to obtain a plurality of different detection moments. And when the current fourth condensed water level value 'is smaller than the previous fourth condensed water level value', acquiring the current motor rotating speed 'of the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner at the current detection moment, and controlling the water fetching motor of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current motor rotating speed'. In this embodiment, when the current fourth condensed water level value 'is smaller than the previous fourth condensed water level value', it is determined that the consumption of the condensed water is greater than the generation amount of the condensed water at the current rotation speed 'of the water beating motor at this time, and the water beating motor is controlled to operate at the current motor rotation speed', so that the current motor rotation speed is not increased at the first increase rate, the energy consumption caused by the water beating motor is reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is also ensured. The control method of the present embodiment is defined as a seventh control process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, after controlling the fan of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current fan speed (or the current fan speed '), or after controlling the water pumping motor of the mobile air conditioner to operate at the current motor speed (or the current motor speed'), further comprising:
