Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below, the embodiments described with reference to the drawings being illustrative, and the embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The air conditioner control method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 2, and as shown in fig. 1, the air conditioner control method of the embodiment of the present invention includes at least step S1, step S2, and step S3.
And step S1, acquiring the temperature of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity of the air conditioner in the air mixing mode.
In the embodiment, the indoor air cavity is an air mixing cavity of the air conditioner, and the air conditioner enters the air mixing cavity after high-temperature fresh air passing through the air energy heat exchanger and low-temperature internal circulation air passing through the heat exchanger are mixed in an air mixing mode. The temperature of the indoor air cavity is recorded as t, for example, the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity are important factors causing the indoor air cavity to generate condensed water, and if the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is lower than a condensation point corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, the condensed water is generated. Therefore, in order to reduce or eliminate the problem that the indoor air cavity generates a large amount of condensed water to a certain extent, the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity need to be detected, and then the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is favorably adjusted accordingly, so that the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is higher than the condensation point corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, and the generated condensed water is avoided or reduced.
Particularly, the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be collected through the temperature and humidity integrated sensor. The integrative sensor of humiture can set up the indoor wind intracavity behind the evaporimeter to, the temperature t in the indoor wind chamber of feasible collection and the relative humidity's in indoor wind chamber the degree of accuracy height, and then do benefit to and carry out accurate control to compressor and fan from this, carry out accurate regulation with the temperature to indoor wind chamber. In addition, because the size of the temperature and humidity integrated sensor is smaller, the installation space can be saved during installation.
In step S2, a target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is determined.
In an embodiment, the target condensation temperature, i.e. the target condensation point, represents a critical temperature for generating condensation of the indoor air cavity under the current relative humidity condition, for example, when the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is 80%, the critical temperature for generating condensation, i.e. the target condensation point, is 21.31 ℃.
It can be understood that the relative humidity of the different indoor air cavities corresponds to different target condensation temperatures, for example, the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is 20%, and the corresponding target condensation temperature is 0.5 ℃; the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is 10%, the corresponding target condensation temperature is-7.75 ℃, and the like, the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be accurately determined by acquiring the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, and the step S3 is executed.
And step S3, if the temperature of the indoor air cavity is lower than the target condensation temperature, controlling the frequency reduction operation of the compressor and/or controlling the fan of the air conditioner to operate at an increased speed so as to increase the temperature of the indoor air cavity.
In the embodiment, a target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is determined, and the operating frequency of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the fan of the air conditioner are controlled correspondingly based on the magnitude relation between the target condensation temperature and the temperature t of the indoor air cavity. It can be understood that if the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is less than the target condensation temperature, condensed water is generated. For example, if the obtained temperature t of the indoor air cavity is 20 ℃ and the current relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is 80%, the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity is determined to be 21.31 ℃, and at this time, the condensation risk is considered to exist, the compressor can be controlled to reduce the operating frequency so as to increase the temperature t of the indoor air cavity to be higher than the target condensation temperature, and therefore, the generated condensed water is avoided or reduced; or the fan can be controlled to run at an increased speed so as to increase the temperature t of the indoor air cavity to be higher than the target condensation temperature, so that the generated condensed water is avoided or reduced; or, the compressor can be controlled to reduce the running frequency, and the fan is controlled to run at an increased speed, so that the heating efficiency of the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is improved, the temperature t is quickly increased to be higher than the target condensation temperature, and the generated condensed water is avoided or reduced.
Particularly, the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be accurately determined through the method, the accurate control of the running frequency of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the fan can be realized according to the size relation between the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the target condensation temperature, the phenomenon that the control quantity is over-adjusted or insufficient can be avoided, the accuracy of the temperature control of the indoor air cavity is improved, and meanwhile, the fresh air quantity and the refrigerating effect can be guaranteed not to be influenced.
According to the air conditioner control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the corresponding target condensation temperature is accurately determined according to the relative humidity of different indoor air cavities, the obtained temperature t of the indoor air cavity is compared with the obtained target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity, and the operating frequency of the compressor and/or the rotating speed of the fan are/is accurately controlled according to the comparison result, so that the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is greater than the condensation temperature, the generation of indoor air cavity condensate water is avoided or reduced, the fresh air volume and the refrigeration effect are not influenced, and the heat preservation and sealing are not required to be carried out by increasing the cost, so that the after-sale cost is saved, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.
In some embodiments, the air conditioner control method further includes: and if the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is greater than the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, controlling the compressor to stop the frequency reduction operation and/or controlling the fan to stop the speed increase operation. Specifically, the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature margin is used as a judgment condition for judging whether the condensation risk is removed, and whether the condensation risk is removed is judged by comparing the temperature t of the indoor air cavity with the magnitude relation of the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature margin. If the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is greater than the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, the condensation risk is considered to be absent, and at the moment, the compressor is controlled to stop the frequency reduction operation and/or the fan is controlled to stop the speed increase operation; and if the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is less than the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, the condensation risk is not removed, and at the moment, the frequency reduction operation of the compressor is continuously controlled and/or the speed increasing operation of the fan is controlled to be removed. The temperature t of the indoor air cavity is compared with the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, so that the frequency reduction operation of the compressor and/or the speed increasing operation of the fan are/is relieved, and the condition that when no condensation risk exists, the performance of the air conditioner is affected due to the fact that the compressor is still in the frequency reduction operation state and/or the fan is still in the speed increasing state can be avoided.
It is understood that the preset dew condensation temperature margin is a preset temperature value, which can be set according to actual requirements, and in this embodiment, the preset dew condensation temperature margin is, for example, 3 ℃.
In some embodiments, determining a target condensation temperature corresponding to a relative humidity of an indoor wind cavity comprises: according to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, a preset relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table is inquired to obtain the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, wherein the preset relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table comprises a plurality of relative humidities and a plurality of condensation temperatures in one-to-one correspondence with the relative humidities, and the condensation temperatures at least comprise the target condensation temperature. It will be appreciated that the rh-dew point temperature map may be calibrated empirically and using a large number of experimental data. In a specific embodiment, the relative humidity-condensation point temperature relation mapping table is preset and stored, so that after the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is determined, the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity is accurately obtained through table lookup.
In a specific embodiment, an example of a relative humidity-condensation point temperature relationship map is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 humidity-condensation temperature relationship mapping Table
Figure BDA0002967225400000061
As can be seen from the table 1, the target condensation temperatures corresponding to the relative humidities of different indoor air cavities are different, and the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be quickly and accurately determined by presetting a relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table, so that the accurate temperature adjustment of the indoor air cavity is facilitated, and the influence on the fresh air volume and the refrigerating effect is avoided.
In some embodiments, obtaining the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity when the air conditioner is in the mixed air mode includes: and periodically acquiring the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity by taking preset time as an interval. Specifically, the temperature is gradually raised in consideration of the delay of temperature rise, that is, the temperature is not raised instantaneously. Therefore, when the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is raised, the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity cannot be immediately reacquired, and the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity are periodically acquired at preset time, for example, 3 minutes as an interval, so that the problem that the acquisition result is inaccurate due to frequent acquisition of the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be avoided, and the control accuracy and reliability of the compressor and/or the fan are improved.
In some embodiments, controlling compressor down-frequency operation comprises: and controlling the compressor to run at the lower frequency according to the preset frequency step length, and controlling the compressor to run at the rated lowest running frequency when the running frequency of the compressor is reduced to the rated lowest running frequency of the compressor. Specifically, when the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is less than the target condensation temperature, the compressor is controlled to operate at the lower frequency, and when the compressor operates at the lower frequency, the lower frequency is gradually controlled according to a preset frequency step length, for example, 2HZ, until the operating frequency of the compressor is reduced to the rated lowest operating frequency, for example, 20HZ, the compressor is controlled to operate at the rated lowest operating frequency, for example, 20 HZ. It can be understood that the rated minimum operating frequency of the compressor can be determined according to the model, performance and the like of the compressor, and the rated minimum operating frequency of the compressor is different for different models and different performances of the compressor.
In some embodiments, controlling the fan of the air conditioner to operate at an increased speed includes: and gradually increasing the rotating speed gear of the fan, and controlling the fan to operate at the rated highest rotating speed gear when the rotating speed gear of the compressor reaches the rated highest rotating speed gear. In a specific embodiment, the rotation speed of the fan includes, but is not limited to, high gear, middle gear, and low gear, and the rotation speeds of the different gears are different. When the fan is accelerated, the speed is accelerated one gear each time, for example, after the current rotating speed of the fan is low, the rotating speed of the fan is changed into middle gear after the current rotating speed of the fan is accelerated once, and the fan is controlled to operate at the rated highest rotating speed gear, namely, high gear until the rotating speed of the fan is changed into high gear.
As a specific example, the air conditioning control method according to the embodiment of the present invention is described in detail below with reference to fig. 2, and as shown in fig. 2, the air conditioning control method according to the embodiment of the present invention is a flowchart.
Step S11, start.
And step S12, acquiring the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity of the air conditioner in the air mixing mode.
And step S13, determining a target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity according to the relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table.
Step S14, judging whether the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is less than the target condensation temperature, if yes, executing step S15; if not, the current running state is kept.
And step S15, controlling the frequency reduction operation of the compressor and/or controlling the speed increase operation of the fan of the air conditioner.
In step S16, a preset time, such as 3 minutes, is delayed, and step S12 is executed.
Step S17, judging whether the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is greater than the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, if so, executing step S18; if not, the current running state is kept.
And step S18, controlling the compressor to stop the frequency reduction operation and/or controlling the fan to stop the speed increase operation.
Step S19 ends.

The acquiring module 20 is configured to acquire a temperature of an indoor air cavity and a relative humidity of the indoor air cavity of the air conditioner in the air mixing mode; the determining module 21 is used for determining a target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity; the control module 22 is configured to control the compressor to operate at a lower frequency and/or control the fan of the air conditioner to operate at an increased speed when the temperature of the indoor air cavity is less than the target condensation temperature, so as to increase the temperature of the indoor air cavity.

In some embodiments, the control module 22 is further configured to: and if the temperature t of the indoor air cavity is greater than the sum of the target condensation temperature and the preset condensation temperature allowance, controlling the compressor to stop the frequency reduction operation and/or controlling the fan to stop the speed increase operation.
In some embodiments, the determining module 21 is specifically configured to: according to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, a preset relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table is inquired to obtain the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity, wherein the preset relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table comprises a plurality of relative humidities and a plurality of condensation temperatures in one-to-one correspondence with the relative humidities, and the condensation temperatures at least comprise the target condensation temperature.
Figure BDA0002967225400000091
As can be seen from the table 1, the target condensation temperatures corresponding to the relative humidities of different indoor air cavities are different, and the target condensation temperature corresponding to the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity can be quickly and accurately determined by presetting a relative humidity-condensation temperature relation mapping table, so that the accurate temperature adjustment of the indoor air cavity is facilitated, and the influence on the fresh air volume and the refrigerating effect is avoided.
In some embodiments, the obtaining module 20 is specifically configured to: and periodically acquiring the temperature t of the indoor air cavity and the relative humidity of the indoor air cavity by taking preset time as an interval.
In some embodiments, the control module 22 is specifically configured to: and controlling the compressor to run at the lower frequency according to the preset frequency step length, and controlling the compressor to run at the rated lowest running frequency when the running frequency of the compressor is reduced to the rated lowest running frequency of the compressor.
In some embodiments, the control module 22 is specifically configured to: and gradually increasing the rotating speed gear of the fan, and controlling the fan to operate at the rated highest rotating speed gear when the rotating speed gear of the compressor reaches the rated highest rotating speed gear.
