Claims (8)
1. A packing device for stomach-invigorating and digestion-promoting tablets for medical drug production and packaging is characterized by comprising:
the device comprises a bottom plate (1), wherein a cylinder (2) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the pushing mechanism (3) is arranged on the cylinder (2);
a storage mechanism (4), wherein the storage mechanism (4) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1).
2. The boxing equipment for the stomach invigorating and digestion promoting tablets for the production and packaging of the medical drugs as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pushing mechanism (3) comprises:
the connecting frame (30) is connected with the telescopic rod of the cylinder (2);
one end of the connecting frame (30) is provided with a second guide groove block (34);
the wedge block (35) is arranged on one side of the second guide groove block (34);
a first guide groove block (33), wherein one side of the connecting frame (30) is provided with the first guide groove block (33);
a push block (32), wherein one side of the connecting frame (30) is provided with the push block (32);
the first push plate (31) is arranged on one side of the connecting frame (30).
3. The boxing apparatus for strengthening the stomach and promoting digestion tablets for producing and packaging medical drugs according to claim 1, wherein the storage mechanism (4) comprises:
a mounting table (40), wherein the mounting table (40) is arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
a placing box (41), wherein the top of the mounting table (40) is provided with the placing box (41);
the first push rod (42) is arranged on one side of the placing box (41) in a sliding mode, and a clamping strip is arranged on the first push rod (42);
a second push plate (43), wherein one end of the first push rod (42) is provided with the second push plate (43);
the first spring piece (44) is connected between the second push plate (43) and the placing box (41);
the mounting blocks (45) are symmetrically arranged at the bottom of the placing box (41);
the second push rod (46) is connected between the mounting blocks (45) in a sliding manner, and the second push rod (46) is matched with the first guide groove block (33);
a sliding rod (47), wherein the sliding rod (47) is arranged on one side of the placing box (41) in a sliding manner;
the clamping block (48) is arranged at the top of the sliding rod (47), and the clamping block (48) is matched with the clamping strip;
and a second spring piece (49), wherein the second spring piece (49) is symmetrically connected between the fixture block (48) and the placing box (41).
4. The stomach invigorating and digestion promoting tablet boxing apparatus for the production and packaging of the medical medicines according to claim 2 or 3, characterized by further comprising a feeding mechanism (5), wherein the feeding mechanism (5) comprises:
the first mounting rack (50) is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the bottom plate (1);
the placing table (51) is connected between the tops of the first mounting racks (50);
the limiting rods (52) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the placing table (51) in a sliding manner;
the third spring part (53) is connected between the limiting rod (52) and the placing table (51);
the material pushing frame (54) is connected between the material pushing frames (54) and the limiting rods (52);
the third push rod (55) is arranged at the bottom of the material pushing frame (54), and the third push rod (55) is matched with the second guide groove block (34);
a fixed frame (56), wherein the fixed frame (56) is arranged on one side of the top of the mounting table (40);
and a second mounting rack (57) is connected between the top of the placing box (41) and the top of the placing table (51).
5. The stomach invigorating and digestion promoting tablet boxing equipment for producing and packaging medical medicaments according to claim 4, which is characterized by further comprising a glue spraying mechanism (6), wherein the glue spraying mechanism (6) comprises:
the glue storage box (60) is arranged on one side of the second mounting rack (57);
the connecting barrel (61) is arranged at the bottom of the glue storage box (60);
the switch column (62) is connected with the barrel (61) and is internally provided with the switch column (62) in a rotating way;
a rotating shaft (63), wherein the rotating shaft (63) is arranged on one side of the switch column (62);
a rocker (64) is arranged on one side of the rotating shaft (63);
the nozzle (65) is arranged at the bottom of the connecting barrel (61).
6. The boxing equipment for the stomach invigorating and digestion promoting tablets for the production and packaging of the medical drugs, as claimed in claim 5, is characterized by further comprising a packaging mechanism (7), wherein the packaging mechanism (7) comprises:
the mounting rod (70) is arranged on one side of the placing box (41);
the fourth push rod (71), the installation rod (70) is internally provided with the fourth push rod (71) in a sliding way;
and a fourth spring piece (72), wherein the fourth spring piece (72) is connected between the fourth push rod (71) and the mounting rod (70).
7. The stomach invigorating and digestion promoting tablet boxing equipment for producing and packaging medical medicaments according to claim 6, which is characterized by further comprising a blanking mechanism (8), wherein the blanking mechanism (8) comprises:
a pushing frame (80), wherein the pushing frame (80) is arranged on one side of the placing table (51) in a sliding manner;
the fifth spring piece (81), the fifth spring piece (81) is symmetrically connected between the pushing frame (80) and the placing table (51);
the bottom of the pushing frame (80) is provided with an inclined block (82);
the collecting box (83), bottom plate (1) top one side is equipped with collecting box (83).
8. The equipment for boxing of stomach-invigorating and digestion-promoting tablets for producing and packaging medical medicaments according to claim 5, wherein the glue storage box (60) is in a barrel shape.
