Claims (10)

1. A method of error proofing packaging, comprising:
acquiring a first serial number of a nameplate label to be loaded into a machine at present, and printing a machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number on line;
adhering the machine configuration label to a target packaging box for loading the current machine to be loaded;
judging whether a second serial number of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box is consistent with the first serial number;
and if so, loading the current machine to be loaded into the target packaging box.
2. The method of error proofing packaging of claim 1, further comprising:
setting a bar code system of a nameplate label on a machine as a first code system in advance, and setting a bar code system of a machine configuration label on a packing box as a second code system; wherein the first code system and the second code system are different code systems;
setting and printing a bar code of a nameplate label pre-pasted on the machine by using the first code system, and correspondingly pasting the printed nameplate label to the machine;
a process for printing out a machine configuration label on-line that matches the first serial number, comprising:
and setting and printing the bar code of the machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number by using the second code system so as to print out the machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number.
3. The method for preventing error packaging according to claim 2, wherein the step of obtaining the first serial number and the second serial number in the step of determining whether the second serial number of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box is consistent with the first serial number comprises:
scanning the bar code of the nameplate label on the machine to be loaded currently to obtain a first serial number and a first serial number code system of the nameplate label on the machine to be loaded currently;
and scanning the bar code of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box to obtain a second serial number of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box and a second serial number system.
4. The method of error proofing packaging of claim 3 wherein prior to loading the current machine to be loaded into the target package, the method of error proofing packaging further comprises:
judging whether the first serial number system is the first code system and the second serial number system is the second code system;
if so, when the second serial number is judged to be consistent with the first serial number, allowing the current machine to be loaded into the target packaging box to be executed;
if not, when the second serial number is judged to be consistent with the first serial number, the step of loading the current machine to be loaded into the target packaging box is not allowed to be executed.
5. The method of error proofing packaging of claim 4 further comprising:
if the first serial number system and the second serial number system are both the first system, the prompt of the nameplate label is all performed for scanning;
if the first serial number system and the second serial number system are both the second system, the prompt of a machine configuration label is all used for scanning;
and if the second serial number is inconsistent with the first serial number, prompting a label pasting error.
6. The method of error proofing packaging according to any of claims 4-5, further comprising:
recording machine serial numbers which pass both the code system verification and the serial number verification, and judging whether all the machines corresponding to the whole machine production order are completely packaged or not according to the recorded machine serial numbers;
and if so, prompting the completion of the machine production order.
7. A system for error proofing packaging, comprising:
the label printing module is used for acquiring a first serial number of a nameplate label to be loaded into a machine at present and printing a machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number on line;
the label pasting module is used for pasting the machine configuration label to a target packaging box for loading the current machine to be loaded;
the serial number judging module is used for judging whether a second serial number of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box is consistent with the first serial number; if yes, executing a packaging module;
and the machine packaging module is used for loading the current machine to be loaded into the target packaging box.
8. The error-proofing packaging system of claim 7, further comprising:
the code system setting module is used for setting the code system of the bar code of the nameplate label on the machine as a first code system in advance and setting the code system of the bar code of the machine configuration label on the packing box as a second code system; wherein the first code system and the second code system are different code systems;
the label manufacturing module is used for setting and printing a bar code of a nameplate label pre-pasted on the machine by using the first code system and correspondingly pasting the printed nameplate label to the machine;
a process for printing out a machine configuration label on-line that matches the first serial number, comprising:
and setting and printing the bar code of the machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number by using the second code system so as to print out the machine configuration label conforming to the first serial number.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the process of obtaining the first serial number and the second serial number by the serial number determining module comprises:
scanning the bar code of the nameplate label on the machine to be loaded currently to obtain a first serial number and a first serial number code system of the nameplate label on the machine to be loaded currently;
scanning the bar code of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box to obtain a second serial number of the machine configuration label on the target packaging box and a second serial number system;
and the system for error-proofing packaging further comprises:
a code system judging module, configured to judge whether the first serial number system is the first code system and the second serial number system is the second code system before the current machine to be loaded into the target packaging box is loaded; if yes, the machine packaging module is allowed to be executed when the serial number judging module judges that the second serial number is consistent with the first serial number; if not, the machine packaging module is not allowed to be executed when the serial number judging module judges that the second serial number is consistent with the first serial number.
10. A device for error proofing packaging, comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program;
a wrapping control module for, when executing the computer program, implementing the steps of the method of error-proofing wrapping of any one of claims 1-6.
