When the manufacturer identification information of the server to be set is obtained, the attribute information corresponding to the identification information can be determined, the label corresponding to the attribute information is determined, and then the determined label is set on the server. Therefore, the labels of the servers are automatically determined and set, workers do not need to manually search and paste the labels of the servers one by one, and the production efficiency of the servers is improved.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the setting unit 304 is configured to determine whether the attribute information carried on the tag is the same as the attribute to be set, and set the tag in the server to be set when the attribute information carried on the tag is the same as the attribute to be set.
In this embodiment, after determining the tag corresponding to the attribute information to be set, it is determined again whether the attribute information carried on the tag is the same as the attribute information to be set, and only when the attribute information is the same as the attribute information to be set, the tag is set in the server to be set, thereby avoiding the situation of a tag setting error caused by an error or carelessness occurring in a tag generation process or a tag determination process, thereby improving the accuracy of tag setting, avoiding the repeated work caused by a tag setting error, and further improving the production efficiency of the server.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the attribute information includes: serial number, package box number and mainboard physical address; the setting unit 304 is configured to determine, according to the serial number to be set, the package box number to be set, and the physical address of the motherboard to be set included in the attribute information to be set, a serial number tag, a package box number tag, and a physical address tag of the motherboard that correspond to the serial number to be set, the package box number to be set, and the physical address of the motherboard to be set, respectively; and respectively setting the serial number label, the packaging box number label and the mainboard physical address label in the server to be set.
And respectively determining a corresponding serial number label, a corresponding packaging box number label and a corresponding main board physical address label according to the determined serial number to be set, the packaging box number to be set and the main board physical address to be set corresponding to the server to be set, and then respectively setting the labels into the server to be set. Therefore, the labels corresponding to the attribute information of each item are generated and are respectively set in the server, the accuracy of label generation and setting can be improved, and the production efficiency of the server is further improved.
As shown in fig. 4, in an embodiment of the present invention, the setting unit 304 includes: a serial number determining subunit 401, a packing case number determining subunit 402, and a motherboard physical address determining subunit 403; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the serial number determining subunit 401 is configured to determine whether a serial number carried in the serial number tag is the same as the serial number to be set, and if so, set the serial number tag in the server to be set;
the packaging box number determining subunit 402 is configured to determine whether the packaging box number carried in the packaging box number tag is the same as the packaging box number to be set, and if so, set the packaging box number tag in the server to be set;
the motherboard physical address determining subunit 403 is configured to determine whether a motherboard physical address carried in the motherboard physical address tag is the same as the to-be-set motherboard physical address, and if so, set the motherboard physical address tag in the to-be-set server.
For example, the production process of the server may pass through 4 stations, i.e., the installation mainboard, the upper cover, the verification and the packaging, and in the installation mainboard station, manufacturer identification information, e.g., a serial number fixed by a manufacturer, and attribute information of a serial number, a packaging box number, a mainboard physical address, and the like of the server to be set may be obtained, and a corresponding relationship between the serial number of the manufacturer and the attribute information of the server to be set is established. In the upper cover work station, the serial number of a manufacturer can be scanned, the system displays the attribute information of the server to be set, the serial number label corresponding to the serial number of the server to be set is found, whether the serial number carried in the label is the same as the serial number obtained by the work station for installing the main board is determined, if yes, the label is pasted on the server to be set, and if not, the label is prompted to be wrong. Similarly, at the check-up work station, after determining the packing box number label corresponding to the packing box number, determine whether the packing box number carried in this packing box number label is the same as the packing box number that installation mainboard work station obtained, if yes, then paste this packing box number label on treating the setting server. Correspondingly, in the packaging work station, the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address label is verified, and when the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address label is the same as that obtained by the mainboard installation work station, the mainboard physical address label is pasted on a server to be set. Therefore, after the attribute information carried on the label is verified, the label is set on the server to be set only when the attribute information carried on the label is the same as the attribute information of the server to be set, so that the accuracy of label setting is improved, and the production efficiency of the server is further improved.
Specifically, in an embodiment of the present invention, the serial number determining subunit 401 is configured to determine whether the number of bits of the serial number carried in the serial number tag is the same as the number of bits of the serial number to be set; if so, determining whether the product model and the subpoena number included in the serial number are the same as the product model to be set and the subpoena number to be set in the serial number to be set; if so, determining that the sequence number carried in the sequence number label is the same as the sequence number to be set.
For example, when the serial number required by the customer is 13, whether the serial number carried in the serial number label is 13 is detected, and if so, whether the product model is matched with the ticket is detected. Further, there is a fixed format in the sequence number, for example, the 4 th bit is fixed to D, and if the sequence number has a fixed format, the format needs to be checked. And if all items pass the verification, determining that the serial number carried in the serial number label is the same as the serial number to be set.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the motherboard physical determining subunit 403 is configured to determine whether a bit number of a motherboard physical address carried in the motherboard physical address tag is the same as a bit number of the physical address to be set; if yes, determining whether the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address label has at least one number and at least one letter; if yes, determining whether the at least one number and the at least one letter are respectively identical to the number and the letter in the physical address to be set; if so, determining that the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address tag is the same as the mainboard physical address to be set.
Here, taking the motherboard physical address as 12 bits as an example, the motherboard physical address is a combination of numbers and letters, and therefore, it is first determined whether the motherboard physical address carried in the motherboard physical address tag is 12 bits, if so, it is then checked whether the numbers and letters exist in the motherboard physical address at the same time, and then each character is checked separately, thereby determining whether the motherboard physical address carried in the motherboard physical address tag is the same as the motherboard physical address to be set.
Because the information interaction, execution process, and other contents between the units in the device are based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, specific contents may refer to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.
The invention also provides a readable medium comprising executable instructions which, when executed by a processor of a storage controller, cause the storage controller to perform a method as provided by any of the above-described embodiments of the invention.
In addition, the present invention also provides a memory controller comprising: a processor, a memory, and a bus; the memory is used for storing execution instructions, the processor is connected with the memory through the bus, and when the storage controller runs, the processor executes the execution instructions stored in the memory, so that the storage controller executes the method provided by any one of the above embodiments of the invention.
In summary, the embodiments of the present invention have at least the following advantages:
1. in the embodiment of the invention, firstly, the corresponding label is generated according to the attribute information of the server, and the corresponding relation between the attribute information of the server and the manufacturer identification information is established. When the manufacturer identification information of the server to be set is obtained, the attribute information corresponding to the identification information can be determined, the label corresponding to the attribute information is determined, and then the determined label is set on the server. Therefore, the labels of the servers are automatically determined and set, workers do not need to manually search and paste the labels of the servers one by one, and the production efficiency of the servers is improved.
2. In the embodiment of the invention, after the label corresponding to the attribute information to be set is determined, whether the attribute information carried on the label is the same as the attribute information to be set is determined again, and the label is set in the server to be set only when the attribute information carried on the label is the same as the attribute information to be set, so that the condition of label setting error caused by error or omission in a label generation process or a label determination process is avoided, the accuracy of label setting is improved, the repeated work caused by the label setting error is avoided, and the production efficiency of the server is further improved.
3. In the embodiment of the invention, according to the determined serial number to be set, the packaging box number to be set and the physical address of the mainboard to be set corresponding to the server to be set, the corresponding serial number label, packaging box number label and physical address label of the mainboard are respectively determined, and then the labels are respectively set in the server to be set. Therefore, the labels corresponding to the attribute information of each item are generated and are respectively set in the server, the accuracy of label generation and setting can be improved, and the production efficiency of the server is further improved.

Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for realizing the method embodiments can be completed by hardware related to program instructions, the program can be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and the program executes the steps comprising the method embodiments when executed; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.

generating a label corresponding to the at least one server according to the attribute information of the at least one server;
constructing a corresponding relation between the attribute information of each server and the manufacturer identification information;
further comprising:
acquiring manufacturer identification information of a server to be set;
determining attribute information to be set of the server to be set according to the manufacturer identification information of the server to be set and the corresponding relation;
determining a label corresponding to the attribute information to be set according to the attribute information to be set;
setting the label in the server to be set;
after the determining the label corresponding to the attribute information to be set, further comprising:
determining whether the attribute information carried on the label is the same as the attribute to be set;
when the attribute information carried on the label is the same as the attribute to be set, executing the setting of the label in the server to be set;
the attribute information includes: serial number, package box number and mainboard physical address;
the determining the label corresponding to the attribute information to be set according to the attribute information to be set includes:
determining a serial number label, a packaging box number label and a mainboard physical address label which respectively correspond to the serial number to be set, the packaging box number to be set and the mainboard physical address to be set according to the serial number to be set, the packaging box number to be set and the mainboard physical address to be set which are included in the attribute information to be set;
the setting the tag in the server to be set includes:
respectively setting the serial number label, the packaging box number label and the mainboard physical address label in the server to be set;
the determining whether the attribute information carried on the tag is the same as the attribute to be set, and when the attribute information carried on the tag is the same as the attribute to be set, executing the setting of the tag in the server to be set includes:
determining whether the serial number carried in the serial number label is the same as the serial number to be set, if so, setting the serial number label in the server to be set;
determining whether the packaging box number carried in the packaging box number label is the same as the packaging box number to be set, if so, setting the packaging box number label in the server to be set;
determining whether a mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address tag is the same as the mainboard physical address to be set, if so, setting the mainboard physical address tag in the server to be set;
the determining whether the sequence number carried in the sequence number label is the same as the sequence number to be set includes:
determining whether the number of bits of the serial number carried in the serial number label is the same as the number of bits of the serial number to be set;
if so, determining whether the product model and the subpoena number included in the serial number are the same as the product model to be set and the subpoena number to be set in the serial number to be set;
if so, determining that the serial number carried in the serial number label is the same as the serial number to be set;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the determining whether the physical address of the motherboard carried in the physical address tag of the motherboard is the same as the physical address of the motherboard to be set includes:
determining whether the number of bits of the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address tag is the same as the number of bits of the physical address to be set;
if yes, determining whether the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address label has at least one number and at least one letter;
if yes, determining whether the at least one number and the at least one letter are respectively identical to the number and the letter in the physical address to be set;
if so, determining that the mainboard physical address carried in the mainboard physical address tag is the same as the mainboard physical address to be set.
