9. A sewage treatment plant according to claim 1, characterised in that said first level detector (25) is electrically connected to the dredge pump (17) and said second level detector (26) is electrically connected to the control valve (18).
10. A sewage treatment device and a sewage treatment method are characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) replacing sewage discharge outlets on the bottom walls in the vegetable washing pool and the dish washing pool with a sewage collecting tank, and discharging the dish washing water and the dish washing water into the sewage collecting tank;
