如上所述,本文所述的方法涉及成型包裹片材的生产。特别是,参考图4,本文所述的方法适合生产包裹片材10,该包裹片材10有:空心部分10A,用于接收产品(例如食品产品);以及周边边缘10C,该周边边缘10C沿预设轮廓K延伸。在优选实施例中,如在所示的优选实施例中,片材10可以包括基本平面形的周边凸缘10B,该周边凸缘10B环绕空心部分10A,并确定周边边缘10C。
参考图1的示例,本文所述的方法包括以下步骤:
-将包裹片材100放置在具有形成空腔50A的处理表面50上;
-在形成空腔50A内成型包裹片材100,以便产生空心部分10A;以及
-沿预设轮廓K切割包裹片材100,以便产生周边边缘10C。
优选是,包裹片材100包括至少一个由金属材料(例如铝)制造的层。
特别是,包裹片材100可以由铝箔片材形成,该铝箔片材在外侧上(参考在最终包装中的布置)涂覆有一层墨,该墨使得片材的外表面上有预设的颜色和/或装饰和/或图像。还可能,相对侧(即内表面,参考在最终包装中的布置)可以涂覆一层热封材料。铝箔片材的厚度可以在1和500μm之间,可能在3和300μm之间,可选地在5和50μm之间(1μm=1×10-6m)。也可选择,包裹片材100可以有多层结构,该多层结构包括至少一层聚合物材料。例如,包裹片材100可以由具有多层层状结构的片材来形成,该多层层状结构由多层聚合物材料构成。优选的聚合物材料是例如聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺等。适合所述应用的塑料材料片材的厚度通常可以小于140μm,特别是等于或小于50μm。片材100还可以包括热封材料,例如热封漆。
在一些实施例中,片材100可有多层结构,该多层结构包括与金属层组合的至少一层聚合物材料。例如,片材100可以包括金属化塑料材料(例如聚丙烯-PP)片材,其中,金属涂层的厚度在10和

通常,在本文所述的方法中,形成步骤设想在基本不使片材100由于拉伸而发生任何塑性变形的情况下形成该片材100。
参考图1A和1B,形成步骤设想:
-将包裹片材100放置在处理表面50上和在形成空腔50A上;
-将形成部件52引入形成空腔50A中,从而将包裹片材100推入该空腔50A中,并将其放置成抵靠在空腔的表面50A’上。
在上述步骤结束时,对于已经插入空腔50A中的部分,片材100呈现与表面50A’相对应的构型;该部分确定为空心部分10A。
形成步骤可以在冷条件中进行,即并不向包裹片材施加任何热量。也可选择,包裹片材可以加热,以便促使它变形为设想用于空心部分10A的构型。
形成步骤在包裹片材100中产生多个折叠部110。
所述折叠部由于以下事实而产生:形成步骤基本在没有由于拉伸片材而引起的任何变形的情况下获得,只是由于使它从平坦放置的结构(图1A中所示)重新定位成由形成空腔50A产生的结构(图1B中所示)。
折叠部110由折叠线来确定,该折叠线相对于在空心部分10A的平面图中的边界沿横向方向来定向,且各折叠部110由至少两个折片来构成,这些折片一个设置在另一个顶上和相互接触,并通过相应的折叠线而连接在一起。
折叠部110自身再通过它的两个折片中的一个而与包裹片材100的下层接触。因此,在各折叠部110处可以有三层或更多层材料,该材料一个布置在另一个顶上。
而且应当注意,在某些应用中,特别是在设想使用由塑料材料制造的包裹片材时,形成操作可以根据专利申请PCT WO2018/146577A1的教导来进行,该专利申请PCT WO2018/146577A1的申请人是本申请人,它设想密封上述折叠部,以便将片材固定成在形成空腔内呈现的构型。
在一些应用中,需要时,在任何情况下也能够设想通过拉伸而使片材轻微变形。
如上所述,本文所述的方法设想了一种切割操作,该切割操作使用激光束B,用于沿预设轮廓K切割包裹片材100。
切割操作可以通过处理头60来执行,该处理头60设置有常规类型的激光源,适合执行将在下文中介绍的功能。激光源可以是例如光纤激光器、YAG激光器或CO2激光器,并可以是脉冲型激光器或连续发射激光器。处理头60的工作参数(例如激光束的波长或焦距)可以根据已知用于激光机械加工的通用标准根据特定应用的需要来选择。
通常,如已知,激光切割设想将激光束引导至包裹片材上,并以连续方式定向它,以使得它在片材上的入射点沿设想用于获得边缘的给定轮廓来运动。
在入射点中,由激光束传递至片材上的能量引起升华现象,以使得所涉及的材料直接从固态变成气态。
根据本文所述的方法,切割操作设想沿预设轮廓K执行多次激光束通过,包括:
-激光束沿第一通路P1的第一通过;以及
-沿另一通路Pn的至少一个另一通过,该另一通路Pn相对于第一通路P1沿离开预设轮廓K的方向偏移。
激光束的另一通过有消除包裹片材100的材料的功能,该材料在第一通过结束时仍将使得包含空心部分10A的成型片材10与片材100的剩余部分100’连接。
特别是,所述材料由只在激光束的第一通过之后才出现的片材隐藏层来构成。
通常,这发生在上述的折叠部110处,如前所述,在该折痕处可以有三层或更多层一个设置在另一个顶上的材料。
激光束的第一通过将在顶层上操作,而随后的通过将在下层上操作。
激光束的各另一通过都沿着相应通路,该通路与先前通过的通路不一致,而是沿远离预设轮廓K的方向稍微偏移。
优选是,该位移的距离小于或等于激光束的直径。
特别是,根据优选实施例,切割操作包括激光束的n次另一通过,该n次另一通过沿着n个相应的另一通路,该通路远离预设轮廓K而与先前通过的通路偏移相应距离dn,该相应距离dn对应于激光束直径的相应分数。距离dn的总和小于激光束的直径。
通过的次数n例如可以包括在2和10之间。距离dn可以等于或小于激光束的直径的50%。
应当指出,激光束以工作参数(特别是工作功率)来操作,该工作参数使得在每一次通过时激光束只能够作用在片材的一层上。
在优选实施例中,激光束的功率小于500W。
下面参考图2和图3,这些图示出了沿预设轮廓K切割片材100的操作的示例,在该片材100上已经形成有空心部分10A。
所示操作设想激光束沿预设轮廓K的三次连续通过,该三次连续通过沿着相应的通路P1、P2、P3,该通路P1、P2、P3(从第一通过开始至第三通过)定位在离预设轮廓K越来越远的距离处(图3)。
所示的通路P1、P2、P3确定了在激光束沿轮廓K运动的过程中该激光束中心(参考激光束的截面)采取的位置。
第一通过的通路P1以使得激光束与预设轮廓K相切的方式延伸,因此整个通路保持沿着轮廓K。
通路P2沿与通路P1平行的方向延伸,并从该通路偏移距离d1,该距离d1等于激光束直径的一半。在通路的整个长度上都沿轮廓K保持该距离。
同样,通路P3平行于通路P2延伸,并定位成甚至更远离通路P1。特别是,通路P3位于离通路P2的距离d2处,该距离d2等于激光束的直径的四分之一。在通路的整个长度上都保持该距离。距离d1和d2的值只是提供为示例。
可以注意,由于距离d1和d2小于激光束的直径,它们的总和也小于激光束的直径,因此激光束的不同通过具有在由它们覆盖的相应区域A1、A2、A3之间的相交区域(图3)。特别是,确定了相交区域A’,该相交区域A’是由激光束的三次通过所覆盖的全部三个区域所共有。
下面参考图3,这里表示了在单次通过时在片材100的存在折叠部110的区域中由激光束执行的动作,三层101、102、103一个设置在另一个顶上。
再在图3中,在片材的各层上出现的阴影线框代表这些层的、随着激光束的各次通过之后逐渐消除的部分。
如图3中所示,沿通路P1的第一通过使得第一层101的部分101I消除。
沿通路P2的第二通过又使得第二层102的、在第一通过覆盖的区域A1和第二通过覆盖的区域A2之间的相交区域中的部分102I消除,还消除第一层101的、在第二通过覆盖的区域A2的剩余区域中的部分101II。
最后,沿通路P3的第三通过造成:
-消除第三层103的、在由激光束的三次通过覆盖的三个区域A1、A2和A3共有的相交区域A’中的部分103I;
-消除第二层102的、在第二通过覆盖的区域A2和第一通过覆盖的区域A1之间的相交区域中的部分102II;以及
-消除第一层101的、在由第三通过覆盖的区域的剩余区域中的部分101III。
在区域A’中,全部三层101、102和103的材料都消除,因此实现片材100的完全切割。在所示示例中,激光束的每次通过都恰好消除片材的一层。这种选择是为了方便理解方案。本领域的技术人员应当清楚,根据各个应用的需要,各个通过还可以只消除片材的单层的一部分,或者消除整个层加上该下层的一部分。在任何情况下,片材的完全切割只有在以上述方式执行激光束的多次通过之后才获得。
鉴于前述内容,应当注意,本申请人能够证明以所述方式对包裹片材进行激光切割能够确保完全切割片材,同时还沿由切割操作获得的边缘10C保持片材的表面特性。
这能够归因于以下事实:使激光束在包含功率下操作,因此需要上述多次通过,且这些通过并不沿一个相同通路来进行,而是沿不同通路。
由于上述原因,本文描述的方法证明了特别有利地应用于印刷的包裹片材(即涂覆有一层墨的片材),只要它能够沿通过切割获得的片材的周边边缘保留印刷层,因此大大提高了最终包装的质量。
在包裹片材100具有组合的聚合物材料层和金属材料层的应用中,切割步骤可以设想使用两种激光束,这两种激光束的特征在于不同的波长,一种用于处理聚合物材料层,另一种用于处理金属层。例如,能够使用CO2激光源来处理聚合物材料层,并可以使用光纤激光器或YAG激光器来处理金属层。
两种激光束的优选使用方式在本申请人提交的专利申请EP3523084A1中介绍。
当然,在不损害本发明的原理的情况下,结构和实施例的细节可以相对于只通过非限定示例来表示的内容进行变化,甚至显著变化,而并不脱离如由附加权利要求确定的本发明范围。

Claims (12)

1.一种用于生产成型的包裹片材(10)的方法,所述成型的包裹片材(10)包括空心部分(10A)和沿预设轮廓(K)延伸的周边边缘(10C),所述方法包括以下步骤:
-将包裹片材(100)放置在具有形成空腔(50A)的处理表面(50)上;以及
-在所述形成空腔(50A)内形成所述包裹片材(100),以便在所述包裹片材(100)上复制所述空心部分(10A)的形状,
其中,形成步骤包括将所述包裹片材(100)插入所述形成空腔(50A)中,而至少在插入动作阶段中并不使所述包裹片材由于拉伸而变形,所述形成片材(100)具有多个折叠部(110),所述折叠部(110)包括两层或多层,所述两层或多层设置在所述包裹片材(100)的顶部上和彼此接触;
-沿所述预设轮廓(K)切割形成的所述包裹片材(100),用于产生所述周边边缘(10C),并获得所述成型的包裹片材(10);
所述方法的特征在于,切割步骤设想使用设计成发射激光束(B)的激光源(60),并包括将所述激光束(B)施加在所述形成片材(100)上以及定向所述激光束,以便沿所述预设轮廓(K)执行所述激光束的多次通过,其中,所述多次通过包括:
-所述激光束沿第一通路(P1)的第一通过;以及
-所述激光束沿另一通路(P2、P3、…,Pn)的至少一个另一通过,所述另一通路(P2、P3、…,Pn)沿离开所述预设轮廓(K)的方向从所述第一通路(P1)偏移给定距离(d1、d2),使得沿所述另一通路(P2、P3、…,Pn)的激光束能够在形成片材(100)的下层上操作,所述下层仍然使得所述成型片材(10)与所述包裹片材(100)的剩余部分(100')连接,所述下层由于所述激光束的所述第一通过而出现在激光源所处的一侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中:所述距离(d1、d2)小于或等于所述激光束的直径。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中:所述至少一个另一通过包括沿n个相应通路(P2、P3、…,Pn)的n次通过,所述相应通路(P2、P3、…,Pn)相对于先前通过的通路沿离开所述预设轮廓(K)的方向偏移相应距离(d1、d2、dn),所述相应距离(d1、d2、dn)对应于所述激光束直径的相应分数,其中所述n次另一通过的所述距离(d1、d2、dn)的总和小于所述激光束的直径。
4.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中:将所述片材插入所述形成空腔中包括:
-提供形成部件(52),所述形成部件(52)将与所述形成空腔(50A)配合;
-将所述包裹片材(100)放置在所述处理表面(50)上并在所述形成空腔(50A)上面;以及
-使得所述形成部件(52)进入所述形成空腔(50A),从而通过所述形成部件(52)来将所述包裹片材(100)推入所述空腔(50A)中。
5.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中:所述成型片材(10)包括周边凸缘(10B),所述周边凸缘(10B)环绕所述空心部分(10A)延伸和确定所述周边边缘(10C),其中,所述切割步骤包括:使所述激光束沿位于离所述空心部分(10A)给定距离处的预设轮廓(K)定向,从而产生所述周边凸缘(10B)。
6.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中:所述包裹片材(100)包括至少一层金属材料,优选是铝片材。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中:所述片材的一侧涂覆有墨层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中:所述片材的相对侧涂覆有热封材料层。
9.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的方法,其中:所述包裹片材(100)具有包括至少一层聚合物材料的多层结构。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:所述包裹片材包括热封层,例如热封漆。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的方法,其中:所述包裹片材(100)具有多层结构,所述多层结构包括与金属层组合的聚合物材料层。
12.根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中:所述切割步骤包括:在所述金属层上施加所述激光束,并在所述聚合物材料层上施加不同波长的另一激光束。
