本发明涉及一种热缩塑膜包装汽车轮胎工艺,主要由选料、上料、切料、加热、冷却及入库几道工序构成。本发明工艺简单,密封效果好,强度大,不会松散,不易破损,轮胎不会暴露在阳光下,使轮胎不会变色变质,而且包装速度快。

热缩塑膜包装汽车轮胎工艺
本发明涉及一种轮胎包装工艺,即热缩塑膜包装汽车轮胎工艺。
目前我国各大轮胎生产厂家在轮胎出厂包装时均采用缠绕式包装,包装时使用的是尺寸约8cm宽的普通塑料膜,沿着轮胎一圈一圈的缠绕,包装效果不够紧固,较容易松散,致使有些轮胎在仓储时间稍长或运输碰撞时,引起塑料膜带移位,使轮胎在日光和风吹的作用下引起轮胎的橡胶变色、变质。
本发明的目的是提供一种非缠绕式的热缩塑膜包装汽车轮胎工艺。
本发明的工艺内容如下:
A、选料:选用低密度、有足够强度的、含色料不透明的特种塑料膜卷,该膜厚度为10um-12um,热收缩率为50%,此膜尺寸大于轮胎外形尺寸
B、上料:将此塑料膜卷装到专用打包机的流水线上,然后将待包装的轮胎用传送带输送到打包机的固定位置
C、切料:打包机将热缩塑膜按大于轮胎的外形尺寸呈圆环形状切下,并将轮胎密封在环形的热缩塑膜内,同时切下多余的边角
D、加热:由传送带将包在热缩塑膜内的轮胎送到恒温加热装置进行加温处理,其温度为105℃-120℃,热缩塑膜受热后开始收缩,并按轮胎的表面曲线形状紧紧地箍在轮胎上
E、冷却:将上述包装好的轮胎进行自然冷却
F、入库。
本发明工艺简单,密封效果好,强度大,不会松散,不易破损,轮胎不会暴露在阳光下,使轮胎不会变色变质,而且包装速度快。
下面说明本发明的实施例:
本发明的工艺内容如下:1选料-2上料-3切料-4加热-5冷却-6入库。首先选用低密度、有足够强度的、含色料不透明的特种塑料膜卷,该膜厚度为10um——12um,热收缩率为50%,此膜尺寸大于轮胎外形尺寸,其次将此塑料膜卷装到专用打包机的流水线上,并将待包装的轮胎用传送带输送到打包机的固定位置,位置固定后,打包机将热缩塑膜按大于轮胎的外形尺寸呈圆环形状切下,并将轮胎密封在环形的热缩塑膜内,同时切下多余的边角,然后由传送带将包在热缩塑膜内的轮胎送到恒温加热装置进行加温处理,其温度为105℃-120℃,热缩塑膜受热后开始收缩,并按轮胎的表面曲线形状紧紧地箍在轮胎上,最后将上述包装好的轮胎进行自然冷却、入库。

1、一种热缩塑膜包装汽车轮胎工艺,其特征在于:
A、选料:选用低密度、有足够强度的、含色料不透明的特种塑料膜卷,该膜厚度为10um-12um,热收缩率为50%,此膜尺寸大于轮胎外形尺寸
B、上料:将此塑料膜卷装到专用打包机的流水线上,然后将待包装的轮胎用传送带输送到打包机的固定位置
C、切料:打包机将热缩塑膜按大于轮胎的外形尺寸呈圆环形状切下,并将轮胎密封在环形的热缩塑膜内,同时切下多余的边角
D、加热:由传送带将包在热缩塑膜内的轮胎送到恒温加热装置进行加温处理,其温度为105℃-120℃,热缩塑膜受热后开始收缩,并按轮胎的表面曲线形状紧紧地箍在轮胎上
E、冷却:将上述包装好的轮胎进行自然冷却
F、入库。
