the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 5 parts of tea extract, 2 parts of hickory leaf extract and 2 parts of black sesame seed extract;
the hair care and anti-dandruff shampoo is prepared by the following method:
s1, traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment: sequentially adding 2 parts of folium Ginkgo extract, 5 parts of tea extract, 2 parts of folium Caryae Cathayensis extract and 2 parts of semen Sesami Niger extract into a pulverizer according to weight parts, pulverizing, sieving with 10 mesh sieve, placing into a reflux extraction tank, adding water, decocting at 95 deg.C for 4 hr, repeatedly extracting the residue for 2 times, and mixing the filtrates obtained by 3 times;
s2, preparing traditional Chinese medicine extracts: adding the filtrate obtained in the step S1 into a flocculation tank, adding 3% of flocculant for flocculation, removing lower-layer impurities, introducing into a decolorization device for decolorization, adding into a distillation tank after decolorization is finished, adding 80% ethanol solution for immersion, stirring uniformly, distilling and extracting, condensing and recovering the ethanol solution, and vacuum drying the obtained extract to obtain a solid traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;
s3, preparing a shampoo matrix: sequentially adding 10 parts of anionic surfactant, 15 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 2 parts of cationic guar gum and 10 parts of deionized water into a stirring tank according to the weight part ratio, stirring until the anionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant, the cationic guar gum and the deionized water are completely dissolved, and cooling to obtain a mixture at the stirring temperature of 60-75 ℃;
s4, preparing a shampoo matrix: adding 7 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 10 parts of dipyrithione, 6 parts of betaine salicylate, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 4 parts of fatty acid glycol ester and 2 parts of citric acid into the mixture in the stirring tank in the step S3 in sequence, adding the rest deionized water, stirring until the mixture is completely dissolved, and cooling to obtain a shampoo matrix, wherein the stirring temperature is 40-45 ℃;
s5, preparing shampoo: adding shampoo matrix and Chinese medicinal extract into a stirring tank in sequence according to weight parts, stirring for 20-30min, diluting and blending, stirring at 40-45 deg.C, and cooling to obtain the final product;

the shampoo matrix comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of anionic surfactant, 15 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 2 parts of cationic guar gum, 7 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 10 parts of dipyrithione, 6 parts of betaine salicylate, 5 parts of propylene glycol, 4 parts of fatty acid glycol ester, 2 parts of citric acid and 30 parts of deionized water;
the traditional Chinese medicine extract comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 2 parts of ginkgo leaf extract, 5 parts of tea extract, 2 parts of hickory leaf extract and 2 parts of black sesame seed extract;
the preparation method and the content of each substance are the same as those of the first embodiment, except that the existing stirring equipment used in the preparation process of the comparative example is a vertical multifunctional stirring tank of Shengda corporation, the model is sd-1000; the prepared finished shampoo was used as a control 1.
Any one of the hair-care and anti-dandruff shampoos was selected from the market as the control group 2.
Homogenization effect experiment:
1. selecting experimental objects: randomly dividing the experimental groups into 3 groups, and numbering the groups as 1 group, 2 groups and 3 groups; dividing the control group 1 into 3 groups at random, and numbering into 4 groups, 5 groups and 6 groups; control group 2 was used as blank control and numbered 7;
2. implementation of the experimental method: in the process of experiment, 1-7 groups of samples are firstly placed in an environment at 0 ℃, then the temperature is raised by 5 ℃ every two hours until the temperature is raised to 40 ℃, and the viscosity of each sample is measured according to the national standard GB10247-88 of the viscosity test method during the period, so that the change condition of the obtained viscosity along with the temperature is recorded and summarized as the following table;
as can be seen from the above table, the viscosity of the products of groups 1-6 has a significantly smaller range of variation within the range of 10-30 ℃ than that of groups 7, so that compared with the existing hair-care and anti-dandruff shampoo on the market, the hair-care and anti-dandruff shampoo obtained by the preparation method of the present invention has excellent dispersibility and stability and excellent homogenization effect, and thus, the internal traditional Chinese medicine components can be ensured to be uniformly dispersed; meanwhile, when the temperature of 7 groups is higher than 45 ℃, the turbidity and the layering phenomena are obvious, so that the 7 groups are not used for normal data acquisition.
Comparing 1-3 groups of products with 4-6 groups of products, we can find that the variation range of the viscosity of 4-6 groups of products is obviously larger than that of 1-3 groups within the range of 10-30 ℃, so that the dispersibility and stability of the product emulsion can be ensured to be better when the stirring tank provided by the invention is used for preparing the products, the uniform dispersion of the traditional Chinese medicine components in the product emulsion can be ensured, the quality of the shampoo is ensured, the sensory impact of consumers can not be easily caused, and the phenomenon that the consumers misunderstand that the content is insufficient and the quality is poor when the weather is hot and the marketing and popularization of the products are influenced can be avoided.
A preparation method of the hair-care and anti-dandruff shampoo is used for preparing the hair-care and anti-dandruff shampoo and comprises the following steps:
s1, traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment: adding 1-2 parts of folium Ginkgo extract, 2-5 parts of tea extract, 1-2 parts of folium Caryae Cathayensis extract and 1-2 parts of semen Sesami Niger extract into a pulverizer in sequence according to weight parts, pulverizing, sieving with 10 mesh sieve, placing into a reflux extraction tank, adding water, decocting at 95 deg.C for 4 hr, extracting the residue for 2 times, and mixing the filtrates obtained 3 times;
s2, preparing traditional Chinese medicine extracts: adding the filtrate obtained in the step S1 into a flocculation tank, adding 3% of flocculant for flocculation, removing lower-layer impurities, introducing into a decolorization device for decolorization, adding into a distillation tank after decolorization is finished, adding 80% ethanol solution for immersion, stirring uniformly, distilling and extracting, condensing and recovering the ethanol solution, and vacuum drying the obtained extract to obtain a solid traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;
s3, preparing a shampoo matrix: sequentially adding 2-15 parts of anionic surfactant, 10-25 parts of amphoteric surfactant, 1-3 parts of cationic guar gum and 7-10 parts of deionized water into a stirring tank according to the weight part ratio, stirring until the anionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant, the cationic guar gum and the deionized water are completely dissolved, stirring at the temperature of 60-75 ℃, and cooling to obtain a mixture;
s4, preparing a shampoo matrix: adding 6-8 parts of emulsified silicone oil, 5-12 parts of dipyrithione, 4-8 parts of betaine salicylate, 3-5 parts of propylene glycol, 2-5 parts of fatty acid glycol ester and 1-2 parts of citric acid into the mixture in the stirring tank in the step S3 in sequence, adding the rest deionized water, stirring until the deionized water is completely dissolved, stirring at the temperature of 40-45 ℃, and cooling to obtain a shampoo matrix;
s5, preparing shampoo: adding shampoo matrix and Chinese medicinal extract into a stirring tank in sequence according to weight parts, stirring for 20-30min, diluting and blending, stirring at 40-45 deg.C, and cooling to obtain the final product;
the stirring tank comprises a tank body 1, a feeding hole 2 is formed in one side of the upper end of the tank body 1, a discharging hole 3 is formed in one side of the lower end of the tank body 1, and heating assemblies 4 extending into the tank body 1 are arranged on two sides of the discharging hole 3; a reduction gearbox 6 is fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the tank body 1, a motor 5 in transmission connection with the input end of the reduction gearbox 6 is arranged on one side of the reduction gearbox 6, a rotating shaft 7 is in transmission connection with the lower end of the reduction gearbox 6, the rotating shaft 7 penetrates through the upper end of the tank body 1 and extends into the tank body 1 to be rotationally connected with the bottom of the inner cavity of the tank body 1, and a plurality of stirring blades 8 are arranged on the rotating shaft 7 on the upper part in; an annular block 9 which is coaxial with the rotating shaft 7 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the tank body 1, and a gap is reserved between the annular block 9 and the bottom of the inner cavity of the tank body 1; the rotating shaft 7 in the annular block 9 is provided with a grinding block 11, the grinding block 11 and the rotating shaft 7 are coaxially arranged, and a grinding gap 12 is formed by a gap between the grinding block 11 and the annular block 9.

s1, traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment: adding folium Ginkgo extract, folium Camelliae sinensis extract, folium Juglandis extract and semen Sesami Niger extract into a pulverizer in sequence according to weight parts, pulverizing, sieving with 10 mesh sieve, placing into a reflux extraction tank, adding water, decocting at 95 deg.C for 4 hr, extracting the residue with the above process for 2 times, mixing the filtrates obtained 3 times;
s2, preparing traditional Chinese medicine extracts: adding the filtrate obtained in the step S1 into a flocculation tank, adding 3% of flocculant for flocculation, removing lower-layer impurities, introducing into a decolorization device for decolorization, adding into a distillation tank after decolorization is finished, adding 80% ethanol solution for immersion, stirring uniformly, distilling and extracting, condensing and recovering the ethanol solution, and vacuum drying the obtained extract to obtain a solid traditional Chinese medicine extract for later use;
s3, preparing a shampoo matrix: sequentially adding an anionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, cationic guar gum and deionized water into a stirring tank according to the weight part ratio, stirring until the anionic surfactant, the amphoteric surfactant, the cationic guar gum and the deionized water are completely dissolved, stirring at the temperature of 60-75 ℃, and cooling to obtain a mixture;
s4, preparing a shampoo matrix: sequentially adding emulsified silicone oil, dipyrithione, betaine salicylate, propylene glycol, fatty acid glycol ester and citric acid into the mixture in the stirring tank in the step S3, adding the rest deionized water, stirring until the deionized water is completely dissolved, stirring at the temperature of 40-45 ℃, and cooling to obtain a shampoo matrix;
s5, preparing shampoo: adding shampoo matrix and Chinese medicinal extract into a stirring tank in sequence according to weight parts, stirring for 20-30min, diluting and blending, stirring at 40-45 deg.C, and cooling to obtain the final product;
the stirring tank comprises a tank body (1), a feeding hole (2) is formed in one side of the upper end of the tank body (1), a discharging hole (3) is formed in one side of the lower end of the tank body (1), and heating assemblies (4) extending into the tank body (1) are arranged on two sides of the discharging hole (3); a reduction gearbox (6) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the upper end of the tank body (1), a motor (5) in transmission connection with the input end of the reduction gearbox (6) is arranged on one side of the reduction gearbox (6), a rotating shaft (7) is in transmission connection with the lower end of the reduction gearbox (6), the rotating shaft (7) penetrates through the upper end of the tank body (1) and extends into the tank body (1) to be rotatably connected with the bottom of the inner cavity of the tank body (1), and a plurality of stirring blades (8) are arranged on the rotating shaft (7) on the upper; an annular block (9) which is coaxial with the rotating shaft (7) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the lower part of the tank body (1), and a gap is reserved between the annular block (9) and the bottom of the inner cavity of the tank body (1); the grinding device is characterized in that a grinding block (11) is arranged on a rotating shaft (7) in the annular block (9), the grinding block (11) and the rotating shaft (7) are coaxially arranged, and a grinding gap (12) is formed by a gap between the grinding block (11) and the annular block (9).

s1, traditional Chinese medicine pretreatment: adding folium Ginkgo extract, folium Camelliae sinensis extract, folium Juglandis extract and semen Sesami Niger extract into a pulverizer in sequence according to weight parts, pulverizing, sieving with 10 mesh sieve, placing into a reflux extraction tank, adding water, decocting at 95 deg.C for 4 hr, extracting the residue with the above process for 2 times, mixing the filtrates obtained 3 times;

s5, preparing shampoo: adding shampoo matrix and Chinese medicinal extract into a stirring tank in sequence according to weight parts, stirring for 20-30min, diluting and blending, stirring at 40-45 deg.C, and cooling to obtain the final product;

The preparation method of the hair care and dandruff removal shampoo as defined in claim 5, wherein a counter bore is formed in the outer side wall of the grinding block (11), a cylinder (20) is arranged in the counter bore, a stop block (23) is arranged on one side of the cylinder (20) facing the outer side wall of the grinding block (11), and an abrasion-resistant rubber elastic sheet (25) which is bent outwards is fixedly arranged between the inner walls of the counter bore on the outer side of the stop block (23); the anti-collision device is characterized in that a piston (21) with a telescopic rod (22) is arranged in the cylinder (20), a second spring (27) is arranged between the piston (21) and the bottom of the cylinder (20), the telescopic rod (22) penetrates through the stop block (23) to be connected with the ejector block (24), and the ejector block (24) is abutted to the middle of the inner side of the wear-resistant rubber elastic sheet (25).
