Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The embodiment 1 of the invention provides a control method of a dishwasher, which comprises the steps of mixing disinfectant into residual water at the bottom of an inner container of the dishwasher or replacing the residual water with the disinfectant after the dishwasher is started to store. Therefore, the bacteria and food residues at the bottom of the inner container of the dish washer can be killed or disinfected by utilizing the disinfectant fluid, and the problems that the bacteria are bred in the residual water of the inner container and peculiar smell is generated are solved.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a specific example of a dishwasher control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention includes:
s101: after the dishwasher has switched on the safekeeping function, part or all of the residual water is drained.
As a specific embodiment, the method for controlling the dishwasher of example 1 of the present invention is a method for circulating, before discharging a part or all of the residual water, further comprising: when the dishwasher is in a keeping state, acquiring the first standby time of the dishwasher; when the first standby time of the dishwasher is greater than or equal to a preset first threshold, discharging part or all of the residual water; and/or acquiring the subsequent standby time of the dishwasher when the dishwasher is in a safekeeping state; when the subsequent standby time of the dishwasher is greater than or equal to a preset second threshold value, acquiring the actual keeping time of the dishwasher; and when the actual keeping time is less than a preset third threshold value, discharging part or all of the residual water. Specifically, the third threshold is less than or equal to a preset storage time of the storage stage. It should be noted that the first standby time and the subsequent standby time herein can be understood as the time required for the residual water at the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher to breed bacteria, or the time required for the bacteria to breed to a certain amount of food. The first standby time and the subsequent standby time can be adjusted according to actual conditions by considering that the rates of bacteria breeding of the dish washer are different at different times, different places and different working conditions.
That is to say, at the stage of keeping in the dish washer, the dish washer has many times standby state, and when the dish washer was awaited the opportune moment for the first time, only need to wait for a long time according to the first time and just can judge that whether the residual water breeds bacterium/bacterium and breeds a certain amount. After the first standby state of the dishwasher is finished, partial or all residual water can be discharged and the sterilized water is put into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher, the dishwasher can enter a subsequent standby state, when the dishwasher is in subsequent standby, the sterilized water is added into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher and is restricted by a preset keeping time length X (because the dishwasher is not in a keeping stage, namely exceeds the preset keeping time length X, partial or all residual water does not need to be discharged and the sterilized water is put into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher), and whether the discharged partial or all residual water is started or not in subsequent standby is determined jointly according to the subsequent waiting time length, the actual keeping time length and the preset keeping time length X.
For example, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the first threshold corresponding to the first standby is H hours, H > 0 and H ≦ 8, and the recommended time is H ═ 4; the second threshold corresponding to the subsequent standby is K hours, K > 2 and K ≤ 48, and the recommended time is K-36. In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the first standby time is a time period during which the residual water in the bottom of the dishwasher tank does not contain the disinfectant, the time period required for the bacteria growth of the residual water in the bottom of the dishwasher tank is short, the subsequent standby time is a time period during which the residual water in the bottom of the dishwasher tank contains the disinfectant, the time period required for the bacteria growth of the residual water in the bottom of the dishwasher tank is long, and therefore the second threshold is greater than the first threshold. Therefore, different thresholds can be set according to whether the residual water contains the disinfectant or not during the first standby and the subsequent standby, so that the setting of the thresholds is more reasonable.
For example, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the preset storage duration of the storage phase is set to X hours, X > 0 and X ≦ 720, and X is preferably 360. The third threshold may be smaller than the preset keeping time period X, for example, the third threshold is smaller than the preset keeping time period X by 2 hours, and when the preset keeping time period X is 360 hours, the third threshold is 358 hours. When the dishwasher is in subsequent standby, if the subsequent standby time is longer than or equal to a preset second threshold value, the actual storage time t needs to be continuously obtained, and if the actual storage time t is shorter than 358 hours, the situation that bacteria grow in residual water at the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher and part or all of the residual water needs to be discharged is judged; when the actual storage time period t is 358 hours or longer, the circulation for discharging a part or all of the residual water is skipped.
In embodiment 1 of the present invention, since the bottom of the inner tub of the dishwasher contains the sterilized water at the later stage of the storage stage, a series of processes such as discharging the sterilized water is required in order to further remove the odor in the dishwasher due to the sterilized water, and therefore, when the actual storage time is equal to or longer than the third threshold, it is necessary to skip the circulation of discharging a part or all of the residual water, and perform various operations to remove the odor in the dishwasher due to the sterilized water.
In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the drain pump of the dishwasher may be used to drain the residual water at the bottom of the inner tub of the dishwasher, but the residual water is not completely drained, i.e., a part of the residual water is drained. Of course, the dishwasher of embodiment 1 of the present invention may be a dishwasher modified by increasing the cost or adding parts, and it is also possible to drain all the residual water.
S102: and putting the sterilized water at the bottom of the inner container of the dish-washing machine.
In a specific embodiment, the sterilizing water is produced by a sterilizing water producing device in a dishwasher and is fed to the bottom of a liner of the dishwasher. In the example, the injection amount of the disinfectant is based on that the disinfectant just submerges the bottom of the cup of the dish washer, so that the breeding of bacteria can be slowed down to the maximum extent.
The movable flowing water flow is not easy to generate bacteria and peculiar smell and is called as 'running water'; in contrast, "dead water" is prone to develop bacteria and off-flavors. The method for controlling the dishwasher provided by the embodiment 1 of the invention can increase the flows of draining and feeding the sterilized water in the method for controlling the dishwasher, so that the residual water with the function of sterilizing and inactivating bacteria is partially or completely drained away, and the sterilized water with the functions of sterilizing and inactivating bacteria is introduced.
As a further embodiment, the dishwasher control method of embodiment 1 of the present invention further includes: when bacteria breed in the residual water at the bottom of the inner container of the dish washing machine, the gas in the dish washing machine is replaced by fresh gas. Therefore, the smell of the inner container of the dish washing machine can be kept fresh, the user experience is improved, and meanwhile, the breeding of bacteria can be slowed down. Specifically, the step of replacing the gas inside the dishwasher with fresh gas is preceded by the step of draining part or all of the residual water.
As a further embodiment, before the disinfectant liquid is put into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher, the method further comprises the following steps: the sterilizing water is manufactured by using the sterilizing water manufacturing apparatus of the dishwasher. In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the production of the sterilized water using the sterilized water producing apparatus may be performed simultaneously with or after the replacement of the gas inside the dishwasher with the fresh gas.
As a further embodiment, after discharging part or all of the residual water and throwing the clean water into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher, the method further comprises the following steps: when the disinfection time is more than or equal to the third threshold value, discharging part or all of residual water and throwing clean water to the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher. That is, at the end of the conservation phase, the residual water containing the sterilized water at the bottom of the dishwasher liner is replaced by the residual water not containing the sterilized water.
As a further embodiment, after discharging part or all of the residual water and throwing the clean water into the bottom of the inner container of the dishwasher, the method further comprises the following steps: and starting a fan and/or a heating component of the dishwasher to eliminate the peculiar smell of the sterilizing water in the dishwasher. That is to say, utilize the fan to trade wind to the dish washer inner bag, utilize heating element to heat the dish washer inner bag to eliminate the disinfectant water peculiar smell among the dish washer.
To explain the dishwasher control method of embodiment 1 of the present invention in more detail, another specific example is given. FIG. 2 is a schematic flowchart showing another specific example of a dishwasher control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention; fig. 3 is a schematic diagram showing a variation in power of another specific example of the dishwasher control method according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3:
after the tableware is washed, the storage function is started, the storage time is set to be X hours, X is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 720, and X is recommended to be 360. With the opening of the keeping function, the first standby state is entered for H hours, H is more than 0 and H is less than or equal to 8, and the recommended time is H-4. After the standby is finished for the first time, the residual water and food residues which are not discharged completely in the inner container of the dishwasher slowly generate peculiar smell and bacteria, so that the fan is started to remove the old gas in the inner container and introduce the external fresh air. And (3) starting the fan for M minutes, wherein M is more than 5 and less than or equal to 60, the recommended time is M-29, and the fan is closed after being started for 29 minutes. After the fan is closed, the drainage pump is immediately started to work, residual water is drained, the drainage pump works for P seconds, P is more than 10 and is not more than 20, and the recommended time is P ═ 15. And after the drainage pump finishes working, starting a disinfectant fluid maker J in the dish washing machine and feeding 0.1-1 liter of disinfectant fluid, wherein J minutes are consumed, and the bottom of a cup lifter of the dish washing machine is ensured to just submerge.
Then enter into follow-up standby state because many times, food waste can remain in the bottom position of carrying cup or inner bag, can breed the bacterium after the time has long and produce the peculiar smell. The subsequent standby time is K hours, K is more than 2 and is less than or equal to 48, and the recommended time is K-36. As shown in FIG. 3, the storage cycle segment is "M → P → J → K" within the total storage time period of X hours.
When the storage function is started, setting t to be 0, starting timing when the storage function is started, circularly waiting and discharging partial or all residual water when t is less than or equal to X-2, putting the disinfectant into the bottom of the inner container of the dish washing machine until t is more than X-2, jumping out of a circulation section, starting a water inlet electromagnetic valve to feed 0.2-1 liter of clean water, recommending that 0.6 liter of clean water is fed into the bottom of the inner container of the dish washing machine, starting a fan and a heating module for F minutes, wherein F is more than 20 and less than or equal to 70, and recommending for 40 minutes. And then, starting the drainage pump for 10-20 seconds, wherein the recommended time is 15 seconds, and emptying the clean water at the bottom of the inner container to finish the storage function.
