Fig. 1 is an application scenario diagram of a liquid storage box cleaning method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of pipeline connection of the liquid storage box in the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1-2, the method for cleaning a liquid storage box provided in the present embodiment is applied to a washing machine 100, and the liquid storage box 103 is provided in the washing machine 100. The liquid inlet end of the liquid storage box 103 is connected with the water source 101 through the valve 102, and the liquid outlet end of the liquid storage box 103 is connected with the barrel 105 of the washing machine through the pump 104.
Alternatively, the water source 101 may be a faucet, and the valve 102 may be disposed in one of the plurality of water pipes after the faucet is connected, and when the valve 102 is opened under the control of the controller of the washing machine 100, water in the water source 101 enters the liquid storage box 103 through the valve 102 to wash the liquid storage box 103, and when the valve 102 is closed under the control of the controller of the washing machine 100, water in the water source 101 stops being injected into the liquid storage box 103.
In addition, the pump 104 is only one of the ways of injecting the liquid in the liquid storage tank 103 into the washing machine tub 105, and in the present embodiment, the way of injecting the liquid in the liquid storage tank 103 into the washing machine tub 105 is not particularly limited.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a method of cleaning a cartridge according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the method for cleaning a liquid storage box provided in this embodiment includes:
step 201, obtaining the input quantity of the detergent required by the current working state of the washing machine.
Specifically, the detergent input amount required by the current working state of the washing machine is obtained, wherein the detergent input amount can be determined according to the weight and the dirt degree of clothes input into the washing machine. And the determined detergent input amount can correspond to the first liquid level height of the liquid storage box.
Step 202, obtaining a second liquid level height of the currently stored detergent in the liquid storage box.
In addition, a second level of the detergent currently stored in the reservoir may be obtained, optionally determined by a level sensor provided in the reservoir.
Step 203, if the height difference between the first liquid level and the second liquid level meets the preset condition, evacuating the liquid storage box, and injecting the liquid to clean the liquid storage box.
Illustratively, the cartridge is typically in the process of storing the detergent and first requires draining it before it can be cleaned. If the liquid storage box is directly emptied and cleaned, the waste of the washing liquid and the flushing liquid entering the barrel body of the washing machine after flushing are caused, and the additional treatment operation is needed, so that the energy conservation and the environmental protection are not facilitated.
In this embodiment, the liquid storage box is emptied by determining that the height difference between the first liquid level height and the second liquid level height meets the preset condition, and the liquid is injected to clean the liquid storage box, so that the liquid storage box can be emptied, the washing liquid in the liquid storage box can be fully utilized, and the cleaning of the liquid storage box can be directly completed in the washing process, so that the effect of throwing the washing liquid is prevented from being influenced by hardening of the detergent in the liquid storage box.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in order to reasonably control the cleaning frequency of the liquid storage box, the cleaning condition can be set. Alternatively, it may be determined that the recording storage period of the liquid storage box is greater than a preset storage period, wherein the recording storage period is the number of times of injecting the washing liquid into the liquid storage box, and the recording storage period is cleared after the liquid storage box is cleaned. For example, the preset storage period may be 5 times, 8 times, or 10 times, which may be determined according to a period of time during which hardening of the detergent occurs, and is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart illustrating a method for cleaning a liquid storage box according to another exemplary embodiment of the present invention based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 4, step 203 in this embodiment includes:
step 2031, if the second liquid level is less than the preset liquid level and the first liquid level is greater than the preset liquid level, evacuating the liquid storage box.
If the second liquid level in the liquid storage box is smaller than the preset liquid level and the first liquid level (for example, may be G ml) is larger than the preset liquid level, the liquid storage box is emptied and liquid is injected to clean the liquid storage box. It should be noted that the preset liquid level may be a reminding liquid level in the liquid storage box, and it may be understood that when the liquid storage box is smaller than the preset liquid level, the washing machine may remind the user to add the detergent, for example, the preset liquid level may be 5ml. In addition, after the cartridge is emptied, liquid is injected to clean the cartridge.
Step 2032, obtaining a first adding amount of the washing liquid re-injected into the liquid storage box by the user, wherein the first adding amount corresponds to a third liquid level height of the liquid storage box.
After the liquid storage box is emptied, the washing machine can prompt the addition of the washing liquid, and after the addition is carried out by a user, a first addition amount of the washing liquid which is injected into the liquid storage box again by the user is obtained, wherein the first addition amount corresponds to the third liquid level height of the liquid storage box.
Step 2033, injecting a first injection amount of washing liquid into the washing machine, wherein the first injection amount corresponds to a fourth liquid level height of the liquid storage box, the fourth liquid level height is a height difference between the first liquid level height and a preset liquid level height, namely, the fourth liquid level height is: gml-5ml.
After the liquid storage box is emptied, the amount of the added washing liquid still does not meet the first liquid level height required by the washing, so after the user injects the washing liquid into the liquid storage box again, the washing liquid with the first injection amount is continuously injected into the washing machine, wherein the first injection amount corresponds to the fourth liquid level height of the liquid storage box, and the fourth liquid level height is the height difference between the first liquid level height and the preset liquid level height.
In another possible working condition, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a method for cleaning a liquid storage box according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, step 203 in this embodiment includes:
step 2034, if the first liquid level height and the second liquid level height are both greater than the preset liquid level height, and the first liquid level height is greater than or equal to the second liquid level height, evacuating the liquid storage box.
If the first liquid level height and the second liquid level height are both greater than the preset liquid level height and the first liquid level height is greater than or equal to the second liquid level height, the liquid storage box is emptied, and liquid is injected to clean the liquid storage box. It is worth to say that the liquid level in the liquid storage box does not reach the preset liquid level height at this moment, and reminding addition is not carried out on a user.
After Aml detergent is put into the barrel body of the washing machine by the liquid storage box, the liquid level in the liquid storage box reaches the preset liquid level, at the moment, a user is reminded of adding the detergent, and the liquid storage box is emptied.
Step 2035, obtaining a second addition amount of the washing liquid re-injected into the liquid storage box by the user, wherein the second addition amount corresponds to a fifth liquid level height of the liquid storage box.
After the user performs the adding, a second adding amount of the washing liquid re-injected into the liquid storage box by the user is obtained, wherein the second adding amount corresponds to a fifth liquid level height of the liquid storage box.
Step 2036, injecting a second injection amount of the washing liquid into the washing machine, wherein the second injection amount corresponds to a sixth liquid level height of the liquid storage box, and the sixth liquid level height is a height difference between the first liquid level height and a preset liquid level height and between the sixth liquid level height and a second liquid level height.
Specifically, the washing machine is injected with the washing liquid with the second injection amount, wherein the second injection amount corresponds to a sixth liquid level height of the liquid storage box, and the sixth liquid level height is a height difference between the first liquid level height, the preset liquid level height and the second liquid level height, and the fifth liquid level height is larger than the sixth liquid level height. Namely, the sixth liquid level height is: gml-Aml-5ml.
In another possible working condition, fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a method for cleaning a liquid storage box according to still another exemplary embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 6, step 203 in this embodiment includes:
step 2037, if the first liquid level height is smaller than the second liquid level height, and the first liquid level height is greater than or equal to the height difference between the second liquid level height and the preset liquid level height.
Step 2038, evacuating the cartridge and injecting liquid to clean the cartridge.
If the first liquid level is smaller than the second liquid level and the first liquid level is larger than or equal to the height difference between the second liquid level and the preset liquid level, the liquid storage box is emptied, and liquid is injected to clean the liquid storage box. It can be understood that the amount of the detergent stored in the current liquid storage box is slightly larger than the amount of the detergent required by the current washing, but after the amount of the detergent required by the current washing is met, the residual amount of the detergent, namely the difference between the first liquid level height and the second liquid level height is smaller than the preset liquid level height, at the moment, all the detergent can be directly emptied, and after the liquid storage box is washed by the inflow water, a user is reminded of washing the injected detergent, and the injected detergent is not required to be put in again. Therefore, the liquid storage box can be effectively washed while the washing and rinsing effects are not affected.
