For the personnel with the normal physical examination conclusion, the enterprise arranges the personnel to move normally or maintain the post; related diseases are diseases which are not generated by the job of the job but are possibly influenced at other posts of the enterprise, and for the personnel with the related diseases as the physical examination conclusion, the enterprise informs the staff and simultaneously makes a mark to avoid post-adjusting the staff to the post which is unfavorable for the related diseases; for the physical examination conclusion of suspected occupational diseases, the enterprise needs to further perform reporting evaluation according to the production operation process of the employees and the working places of the employees, summarize the association degree and the influence factors of the occupational diseases and the posts, inform relevant employees and responsible persons, take corresponding protection and relief measures for the employees according to a specified processing mode, simultaneously improve the protection level of the working places based on the summarized influence factors, avoid the employees continuously bearing the risks of diseases on posts, and ensure the personal safety of the employees; for the staff with other diseases as the physical examination conclusion, under the condition that other diseases are not influenced and the staff has no objection, the enterprise arranges the staff to normally move or maintain the post; and for the personnel to be rechecked when the physical examination conclusion is the personnel, the enterprise informs the personnel to be rechecked, and after the result to be rechecked is returned, the enterprise carries out the next post movement judgment according to the result to be rechecked. Because the physical examination conclusion is fixed to the contents in the five aspects, and the corresponding next processing flow is fixed, the system adds the associated link to the display position of each physical examination conclusion, so that the enterprise can conveniently and directly click to enter the next processing flow through the associated link, the office efficiency of the enterprise is improved, and meanwhile, the situation of flow disorder is avoided. Preferably, the system receives the selected state of the mechanism end user in real time, and based on the mechanism end user selected by the enterprise end user, the system sends a physical examination notification to the staff end user and the mechanism end user on line, so that the coordination efficiency is improved. Further, a leave position physical examination result and an enter position physical examination result are respectively generated based on the leave position information and the enter position information of the post-adjusting staff. Although the off-duty physical examination and on-duty precursor examination combination scheme is the simultaneous physical examination, corresponding physical examination reports and physical examination conclusions need to be provided for the off-duty physical examination and the on-duty precursor examination respectively to serve as boundary points of occupational health conditions before and after post adjustment, so that the post adjustment process has relatively perfect file records, and later-stage examination is facilitated. Preferably, a physical examination conclusion processing notice is sent to the enterprise based on the physical examination result, the enterprise archives and sends the physical examination report without objections to the corresponding staff, and the disagreeable physical examination result is returned to the institution end user. After the system receives enterprise contact, telephone and detection time information input by enterprise end users, the system is automatically associated to a pre-entered mechanism end user list, mechanisms registered in the system can be directly searched in a selectable mechanism end user list, unregistered mechanisms need to input detection mechanism names and mailboxes into the system through the enterprise end users so that the system can effectively send task information on line, after each mechanism end user receives a task notification, the enterprise end users inquire and bid with each mechanism end user through offline to select the mechanism end users, the system receives the mechanism end users selected by the enterprise end users in real time and marks the uniqueness of the mechanism end users aiming at the task, the system of the unmarked mechanism end users defaults the task and does not establish links with other mechanism end users aiming at the task any more, and the system receives dynamic information of the marked mechanism end users in real time, the detection report uploaded by the mechanism end user is transmitted back to the enterprise end user in real time, the detection structure of the operation place is abnormal, an online refute and correction channel is provided, the system monitors the refute detection result state in real time and reminds the mechanism end user and the enterprise end user until a new detection result covers the original refute detection result, and an abnormal reminding message is cancelled. And after the enterprise end user disagrees all the workplace detection results, performing corresponding result processing based on the workplace detection results, automatically distributing the workplace detection results to corresponding personnel for informing and filing, if the workplace detection results do not meet the current preset workplace requirements, the enterprise needs to correct the workplace detection results, and after correction, the enterprise needs to issue workplace detection tasks again through the system, and performs workplace detection again until the preset workplace requirements are met so as to ensure the safety of the employee workplace.

Further, aiming at the evaluation module, the system receives personnel information, equipment information, process information, raw and auxiliary material information, workshop information and management information input by an enterprise end user, and forms an enterprise current state evaluation scheme based on the matching of the received information and a preset evaluation element correspondence table; and receiving the current situation evaluation result obtained by the current situation evaluation scheme implemented by the corresponding mechanism end user, feeding the result back to the enterprise end user, and implementing corresponding operation by the enterprise end user according to the current situation evaluation result to solve the problem of enterprise safety and sanitation. The method comprises the steps of receiving a standardized standard-reaching task list issued by an enterprise end user, issuing a quotation task to a mechanism end user selected by the enterprise end user, receiving a review result uploaded by the mechanism end user in real time based on the mechanism end user selected by the enterprise end user, sending the review result to the enterprise end user, and generating a result notification based on the condition that the enterprise end user receives the review result without objections and matches the preset notification corresponding table. Furthermore, aiming at the archive module, the system captures in real time and identifies and classifies the content of the current operation module based on the archive command input by the enterprise end user, performs the classification archive operation based on the classified module content and a preset classification archive table, and performs the locking command on the document after the archive operation. The archive module is mainly used for managing and looking up the archived files, wherein the management does not include deletion and modification, all the files are automatically captured by the system and generated on line, and the system executes a locking command once archived, and can repeatedly upload and update the modified files through modified contents, so that the reason for modification is clarified, and the fact is respected. The management comprises reading authority setting, and the system implements different file display contents for different users based on the authority set by the enterprise end user.
Further, aiming at the secretary module, the system captures and summarizes the management range data, the archived detection data and the archived physical examination data input by the enterprise end user in real time, generates a daily monitoring season summary table of occupational disease risk factors and displays the daily monitoring season summary table to the enterprise end user. The file secret module comprises a file making unit, a document sorting unit and a recording unit. The file making unit provides massive templates for making files for enterprise end users, the massive templates comprise pre-recorded system built-in free templates and expert contribution paid templates, and the enterprise end users can conveniently browse the templates, edit the templates online, release the templates online and store the templates online. The document sorting unit is used for providing a content comparison and storage channel for files which cannot be automatically generated by the system. The recording unit provides the functions of recording accounts and synchronously storing for files which need to be generated for multiple times or in stages.
Further, aiming at the risk prompt module, the system monitors and records the input actions and the input information of enterprise end users and mechanism end users, traverses the recorded information according to a preset period, utilizes a preset risk point correspondence table to search for enterprise safety and health risk points, matches the searched enterprise safety and health risk points in a preset risk point solution correspondence table, searches for a matched solution, and sends the generated risk points and the solution to the enterprise end users. Based on a preset risk point correspondence table, traversing and grabbing risk points in a secretary module, a physical examination module, a detection module, an evaluation module, a standardized standard reaching module, a training exercise module, a field inspection module, a declaration module, a three-time module and a file module, grabbing solutions which do not conform to items in preset risk point solutions based on the risk points, and outputting the risk points and the solutions to enterprise end users in a risk prompt mode. The system simultaneously monitors and records whether the input action of an enterprise end user or a mechanism end user is matched with the preset flow action in real time, and if not, outputs a corresponding risk prompt to the enterprise end user to ensure that the flow is standard and smooth, and timely and efficiently solves the risk factors in the management process. And for the risk early warning which is not executed according to the preset risk relief scheme, the system always displays the risk early warning to the enterprise end user in the risk list until the enterprise end user actively ignores the operation or the enterprise end user executes the solution action and solves the problem of the corresponding risk point, and then deletes the risk early warning from the risk list. The system manages in a year period, and for the risk list which is not released or ignored at the end of the year, the system automatically captures the risk list at the end of the year, stores the risk list in a risk annual report archive for permanent storage and can not be released, and then clears the risk list so as to start a new cycle in the next year.

respectively sending the generated human exposure scheme, the hazard factor detection scheme, the evaluation scheme and the safety standardization standard reaching scheme to corresponding organization end users, sending the generated training exercise basic scheme and the workplace inspection basic scheme to enterprise end users, and respectively sending the three simultaneous schemes of the construction projects to the corresponding organization end users, the expert end users and the enterprise end users;
receiving results obtained by a harmful human body examination scheme, a harmful factor detection scheme, an evaluation scheme and a standardized standard reaching scheme implemented by corresponding organization end users, training and drilling results and workplace inspection results implemented by corresponding organization end users based on a training and drilling basic scheme and a workplace inspection basic scheme, and construction project three-time results implemented by corresponding organization end users, expert end users and enterprise end users based on a construction project three-time scheme, and feeding back the obtained results to the enterprise end users respectively, and the enterprise end users implement corresponding operations according to the corresponding results to solve the enterprise safety and health problems.
2. The system and method for solving the safety and health problems of enterprises according to claim 1, wherein the enterprise key information comprises personnel information and post information, and the generation method of the physical examination scheme of the sick personnel comprises:
receiving personnel information and post information input by an enterprise end user;
based on the matching of the received post information and a preset post harm item corresponding table, searching a harm item matched with the post information; searching the occupational health physical examination items matched with the post information based on the fact that the searched information of the harm receiving items is matched with a preset occupational health physical examination item corresponding table;
and summarizing the searched occupational health physical examination items and personnel information to form a personnel physical examination scheme.
3. The systematic method for solving the safety and health problem of the enterprise according to claim 2, wherein the enterprise key information further comprises workshop information, and the method for generating the hazard factor detection scheme comprises:
receiving workshop information and post information input by an enterprise end user;
