Abstract
The invention discloses an LED light source device, and belongs to the technical field of LED illumination. be equipped with the LED light source on first transparent line way board (2), second transparent line way board (3), just the input of first transparent line way board (2), second transparent line way board (3) respectively with the output of intelligent circuit control circuit board (4) is connected, and inject transparent heat-conducting glue in glass cylinder support (1), so that the work heat of second transparent line way board (3) passes through glass cylinder support (1) effluvium.

The LED light source device according to claim 1, wherein: an exhaust pipe (102) is arranged in the cavity of the glass cylinder support (1), and heat conducting gas is pumped into the cavity of the glass cylinder support (1) through the exhaust pipe (102) in a vacuum mode so as to dissipate heat of the LED light source on the first transparent circuit board (2).

4. The LED light source device according to claim 1, wherein: the LED light sources arranged on the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3) are LED light source particles.
5. The LED light source device according to claim 4, wherein: the LED light sources arranged on the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3) are RGB-LED light source particles.

The LED light source device according to claim 1, wherein: the LED light sources arranged on the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3) are formed by attaching LED light source particles on the surface of the circuit board, or are manufactured by directly attaching chips on the transparent circuit board and then sealing the chips on the surface of the circuit board by using a COB packaging method.
7. The LED light source device according to claim 1, wherein: the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3) are made of aluminum or copper or opaque substrate circuit boards.
8. The LED light source device according to claim 1, wherein: the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3) are/is circled around the glass cylinder bracket (1) to form a round shape or a polygonal shape.

An LED mood light bulb comprising the LED light source device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that: a lampshade (7) is sleeved on a glass cylinder support (1) of the LED light source device, and the lower end of the glass cylinder support (1) and the lampshade (7) are sealed through sintering.

The LED mood bulb of claim 9, wherein: the lampshade (7) matched with the LED light source device is a B35 tip bulb lampshade or a B35 wax tail bulb lampshade used by a crystal lamp; or any one of G45, A60 and T35 bulb lampshades; or any one of MR16, Par30 and Par38 reflection type bulb lampshades; or any one of G4 and G9 bulb lampshades.
11. The LED mood bulb of claim 10, wherein: the intelligent circuit control circuit board (4) is a single-color intelligent control circuit board or a multi-color intelligent control circuit board.
12. The LED mood bulb of claim 9, wherein: and rectifying external commercial power to supply power to the intelligent circuit control circuit board (4), the first transparent circuit board (2) and/or the second transparent circuit board (3).
13. The LED mood bulb of claim 9, wherein: transparent heat-conducting glue is injected between the lampshade (7) and the glass cylinder bracket (1), and the working heat of the first transparent circuit board (2) is dissipated by using the lampshade (7).
