Abstract
本发明公开了一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,包括通风框,所述通风框底部的两端内壁上均通过轴承连接有旋转杆,且两个旋转杆顶端外壁上均焊接有叶片,两个所述叶片顶部的中心处外壁上均焊接有旋转轴,且两个旋转轴分别通过轴承连接于通风框顶部外壁上,所述通风框一侧内壁上焊接有第一密封板,且通风框另一侧内壁上焊接有第二密封板,所述通风框顶部外壁上焊接有安装箱,两个所述旋转轴顶端外壁上均套接有蜗轮,所述安装箱两边内壁上均通过轴承连接有蜗杆,两个所述蜗杆相对一侧外壁上焊接有连接杆,所述通风框顶部外壁上焊接有支撑板。本发明能够便携的进行复位,提高了实用性,能够防止高温烟雾导致叶片之间的密封性降低,提高了安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及排烟阀技术领域,尤其涉及一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀。
背景技术
排烟阀,又叫排烟防火阀,是一种消防部件,一般安装在机械排烟系统的管道上,平时呈开启状态,发生火灾时开启排烟,当排烟管道内烟气温度达到一定温度时自动关闭,并在一定时间内满足漏烟量和耐火完整性要求,起隔烟阻火作用。
现通用的排烟阀为板式电动打开、手动复位排烟阀,在日常应用、维护或检测中,在对排烟阀进行复位时,需要操作人员登高进行手动复位,操作较为繁琐,实用性低,此外,在排烟阀内的叶片关闭时,由于烟雾温度较高,容易导致排烟阀的气密性变差,导致安全性低。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀。
本发明提出的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,包括通风框,所述通风框底部的两端内壁上均通过轴承连接有旋转杆,且两个旋转杆顶端外壁上均焊接有叶片,两个所述叶片顶部的中心处外壁上均焊接有旋转轴,且两个旋转轴分别通过轴承连接于通风框顶部外壁上,所述通风框一侧内壁上焊接有第一密封板,且通风框另一侧内壁上焊接有第二密封板,所述通风框顶部外壁上焊接有安装箱,两个所述旋转轴顶端外壁上均套接有蜗轮,所述安装箱两边内壁上均通过轴承连接有蜗杆,两个所述蜗杆相对一侧外壁上焊接有连接杆,所述通风框顶部外壁上焊接有支撑板,所述支撑板顶部外壁上焊接有安装板,且安装板一侧焊接于安装箱一侧的内壁上,所述安装板顶部外壁上通过螺栓连接有电机,所述安装板顶部一端外壁上依次通过螺栓连接有倒序开关、PLC控制器和无线信号接收器,所述通风框一侧的一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有温度传感器,且通风框一侧的另一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有烟雾传感器。
优选地,两个所述叶片均位于第一密封板和第二密封板之间,且两个叶片的一侧分别搭接于第一密封板和第二密封板一侧的外壁上,所述第一密封板和第二密封板相对一侧的外壁上均固定连接有密封垫。
优选地,所述安装箱顶部开有开口,且开口的一侧内壁上铰接有顶盖,顶盖底部外壁上固定连接有密封框。
优选地,两个所述蜗杆分别与两个蜗轮相互啮合,且两个蜗杆分别与两个蜗轮形成传动配合。
优选地,所述电机输出轴一端套接有皮带轮,且连接杆中部的外壁上套接有从动皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与从动皮带轮形成传动配合。
优选地,所述无线信号接收器通过信号线与PLC控制器信号输入端连接,且PLC控制器信号输出端通过导线与倒序开关连接,所述倒序开关通过导线连接有电源线,且倒序开关通过导线与电机连接。
优选地,所述温度传感器和烟雾传感器分别通过信号线与PLC控制器信号输入端连接,且温度传感器和烟雾传感器分别通过导线连接有电源线。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、设置有无线信号传感器,当叶片需要进行复位时,操作人员利用无线信号发射器将指令通过无线信号传输给无线信号接收器,无线信号接收器将信号传输给PLC控制器,PLC控制器控制倒序开关闭合,使得电机输出轴转动,进而带动连接杆和两个蜗杆转动,蜗杆带动蜗轮转动,进而对叶片进行复位,能够便携的进行复位,提高了实用性;
2、设置有第一密封板和第二密封板,当两个叶片闭合时,两个叶片一侧分别搭接于第一密封板和第二密封板一侧的外壁上,同时,第一密封板和第二密封板一侧均设有密封垫,能够防止高温烟雾导致叶片之间的密封性降低,提高了安全性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例1,参照图1-4,一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,包括通风框1,所述通风框1底部的两端内壁上均通过轴承连接有旋转杆2,且两个旋转杆2顶端外壁上均焊接有叶片3,两个所述叶片3顶部的中心处外壁上均焊接有旋转轴4,且两个旋转轴4分别通过轴承连接于通风框1顶部外壁上,所述通风框1一侧内壁上焊接有第一密封板5,且通风框1另一侧内壁上焊接有第二密封板6,两个所述叶片3均位于第一密封板5和第二密封板6之间,且两个叶片3的一侧分别搭接于第一密封板5和第二密封板6一侧的外壁上,所述第一密封板5和第二密封板6相对一侧的外壁上均固定连接有密封垫,能够防止高温烟雾导致叶片之间的密封性降低,提高了安全性;
所述通风框1顶部外壁上焊接有安装箱7,所述安装箱7顶部开有开口,且开口的一侧内壁上铰接有顶盖8,顶盖8底部外壁上固定连接有密封框,两个所述旋转轴4顶端外壁上均套接有蜗轮9,所述安装箱7两边内壁上均通过轴承连接有蜗杆10,两个所述蜗杆10分别与两个蜗轮9相互啮合,且两个蜗杆10分别与两个蜗轮9形成传动配合,两个所述蜗杆10相对一侧外壁上焊接有连接杆11,所述通风框1顶部外壁上焊接有支撑板12,所述支撑板12顶部外壁上焊接有安装板13,且安装板13一侧焊接于安装箱7一侧的内壁上,所述安装板13顶部外壁上通过螺栓连接有电机14,所述电机14输出轴一端套接有皮带轮,且连接杆11中部的外壁上套接有从动皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与从动皮带轮形成传动配合,所述安装板13顶部一端外壁上依次通过螺栓连接有倒序开关15、PLC控制器16和无线信号接收器17,所述无线信号接收器17通过信号线与PLC控制器16信号输入端连接,且PLC控制器16信号输出端通过导线与倒序开关15连接,所述倒序开关15通过导线连接有电源线,且倒序开关15通过导线与电机14连接,能够便携的进行复位,提高了实用性;
所述通风框1一侧的一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有温度传感器18,且通风框1一侧的另一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有烟雾传感器19,所述温度传感器18和烟雾传感器19分别通过信号线与PLC控制器16信号输入端连接,且温度传感器18和烟雾传感器19分别通过导线连接有电源线。
当两个叶片3闭合时,两个叶片3一侧分别搭接于第一密封板5和第二密封板6一侧的外壁上,同时,第一密封板5和第二密封板6一侧均设有密封垫,能够防止高温烟雾导致叶片3之间的密封性降低,当叶片3需要进行复位时,操作人员利用无线信号发射器将指令通过无线信号传输给无线信号接收器17,无线信号接收器17将信号传输给型号为S7-200的PLC控制器15,PLC控制器15控制倒序开关16闭合,使得电机14输出轴转动,进而带动连接杆11和两个蜗杆10转动,蜗杆10带动蜗轮9转动,进而对叶片3进行复位。

1.一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,包括通风框(1),其特征在于,所述通风框(1)底部的两端内壁上均通过轴承连接有旋转杆(2),且两个旋转杆(2)顶端外壁上均焊接有叶片(3),两个所述叶片(3)顶部的中心处外壁上均焊接有旋转轴(4),且两个旋转轴(4)分别通过轴承连接于通风框(1)顶部外壁上,所述通风框(1)一侧内壁上焊接有第一密封板(5),且通风框(1)另一侧内壁上焊接有第二密封板(6),所述通风框(1)顶部外壁上焊接有安装箱(7),两个所述旋转轴(4)顶端外壁上均套接有蜗轮(9),所述安装箱(7)两边内壁上均通过轴承连接有蜗杆(10),两个所述蜗杆(10)相对一侧外壁上焊接有连接杆(11),所述通风框(1)顶部外壁上焊接有支撑板(12),所述支撑板(12)顶部外壁上焊接有安装板(13),且安装板(13)一侧焊接于安装箱(7)一侧的内壁上,所述安装板(13)顶部外壁上通过螺栓连接有电机(14),所述安装板(13)顶部一端外壁上依次通过螺栓连接有倒序开关(15)、PLC控制器(16)和无线信号接收器(17),所述通风框(1)一侧的一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有温度传感器(18),且通风框(1)一侧的另一端外壁上通过螺栓连接有烟雾传感器(19)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,两个所述叶片(3)均位于第一密封板(5)和第二密封板(6)之间,且两个叶片(3)的一侧分别搭接于第一密封板(5)和第二密封板(6)一侧的外壁上,所述第一密封板(5)和第二密封板(6)相对一侧的外壁上均固定连接有密封垫。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,所述安装箱(7)顶部开有开口,且开口的一侧内壁上铰接有顶盖(8),顶盖(8)底部外壁上固定连接有密封框。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,两个所述蜗杆(10)分别与两个蜗轮(9)相互啮合,且两个蜗杆(10)分别与两个蜗轮(9)形成传动配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,所述电机(14)输出轴一端套接有皮带轮,且连接杆(11)中部的外壁上套接有从动皮带轮,皮带轮通过皮带与从动皮带轮形成传动配合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,所述无线信号接收器(17)通过信号线与PLC控制器(16)信号输入端连接,且PLC控制器(16)信号输出端通过导线与倒序开关(15)连接,所述倒序开关(15)通过导线连接有电源线,且倒序开关(15)通过导线与电机(14)连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可调自动旋转式排烟阀,其特征在于,所述温度传感器(18)和烟雾传感器(19)分别通过信号线与PLC控制器(16)信号输入端连接,且温度传感器(18)和烟雾传感器(19)分别通过导线连接有电源线。
