本发明公开了一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维及其制备方法,所述纤维中负载有功能粉末,所述功能粉末包括玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子;所述芳香缓释粒子具有三层核壳结构,由内至外依次为负载了植物精油的介孔二氧化硅内核、由十六酸和十四醇组成的相变材料层及相变层外侧的无定形二氧化硅保护层。本发明在聚酯纤维中添加了玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子等功能性粉末,使制得的纤维具有冰爽、释放负离子、抗菌、防臭等功效,并且可以随温度变化实现香气的控释,适用于制备内衣裤、塑身衣、袜子、睡衣、T恤、衬衣等各种贴身穿着的衣物,并且各种功能性粒子的加入不会影响纤维的可纺性能。

背景技术
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对贴身衣物的品质要求也日益增高,具有各种功能的贴身衣物应运而生,如抗菌、防辐射、保暖等等。在炎热的夏天,人们急需一种具有降温功效的贴身衣物,高温天气下穿一件冰爽透气的衣服,能够极大的提升人体舒适度,有利于工作和生活。
目前,现有的具有冰爽功能的衣物一般通过添加了玉石的玉纤维制成,例如,在中国专利文献上公开的“一种和田玉纤维及其制备方法”,其公开号CN109487369A,该发明用和田玉制成的纤维制品,使得该纤维制备的织物具有良好的凉爽感觉,并且其微量元素可被人体吸收,活化细胞组织,提高人体的免疫等功能。
但现有技术中的玉石纤维功能性较为单一,难以满足人们对贴身衣物日益增长的功能需求。并且现有技术中的玉石粉末一般加入聚酯切片或聚酯熔体中,随熔体一起纺丝成型制成纤维,而添加较多的玉石粉末或其他功能性粒子,就会影响纤维的可纺性,造成纤维的断裂强度降低,从而影响纤维的性能。

本发明是为了克服现有技术中的玉石纤维功能性较为单一,难以满足人们对贴身衣物日益增长的功能需求;并且现有技术中的玉石粉末一般加入聚酯切片或聚酯熔体中,随熔体一起纺丝成型,而添加较多的玉石粉末或其他功能性粒子,就会影响纤维的可纺性的问题,提供一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维及其制备方法,在聚酯纤维中添加了玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子等功能性粉末,使制得的纤维具有冰爽、释放负离子、抗菌、防臭等功效,适用于制备内衣裤、塑身衣、袜子、睡衣、T恤、衬衣等各种贴身穿着的衣物,并且各种功能性粒子的加入不会影响纤维的可纺性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,所述纤维中负载有功能粉末,所述功能粉末包括玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子,所述芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,65~75℃下搅拌1~2h后用氨水调节溶液pH至 8~9,继续保温搅拌1~2h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化1~3d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为9~11的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡5~8h,过滤后将产物置于紫外光下照射15~20min;然后在100~120℃下真空干燥10~12h,再在700~800℃下煅烧 2~3h后得到介孔二氧化硅;
本发明利用溶胶凝胶法,以4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐为造孔剂制得了介孔二氧化硅。由于正硅酸乙酯在碱催化下水解形成的二氧化硅凝胶表面带负电,本发明利用造孔剂4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐中带正电的季铵盐基团与带负电的二氧化硅凝胶之间的静电吸引作用,使造孔剂吸附和富集在二氧化硅凝胶内,然后通过紫外光照射使造孔剂中的苯基叠氮基团分解为氮气逸出,从而在二氧化硅凝胶中初步形成孔道,最后通过高温烧结,使造孔剂中的其他有机基团分解,进一步扩大孔道,得到具有较大比表面积和良好负载性能的介孔二氧化硅载体;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于植物精油溶液中,搅拌吸附12~24h,得到负载植物精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇,剪切均质40~60min得到乳化液;
E)将负载植物精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,搅拌20~30min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至 8~9,持续搅拌12~24h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
本发明在纤维中负载了包括玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的功能性粉末。玉是热的良导体,因此用添加了玉石粉的纤维制成的织物可以使人体有较好的冰爽感,特别适合在炎热的夏天或运动的时候穿着;并且玉石中含有丰富的对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素,长期贴附在人体的皮肤上,进行释放,能改善血液微循环,促进新陈代谢,从而达到预防疾病、消除疲劳的作用。电气石能够自动和永久地释放负氧离子,是天然的负离子发生器,本发明在纤维中负载电气石粉,使纤维可以释放负离子,制成贴身衣物穿着时,可以净化血液,复活细胞,提高人体的免疫力,有助于改善头疼、失眠、神经衰弱等现象。纳米氧化锌同样具有良好的导热性能,加入纤维中有利于散热形成冰爽触感;并且纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗红外线、紫外线辐射及杀菌功能,可以纤维具有防辐射和抗菌功效,满足贴身衣物的穿着健康性。
为了使纤维可以长效的释放香味,以起到舒缓压力、愉悦心情、杀菌除臭的功效,本发明还在纤维中负载了芳香缓释粒子。本发明中制得的芳香缓释粒子具有三层核壳结构,由内至外依次为负载了植物精油的介孔二氧化硅内核、由十六酸和十四醇组成的相变材料层及相变层外侧的无定形二氧化硅保护层。内核的介孔二氧化硅用于将植物精油吸附负载在其孔道内,实现易挥发的植物精油的初步缓释,延长纤维的释香时间;外层的无定形二氧化硅层起到对相变材料层的赋形和保护作用;中间的相变材料层用于实现植物精油在不同温度下的控释:由十六酸和十四醇混合形成的相变材料层相变温度为32℃左右,芳香缓释粒子随纤维制成贴身衣物后,当衣物穿着接触人体时,温度升高,芳香缓释粒子中间的相变材料层变为液态,壳层的致密性降低,内核中负载的植物精油释放速率加快,香味释放量增大;而当衣物离开人体后,温度降低,相变材料层凝固为固态,壳层致密性增大,内核中负载的植物精油释放量降低,香味减弱。
因此本发明中的玉锌冰爽保健纤维不但具有冰爽、释放负离子、抗菌等保健功效,同时还可以在穿着时通过挥发植物精油释放香气,起到杀菌除臭、愉悦心情等功能。并且香味的释放可以通过温度进行控释,实现衣物穿着时香味释放多而不穿时则释放较少,有效减少了植物精油的损失,延长了纤维的释香时间。本发明中的纤维可用于制备内衣裤、塑身衣、运动内衣、袜子、睡衣、T恤、衬衣等各种贴身穿着的衣物,有利于人体舒适和健康。
作为优选,步骤A)中所述正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2~3:2~3。
作为优选,步骤B)中所述4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液的浓度为10~15mg/mL;所述紫外光照射功率为1000~2000mW/cm2。
作为优选,步骤C)中所述的植物精油选自玫瑰精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、茶树精油、柠檬精油中的一种,所述植物精油溶液的质量分数为3~5%。
作为优选,步骤D)中十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为18~22g:78~82g:100mL:30~35g:2.5~3.0L:1.0~1.5L。
作为优选,步骤E)中负载植物精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.1~0.2g: 5mL。
采用本发明中的添加比例,可以保证芳香缓释粒子最外层的无定形二氧化硅层的厚度既能有效释放出植物精油,又能对相变材料层起到赋形和保护作用。
作为优选,所述功能粉末中玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的质量比为:4~6:1~2:1:3~5。
作为优选,所述纤维的横截面为十字型、米字型、六叶型、双十字型中的一种。
本发明还公开了一种上述玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将功能粉末与聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,搅拌得到喷涂浆料;
(2)将聚酯切片熔融后喷丝冷却得到单丝;
(3)用喷涂浆料对所得单丝进行喷涂;
(4)喷涂后的单丝经集束上油后进入纺丝甬道纺丝;
(5)纺丝后经拉伸、卷绕得到所述玉锌冰爽保健纤维。
本发明中的纤维制备时,是在纺丝前将功能粉末喷涂在单丝上,然后再对单丝进行集束纺丝,使各种功能粉末均匀分布在纤维内部和表面,有效避免了将功能粉末加入聚酯熔体中进行纺丝时对纤维可纺性的影响。
作为优选,步骤(1)所述喷涂浆料的成分以质量分数计包括40~60%的功能粉末及 60~40%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,所述聚丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为40~45wt%;步骤(3)中喷涂浆料的喷涂质量为步骤(2)中熔融物单位时间输送质量的10~20%。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)在纤维中加入玉石粉,玉石中含有丰富的对人体有益的矿物质和微量元素,长期贴附在人体的皮肤上,进行释放,能改善血液微循环,促进新陈代谢,从而达到预防疾病、消除疲劳的作用;
(2)在纤维中负载电气石粉,使纤维可以释放负离子,制成贴身衣物穿着时,可以净化血液,复活细胞,提高人体的免疫力,有助于改善头疼、失眠、神经衰弱等现象;
(3)在纤维中加入纳米氧化锌,有利于散热形成冰爽触感,并且纳米氧化锌具有良好的抗红外线、紫外线辐射及杀菌功能,可以纤维具有防辐射和抗菌功效;
(4)在纤维中加入芳香缓释粒子,使纤维可以通过挥发植物精油释放香气,起到杀菌除臭、愉悦心情等功能;并且香味的释放可以通过温度进行控释,实现衣物穿着时香味释放多而不穿时则释放较少,有效减少了植物精油的损失,延长了纤维的释香时间;
(5)是在纺丝前将功能粉末喷涂在单丝上,然后再对单丝进行集束纺丝,使各种功能粉末均匀分布在纤维内部和表面,避免了将功能粉末加入聚酯熔体中进行纺丝时对纤维可纺性的影响。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1:
一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将包括质量比为5:1:1:4的亚微米级玉石粉、亚微米级电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的功能粉末与固含量为42wt%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,搅拌得到喷涂浆料,喷涂浆料中功能粉末和聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量分数分别为50%和50%;
(2)将聚酯切片熔融后经十字形喷丝板喷丝冷却得到截面呈十字形的单丝;
(3)用喷涂浆料对所得单丝进行喷涂,喷涂浆料的喷涂质量为步骤(2)中聚酯熔融物单位时间输送质量的15%;
(4)喷涂后的单丝经集束上油后进入纺丝甬道,90℃下纺丝;
(5)纺丝后经拉伸、卷绕得到所述玉锌冰爽保健纤维。
其中,芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,使正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2.5:2.5, 70℃下搅拌1.5h后用氨水调节溶液pH至8.6,继续保温搅拌1.5h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化2d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为10、浓度为12mg/mL的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡6h,过滤后将产物置于功率为1500mW/cm2的紫外光下照射18min;然后在110℃下真空干燥11h,再在750℃下煅烧2.5h,将产物研磨后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于质量分数为4%的玫瑰精油溶液中,搅拌吸附18h,得到负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇, 1000rpm转速下剪切均质50min得到乳化液,十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为20g:80g:100mL:32g:2.8L:1.2L;
E)将负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.15g:5mL,搅拌25min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至8.5,持续搅拌18h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
实施例2:
一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将包括质量比为4:2:1:3的亚微米级玉石粉、亚微米级电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的功能粉末与固含量为42wt%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,搅拌得到喷涂浆料,喷涂浆料中功能粉末和聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量分数分别为40%和60%;
(2)将聚酯切片熔融后经米字形喷丝板喷丝冷却得到截面呈米字形的单丝;
(3)用喷涂浆料对所得单丝进行喷涂,喷涂浆料的喷涂质量为步骤(2)中聚酯熔融物单位时间输送质量的20%;
(4)喷涂后的单丝经集束上油后进入纺丝甬道,80℃下纺丝;
(5)纺丝后经拉伸、卷绕得到所述玉锌冰爽保健纤维。
其中,芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,使正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2:3,65℃下搅拌2h后用氨水调节溶液pH至8,继续保温搅拌2h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化 1d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为9、浓度为10mg/mL的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡5h,过滤后将产物置于功率为1000mW/cm2的紫外光下照射20min;然后在100℃下真空干燥12h,再在700℃下煅烧3h,将产物研磨后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于质量分数为3%的薰衣草精油溶液中,搅拌吸附12h,得到负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇,2000rpm转速下剪切均质40min得到乳化液,十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为18g:82g:100mL:30g:2.5L:1.5L;
E)将负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.1g:5mL,搅拌20min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至8.1,持续搅拌12h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
实施例3:
一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将包括质量比为6:1:1:5的亚微米级玉石粉、亚微米级电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的功能粉末与固含量为42wt%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,搅拌得到喷涂浆料,喷涂浆料中功能粉末和聚丙烯酸酯乳液的质量分数分别为60%和40%;
(2)将聚酯切片熔融后经双十字形喷丝板喷丝冷却得到截面呈双十字形的单丝;
(3)用喷涂浆料对所得单丝进行喷涂,喷涂浆料的喷涂质量为步骤(2)中聚酯熔融物单位时间输送质量的10%;
(4)喷涂后的单丝经集束上油后进入纺丝甬道,100℃下纺丝;
(5)纺丝后经拉伸、卷绕得到所述玉锌冰爽保健纤维。
其中,芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,使正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:3:2, 75℃下搅拌1h后用氨水调节溶液pH至9,继续保温搅拌1h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化 3d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为11、浓度为15mg/mL的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡8h,过滤后将产物置于功率为2000mW/cm2的紫外光下照射15min;然后在120℃下真空干燥10h,再在800℃下煅烧2h,将产物研磨后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于质量分数为5%的柠檬精油溶液中,搅拌吸附24h,得到负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇, 1000rpm转速下剪切均质60min得到乳化液,十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为22g:78g:100mL:35g:3.0L:1.0L;
E)将负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,负载薰衣草精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.2g:5mL,搅拌30min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至9.0,持续搅拌24h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
对比例1(不包覆相变材料层和无定形二氧化硅层):
对比例1中使用的芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,使正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2.5:2.5, 70℃下搅拌1.5h后用氨水调节溶液pH至8.6,继续保温搅拌1.5h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化2d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为10、浓度为12mg/mL的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡6h,过滤后将产物置于功率为1500mW/cm2的紫外光下照射18min;然后在110℃下真空干燥11h,再在750℃下煅烧2.5h,将产物研磨后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于质量分数为4%的玫瑰精油溶液中,搅拌吸附18h,得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
其余均与实施例1中相同。
对比例2(改变无定型二氧化硅层的厚度):
对比例2中使用的芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,使正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2.5:2.5, 70℃下搅拌1.5h后用氨水调节溶液pH至8.6,继续保温搅拌1.5h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化2d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为10、浓度为12mg/mL的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡6h,过滤后将产物置于功率为1500mW/cm2的紫外光下照射18min;然后在110℃下真空干燥11h,再在750℃下煅烧2.5h,将产物研磨后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于质量分数为4%的玫瑰精油溶液中,搅拌吸附18h,得到负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇,1000rpm转速下剪切均质50min得到乳化液,十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为20g:80g:300mL:32g:2.8L:1.2L;
E)将负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,负载玫瑰精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.15g:5mL,搅拌25min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至8.5,持续搅拌18h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
其余均与实施例1中相同。
将上述实施例和对比例中制得的玉锌冰爽保健纤维制成克重为150g/m2的纬平针织物,对其凉感、抗菌性及负离子发生量进行测定,结果如表1中所示。
其中,接触凉感系数的测定参照GB/T 35263-2017中的方法;
抗菌性能的测试参照FZ/T 73023-2006中的方法;
负离子发生量的测定参照GB/T 30128-2013中的方法。

将上述织物分别置于25℃和35℃恒温箱中测试其释香性能,结果如表2中所示。其中

从表1和表2中可以看出,本发明制得的纤维制成织物后具有良好的冰爽感、抗菌性及负离子产生量,制作成贴身衣物可以有较好的保健效果。并且实施例1~3中添加了本发明中的芳香缓释粒子的纤维可以长效释放香气,香气的释放量随温度进行变化,室温下香气释放较少,接近人体温度时香气释放较多,35℃下的释香时间可达20个月。而对比例 1中的芳香缓释粒子表面不包覆相变材料层,纤维不能根据温度对香气进行控释,纤维的释香持久性明显降低;对比例2中芳香缓释粒子表面包覆的无定形二氧化硅层过厚,导致香气不能有效释放,释香效果不佳。
Claims (10)
1.一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,所述纤维中负载有功能粉末,所述功能粉末包括玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子,所述芳香缓释粒子的制备方法为:
A)将正硅酸乙酯加入乙醇和水的混合溶剂中,65~75℃下搅拌1~2h后用氨水调节溶液pH至8~9,继续保温搅拌1~2h得到凝胶,然后在空气中陈化1~3d,得到陈化后的凝胶;
B)将陈化后的凝胶置于pH为9~11的4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液中浸泡5~8h,过滤后将产物置于紫外光下照射15~20min;然后在100~120℃下真空干燥10~12h,再在700~800℃下煅烧2~3h后得到介孔二氧化硅;
C)将介孔二氧化硅置于植物精油溶液中,搅拌吸附12~24h,得到负载植物精油的二氧化硅;
D)将十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯混合,再依次加入十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇,剪切均质40~60min得到乳化液;
E)将负载植物精油的二氧化硅置于乳化液中,搅拌20~30min后加入氨水,调节体系pH至8~9,持续搅拌12~24h,过滤、洗涤、干燥后得到所述芳香缓释粒子。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,步骤A)中所述正硅酸乙酯、乙醇和水的体积比为1:2~3:2~3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,步骤B)中所述4-叠氮苯胺盐酸盐水溶液的浓度为10~15mg/mL;所述紫外光照射功率为1000~2000 mW/cm2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,步骤C)中所述的植物精油选自玫瑰精油、薰衣草精油、迷迭香精油、茶树精油、柠檬精油中的一种,所述植物精油溶液的质量分数为3~5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,步骤D)中十六酸、十四醇、正硅酸乙酯、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、水和乙醇的添加比例为18~22g:78~82g:100mL:30~35g:2.5~3.0L:1.0~1.5L。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,步骤E)中负载植物精油的二氧化硅与乳化液的质量体积比为:0.1~0.2g:5mL。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,所述功能粉末中玉石粉、电气石粉、纳米氧化锌及芳香缓释粒子的质量比为:4~6:1~2:1:3~5。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维,其特征是,所述纤维的横截面为十字型、米字型、六叶型、双十字型中的一种。
9.一种如权利要求1~7任一所述的玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,其特征是,包括如下步骤:
(1)将功能粉末与聚丙烯酸酯乳液混合,搅拌得到喷涂浆料;
(2)将聚酯切片熔融后喷丝冷却得到单丝;
(3)用喷涂浆料对所得单丝进行喷涂;
(4)喷涂后的单丝经集束上油后进入纺丝甬道纺丝;
(5)纺丝后经拉伸、卷绕得到所述玉锌冰爽保健纤维。
10.根据权利要求9 所述的一种玉锌冰爽保健纤维的制备方法,其特征是,步骤(1)所述喷涂浆料的成分以质量分数计包括40~60%的功能粉末及60~40%的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,所述聚丙烯酸酯乳液的固含量为40~45wt%;步骤(3)中喷涂浆料的喷涂质量为步骤(2)中熔融物单位时间输送质量的10~20%。
