Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of garbage disposal equipment, and particularly relates to a vehicle-mounted mobile field garbage online recovery and treatment device, which comprises a frame and a carriage, wherein the carriage is fixed on the frame; the interior space of the carriage is divided into two parts, namely a front space and a rear space, by the garbage disposal assembly; the garbage disposal component is arranged in the carriage and can slide along the length direction of the carriage under the driving of external force; the upper portion of the garbage disposal assembly towards one side of the rear space is provided with a feeding port, and the lower portion of the garbage disposal assembly towards one side of the front space is provided with a discharging port. Background
In the field operation process of the oil field, a large amount of petroleum-polluted garbage (such as gloves, woven bags, woven cloth, oil work clothes, scrapped rubber accessories and the like) is generated and needs to be subjected to deoiling treatment. When the garbage disposal device works, the garbage disposal component 17 is driven by the hydraulic cylinder 3 to move towards the rear side of the carriage 22, the wedge block 10 is continuously wedged into the lower side of the sliding plate 11, then the sliding plate 11 rises, and after the sliding plate 11 rises to a limit position, the combined part formed by the push plate 8 and the turning plate 9 is matched with the rear side surface of the garbage disposal component 17 and the sliding plate 11 to slide simultaneously, so that garbage is prevented from falling from the edges of the push plate 8 and the turning plate 9. Then the motor 7 is electrified to enable the push plate 8 and the turning plate 9 to rise, and after one side of the turning plate 9 is blocked by the stop block 16, the turning plate 9 starts to turn over, so that the garbage above the turning plate 9 is dumped into the garbage disposal device. It should be noted that the crushing blade set 18 and the screw extruder 6 are conventional in the art, and will not be described herein.
As a further technical solution, as shown in fig. 1, the side of the waste treatment assembly 17 facing the front space 20, i.e. the front side, is a forward inclined surface, which is beneficial to improve the compression effect of the treated waste.
