Patent application No. 2019222405215 discloses a tablet counting assembly for pharmacy department, including the hutch, the hutch is inboard hollow box, the front end surface that is close to the lower extreme department of hutch runs through and is provided with the collecting pipe, the collecting pipe is half pipe shape, the front end movable mounting of collecting pipe has preceding baffle, the backplate is installed to the rear end of collecting pipe, the top that the front end surface of hutch is close to the collecting pipe is provided with the activity fender piece. The invention relates to a tablet counting device for pharmacy department. The counting device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, counting of tablets is achieved, and the tablet counting efficiency is improved, but in the tablet pouring process, tablets fall incompletely, so that the tablet counting efficiency is influenced.
Aiming at the defects of the existing device, the circular tablet counting device for the pharmacy is convenient to collect after counting and is more thorough in falling of tablets in the pouring process.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects that concentrated collection of tablets is not facilitated after counting, and dropping of the tablets can be blocked in the pouring process, so that the efficiency of continuous counting is influenced, the technical problem to be solved is as follows: the circular tablet counting device for the pharmacy department is convenient to collect after counting and is thorough in falling of tablets in the pouring process.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a circular tablet counting device for pharmacy department comprises:
the first support frame is connected with the second support frame;
the feeding components are arranged on the upper parts of the second support frame and the first support frame;
the counting assembly is arranged at the lower part of the second supporting frame, and the feeding assembly is matched with the counting assembly.
Preferably, the feeding assembly comprises:
a sliding rail is arranged between the upper parts of the first support frame and the second support frame;
the sliding rail is symmetrically provided with first telescopic rods;
the push plate is connected between the two first telescopic rods and is connected with the sliding rail in a sliding manner;
the sliding blocks are arranged on two sides in the sliding rail in a sliding mode;
the discharging plate is rotatably connected between the two sliding blocks;
the lower part of the discharging plate is provided with two balancing weights at intervals;
the U-shaped connecting rod is connected between the two sliding blocks;
and the lower part of the sliding rail is provided with a limiting plate which is positioned between the discharging plate and the pushing plate.

the counting device is arranged on the second supporting frame and is connected with the first rotating shaft;
the first rotating shaft is provided with a torsion spring, and two ends of the torsion spring are respectively connected to the supporting plate and the counting device;
the upper part of the counting device is provided with a reset rod in a sliding manner, and the reset rod is connected with the ratchet;
the wedge block is arranged on the supporting plate in a sliding mode;
the middle part of the wedge-shaped block and the lower part of the supporting plate are connected with a second telescopic rod;
the wedge-shaped block is connected with a shifting block, and the shifting block is in contact fit with the one-way gear.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
Example 1
A circular tablet counting device for pharmacy department is shown in figures 1-5 and comprises a first support frame 1, a second support frame 2, a feeding component 3 and a counting component 4, wherein the second support frame 2 is connected to the rear side of the first support frame 1, the feeding component 3 is arranged on the upper portion of the second support frame 2 and the first support frame 1, the counting component 4 is arranged on the lower portion of the second support frame 2, and the feeding component 3 is matched with the counting component 4.
When the worker needs to count the tablets, the worker can put the medicines needing to be counted into the feeding component 3, then the worker can move the feeding component 3 towards the rear side, when the feeding mechanism moves towards the rear side to be in contact with the counting component 4, the counting component 4 can count the tablets in the feeding component 3, and when the counting of the tablets is completed, the worker can take out the tablets in the feeding mechanism.
The feeding component 3 comprises a slide rail 31, first telescopic rods 32, a push plate 33, a discharging plate 34, U-shaped connecting rods 35, balancing weights 36, sliding blocks 37 and limiting plates 38, the slide rail 31 is arranged between the upper portions of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2, the first telescopic rods 32 are symmetrically arranged on the front side of the slide rail 31, the push plate 33 is connected between the rear sides of the two first telescopic rods 32, the push plate 33 is connected with the slide rail 31 in a sliding mode, the sliding blocks 37 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the slide rail 31 in a sliding mode, the discharging plate 34 is connected between the two sliding blocks 37 in a rotating mode, the balancing weights 36 are arranged on the lower portion of the discharging plate 34 at intervals, the number of the balancing weights 36 is two, the U-shaped connecting rods 35 are connected between the front sides of the two sliding blocks 37, the limiting plates 38 are arranged on the lower portion of the slide rail 31, and the limiting plates 38 are located between the discharging plate 34 and the push plate 33.
When a worker needs to count the tablets, the worker can place the tablets on the material placing plate 34, when the worker places the tablets on the material placing plate 34 in order, the worker can pull the U-shaped connecting rod 35 to the rear side, the U-shaped connecting rod 35 moves to the rear side to drive the material placing plate 34 to move to the rear side, the first telescopic rod 32 extends to the rear side, so as to drive the push plate 33 to move to the rear side, the material placing plate 34 moves to the rear side to drive the balancing weight 36 to move to the rear side, when the balancing weight 36 moves to the rear side to be in contact with the counting assembly 4, the counting assembly 4 can count the tablets on the material placing plate 34, when the push plate 33 moves to the rear side to be in contact with the limiting plate 38, the worker can turn over the material placing plate 34, so as to take out and collect the tablets which have been counted on the material placing plate 34, and when the worker needs to continue to count the tablets, the worker can rotate the material placing plate 34 to reset, then, the U-shaped link 35 is pushed to the front side, and the material placing plate 34 is driven to be reset to the front side, so that the worker can continue to count the tablets by repeating the above operation.
The counting assembly 4 comprises a supporting plate 41, a first rotating shaft 42, a one-way gear 43, a ratchet 44, a ratchet 45, a torsion spring 46, a counting device 47, a reset rod 48, a wedge block 49, a second telescopic rod 410 and a shifting block 411, wherein the supporting plate 41 is arranged on the upper portion of the second supporting frame 2, the first rotating shaft 42 is rotatably arranged on the lower portion of the supporting plate 41, the one-way gear 43 is arranged in the middle of the first rotating shaft 42, the ratchet 44 is positioned on the right side of the one-way gear 43, the ratchet 45 is arranged on the lower portion of the supporting plate 41, the ratchet 45 is in contact fit with the ratchet 44, the counting device 47 is arranged on the right side of the second supporting frame 2, the counting device 47 is connected with the first rotating shaft 42, the torsion spring 46 is arranged on the right side of the first rotating shaft 42, two ends of the torsion spring 46 are respectively connected with the supporting plate 41 and the counting device 47, the reset rod 48 is arranged on the upper portion of the counting device 47, the left side of the reset rod 48 is connected with the ratchet 45, the supporting plate 41 is provided with a wedge-shaped block 49 in a sliding manner, the middle part of the wedge-shaped block 49 and the lower part of the supporting plate 41 are connected with a second telescopic rod 410, the front side of the wedge-shaped block 49 is connected with a shifting block 411, and the shifting block 411 is in contact fit with the one-way gear 43.
When a worker puts tablets on the material placing plate 34 orderly, the worker can move the material placing plate 34 to the rear side to drive the balancing weight 36 to move to the rear side, when the balancing weight 36 moves to the rear side to be contacted with the wedge-shaped block 49, the wedge-shaped block 49 can be extruded downwards by the balancing weight 36, the second telescopic rod 410 is contracted, the wedge-shaped block 49 moves downwards to drive the shifting block 411 to move downwards, when the shifting block 411 moves downwards to be contacted with the one-way gear 43, the shifting block 411 can drive the one-way gear 43 to rotate to drive the first rotating shaft 42 to rotate, so that the ratchet 44 can be driven to rotate, the counting device 47 can drive the counting device 47 to rotate, the torsion spring 46 deforms, the counting device 47 can count the tablets on the material placing plate 34, when the torsion spring 46 is reset by the counting device 47, the ratchet 45 can prevent the ratchet 44 from rotating, and further prevent the first rotating shaft 42 from rotating, thereby can prevent torsion spring 46 from reseing, just so can continue to count the tablet, when the workman need clear zero to the count, the workman can stir release link 48, and then can drive ratchet 45 rebound, when ratchet 45 rebound to with ratchet 44 temporary separation, torsion spring 46 reset effect, and then can drive counting assembly 47 and reset, at this moment the count that counting assembly 47 recorded just can clear zero.
Example 2
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6-9, the present invention further includes a feeding assembly 5, the feeding assembly 5 includes a storage frame 51, a cover plate 52, a second rotating shaft 53, a shift lever 54, three first straight gears 55, L-shaped connecting rods 56, a first rack 57 and a third supporting frame 58, the storage frame 51 is disposed on the upper portion of the sliding rail 31, the cover plate 52 is disposed on the upper portion of the storage frame 51, the second rotating shaft 53 is rotatably disposed on the upper portion of the cover plate 52, the shift lever 54 is connected to the lower portion of the second rotating shaft 53 at intervals, the number of the shift levers 54 is three, the first straight gear 55 is disposed on the upper portion of the second rotating shaft 53, the L-shaped connecting rod 56 is connected to the upper portion of the rear side of the U-shaped connecting rod 35, the first rack 57 is connected to the front side of the L-shaped connecting rod 56, the first rack 57 is engaged with the first straight gear 55, the third supporting frame 58 is disposed on the left side of the upper portion of the cover plate 52, and the third supporting frame 58 is engaged with the L-shaped connecting rod 56.
When a worker needs to add tablets to the material placing plate 34, the worker can add the tablets into the material storing frame 51, the worker moves the U-shaped connecting rod 35 to the rear side to drive the L-shaped connecting rod 56 to move to the rear side, and then can drive the first rack 57 to move to the rear side, the first rack 57 moves to the rear side to drive the first straight gear 55 to rotate, and then can drive the second rotating shaft 53 to rotate, so that the driving lever 54 can be driven to rotate, the driving lever 54 can rotate to arrange the tablets in the material storing frame 51 on the material placing plate 34, after the tablets on the material placing plate 34 are arranged orderly, the material placing plate 34 can move to the rear side to count, and the push plate 33 can prevent the tablets in the material storing frame 51 from falling.
Still including unloading subassembly 6, unloading subassembly 6 is including third pivot 61, second spur gear 62, second rack 63 and collection frame 64, and blowing board 34 left and right sides middle part all is connected with third pivot 61, all is equipped with second spur gear 62 on two third pivots 61, and slide rail 31 lower part rear side symmetry is equipped with second rack 63, and second rack 63 cooperates with second spur gear 62, and 2 rear sides of second support frame are equipped with collection frame 64.

In the process of arranging tablets on the material placing plate 34 in order, the tablets may be extruded out of the material storing frame 51, therefore, when the first rack 57 moves to the rear side, the first rack 57 can drive the stopper 74 to move to the rear side, and then can drive the material blocking plate 71 to move to the rear side, the compression spring 73 is compressed, so that the material blocking plate 71 can block the material storing frame, and thus the tablets are prevented from being extruded out of the material storing frame 51.
