Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of printing ink, and discloses a printing ink stirring device and a printing ink stirring method. According to the ink bottle stirring device, a plurality of ink bottles with different sizes and specifications can be filled into the stirring barrel, and the inner barrel is utilized to drive the ink bottles to rotate, so that the internal ink can be stirred and mixed by utilizing the rotating ink bottles, and a stirring head is not required to be inserted into the ink; the rotation instant stopping mechanism can repeatedly and instantly stop rotation, and due to inertia, ink in the ink bottle can generate violent shaking, so that the stirring effect is enhanced.

(4) when the rotating speed of the stirring motor reaches or exceeds a preset value, the centrifugal force is increased to exceed the elastic force of a spring in the rotation instant stop mechanism, the pawl is far away from the claw groove and is clamped with the inner ratchet wheel, so that the integral rotation is stopped instantly, and due to inertia, the ink in the ink bottle shakes violently in the bottle;
(5) after the rotation is stopped, under the action of the spring, the pawl contracts back into the pawl groove, and the stirring motor continues to drive the inner barrel, the ink bottle inside the inner barrel and the filler to integrally rotate together; the above steps are repeated, and the ink is fully stirred under the combined action of rotation and violent shaking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
a. the ink bottle stirring device can stir a plurality of ink bottles with different sizes and specifications simultaneously, greatly improves the stirring efficiency and the universality of the stirring device, utilizes the rotating ink bottles to stir and mix the internal ink, does not need to insert a stirring head into the ink, and avoids the ink from splashing;

an output shaft of the stirring motor 4 is fixed with the bottom end of the stirring inner barrel 2 through a spline hole 55;
when the pawl 57 is contracted in the pawl groove 54, the first inclined surface 571 of the pawl is attached to the straight surface 531 of the flywheel, the outermost peripheral surface of the pawl 57 is coplanar with the outermost arc surface of the flywheel, and at the moment, the flywheel 53 and the pawl 57 can freely rotate in the inner ratchet wheel 52; when the pawl 57 is far away from the pawl groove 54, the second inclined surface 572 of the pawl is attached to the inner inclined surface 541 of the pawl groove, the outermost end of the pawl 57 exceeds the outermost arc surface of the flywheel 53, and the flywheel 53 and the pawl 57 are clamped by the inner ratchet wheel 52 at the moment.
The using method of the stirring device comprises the following steps:
(1) opening the top cover 6, and placing one or more ink bottles 12 with the same specification or different specifications and filled with printing ink on the inner barrel 2;
(2) solid fine particle fillers, such as fine sand, resin particles and the like, are poured into the inner barrel 2 until the solid fine particle fillers fill the space outside the ink bottles 12 in the barrel, the fine particle fillers are mainly fixed and play a role in fixing the ink bottles, so that the ink bottles 12 in different specifications and sizes are respectively fixed without mutual interference, and the top cover 6 is closed after the ink bottles 12 are fixed;
(3) starting the stirring motor 4, wherein the stirring motor 4 drives the inner barrel 2, the ink bottle 12 inside the inner barrel and the filling material to integrally rotate together;
(4) when the rotation speed of the stirring motor 4 reaches or exceeds a predetermined value, the centrifugal force increases to exceed the elastic force of the spring in the rotation instant stop mechanism 5, the pawl 57 moves away from the pawl groove 54 and is caught by the inner ratchet 52, so that the integral rotation is stopped instantaneously, and the ink in the ink bottle 12 is vigorously shaken in the bottle due to inertia;
(5) after the integral rotation is stopped, the pawl 57 is retracted back into the pawl groove 54 under the action of the spring, and the stirring motor 4 continues to drive the inner barrel 2, the ink bottle 12 inside the inner barrel and the filler to integrally rotate together; the above steps are repeated, and the ink is fully stirred under the combined action of rotation and violent shaking.
Further, the four corners of 1 bottom of agitator all is fixed with foot piece 7, the bottom magnetism of foot piece 7 is connected with magnetic path 8, magnetic path 8's surface joint has base 9, base 9 passes through magnetic path 8 and is connected with 1 magnetism of agitator, the outside at base 9 top is equipped with stabilizing ring 10, the inside of stabilizing ring 10 is hugged closely with agitator 1's surface, base 9's bottom is embedded to have balancing weight 11, increase base 9's weight, stabilizing ring 10 can be spacing to agitator 1, thereby the stability of reinforcing means.
Further, handles 13 are fixed on two sides of the stirring barrel 1, anti-slip sleeves are bonded on the surfaces of the handles 13, and the handles 13 can be used for taking up the stirring barrel 1.
