The connecting pipe assembly 6 comprises a lower paint pipe 601, a sealing sleeve 602, a fixing frame 603 and a sealing ring 604;

referring to the drawings, in the above process, the hollow shaft 206 rotates clockwise, the inner ratchet 403 also rotates clockwise, the non-return pawl 404 slides over the teeth of the inner ratchet 403, the rotating disc 402 does not rotate, so the driven rotating shaft 401 does not rotate, and the pumping and discharging assembly 5 does not work;
after the paint liquid is prepared, the servo motor 202 is controlled to drive the first rotating shaft 203 to rotate reversely, the driving gear 204, the first outer gear ring 205, the hollow shaft 206, the second outer gear ring 207 and the preparation tank 105 all rotate reversely, the stirring component 3 still generates a stirring effect on the preparation tank 105, and the fluidity of the paint liquid is kept;
on the contrary, the hollow shaft 206 rotates counterclockwise at this time, the inner ratchet 403 also rotates counterclockwise, and the non-return pawl 404 blocks the tooth space of the inner ratchet 403, so that the inner ratchet 403 drives the turntable 402 to drive the driven rotating shaft 401 to rotate; the crank 501 on the driven rotating shaft 401 also rotates along with the driven rotating shaft, the piston plate 504 is driven to move left and right in the piston cylinder 505 through the sleeve 502 and the piston rod 503, liquid suction from the paint suction pipe 508 and liquid discharge from the paint discharge pipe 507 are realized by matching with the two one-way valves, the paint discharge pipe 507 intermittently discharges liquid due to the reciprocating movement of the piston plate 504, and at the moment, the split charging can be carried out at the outlet of the paint discharge pipe 507, so that the split charging is convenient and fast.

Specifically, when the first rotating shaft 203 rotates, the second rotating shaft 703 drives the end face cam 704 to rotate under the action of the chain wheel 701 and the chain 702; the end plate 707 is acted by the gravity of the component and the tension spring 708, so that the roller 705 presses the end cam 704, and when the end cam 704 rotates, the end cam acts on the roller 705 in the opposite direction, so that the roller 705 drives the end plate 707 to move up and down under the guiding action of the sliding sleeve 719 and the sliding rod 710 through the connecting frame 706, and further drives the stirring piece 302 to move up and down through the driving of the main shaft 301, thereby changing the vertical acting area of the stirring piece 302 and improving the stirring and mixing effects.

On the basis of the example 3, the method comprises the following steps,
the device also comprises a second-class tension spring 303, a hinge rod 304, a ring-shaped magnet 305 and a limiting rope 306;
the stirring piece 302 is a rotating plate, the inner end of the rotating plate is hinged with the main shaft 301, and a secondary tension spring 303 and a limiting rope 306 are connected between the top surface of the rotating plate and the main shaft 301; the rotating plates are symmetrically arranged and are arranged at a plurality of positions at intervals along the axial direction, a hinge rod 304 is arranged between two adjacent rotating plates, and the upper end and the lower end of the hinge rod 304 are respectively hinged with the corresponding rotating plates; a ring-shaped magnet 305 is fixed to the inner bottom of the preparation tank 105, and the stirring member 302 is made of a material (e.g., stainless steel) that can be attracted by the magnet.

Example 5
The above embodiment does not act on the paint outlet pipe 601 during stirring, and thus the dissolution efficiency of the material in the paint outlet pipe 601 is low.
On the basis of the above-described embodiments,
also included is a mixing assembly 8; the mixing assembly 8 comprises a lifting rod 801 and a turbulent plate 802;
the main shaft 301 and the lower paint pipe 601 are coaxially arranged, and the bottom end of the main shaft 301 is connected with a lifting rod 801; the lifting rod 801 extends downwards into the paint discharging pipe 601 and is connected with turbulence plates 802 at intervals; the turbulent plate 802 is uniformly provided with through holes 803.
Specifically, the lifting rod 801 moves up and down along with the main shaft 301, and drives the turbulence plate 802 to lift synchronously in the paint discharge pipe 601, and the turbulence plate 802 is matched with a through hole in the turbulence plate 802, so that turbulence is generated in the paint discharge pipe 601, and the material dissolving efficiency is improved.
It should be noted that the control method of the electrical components is the prior art, and is explained here in order to avoid redundancy of description; and the present invention is primarily intended to protect mechanical equipment, the control means and circuit connections will not be explained in detail herein.

the preparation tank (105) is provided with a driving assembly (2), and the driving assembly (2) is matched with a switching assembly (4); the switching component (4) is connected with a pumping and draining component (5), and the pumping and draining component (5) is connected with the bottom of the preparation tank (105) through a connecting pipe component (6); a stirring component (3) is arranged below the base (101), and the stirring component (3) extends into the preparation tank (105).

a sliding block (208) is connected below the preparation tank (105), an annular sliding rail (209) is arranged on the base (101), and the sliding block (208) is connected with the annular sliding rail (209) in a sliding manner; the outer wall of the preparation tank (105) is provided with a second outer gear ring (207), and the right side of the second outer gear ring (207) is meshed with a first outer gear ring (205); the first outer gear ring (205) is arranged at the bottom end of the hollow shaft (206), and the top end of the hollow shaft (206) is rotatably connected with the top plate (103) through a bearing; the servo motor (202) is fixed above the top plate (103) through the motor frame (201), the output end of the servo motor (202) is connected with a first rotating shaft (203) downwards, the first rotating shaft (203) penetrates through the top plate (103) and is provided with a driving gear (204), and the driving gear (204) is meshed with a first outer gear ring (205).
3. The paint liquid preparing and dispensing equipment convenient to switch as claimed in claim 2, wherein the stirring assembly (3) comprises a main shaft (301) and a stirring piece (302);
the main shaft (301) is arranged below the top plate (103), and the main shaft (301) extends into the preparation tank (105) and is provided with a stirring piece (302).
4. The paint liquid preparing and dispensing equipment convenient to switch as claimed in claim 3, wherein the switching assembly (4) comprises a driven rotating shaft (401), a rotating disc (402), an inner ratchet wheel (403) and a non-return pawl (404);
the driven rotating shaft (401) and the hollow shaft (206) are coaxially arranged, the top end of the driven rotating shaft extends into the hollow shaft (206) and is rotatably connected with the top plate (103) through a bearing, and the bottom end of the driven rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the base (101) through a bearing; a rotating disc (402) is arranged on the driven rotating shaft (401), and an inner ratchet wheel (403) is arranged on the inner wall of the hollow shaft (206); the rotary disc (402) is positioned at the inner ring of the inner ratchet wheel (403) and is provided with a check pawl (404), and the check pawl (404) is matched with the inner ratchet wheel (403).
