It should be noted that, in the present invention, since the trunk positioning pin 36 is made of medical silica gel and has certain elasticity and flexibility, even if the lock plate 353 is pulled back, the limiting member 35312 is not on the same horizontal line with the notch of the slot 362, the trunk positioning pin 35 can be pressed by the limiting member 35312, so that the positioning pin body 361 of the trunk positioning pin 36 is compressed to a certain extent, and then the limiting member 35312 can slide into the notch of the slot 362 through the compressed positioning pin body 361, so as to longitudinally limit the trunk positioning pin 36.

The fixing device provided by the invention for fixing and nursing a neurosurgical patient comprises the following steps: s1, the operator slides the lock plate 353 into the draw plate slot 352; s2, the operator inserts the trunk positioning needle 36 into the trunk positioning body 351 through the through hole 3511 and the fixing hole 3531 of the lock plate 353 in sequence; s3, the trunk positioning motor 32 works to drive the whole structure formed by the longitudinal slide block 33, the connecting piece 34 and the trunk positioning piece 35 to descend, and the trunk positioning needle 36 is abutted with the trunk of the patient; s4, the trunk positioning motor 32 continues to work until the trunk positioning needle 36 is fully contacted with the trunk of the patient; s5, the operator pulls back the lock plate 353, and inserts the stopper 35312 of the lock plate 353 into the slot 362 of the trunk positioning pin 36; s6, the patient lies on the operating table 1; s7, the operator starts the head positioning motor 22 to drive the transverse slider 23 to slide in the sliding groove 211, so that the head positioning needle 2421 arranged on the head fixing piece 24 is abutted with the head of the patient; s8, the operator starts the trunk positioning motor 32 to drive the longitudinal slide block 33, the connecting member 34 and the trunk positioning member 35 to move longitudinally on the supporting column 313, so that the buffer 364 of the trunk positioning pin 36 abuts against the trunk of the patient.

The fixing device in the neurosurgery is characterized by comprising an operating table (1), a head fixing component (2) arranged at one end of the operating table (1) and a plurality of groups of trunk fixing components (3) arranged at two sides of the operating table (1); the trunk fixing component (3) comprises a trunk positioning piece (35) and a trunk positioning needle (36) movably connected with the trunk positioning piece (35); the trunk positioning needle (36) comprises a positioning needle body (361), a slot (362) regularly arranged on the positioning needle body (361), and second limiting caps (363) and buffers (364) respectively arranged at two ends of the positioning needle body (361); the trunk positioning piece (35) comprises a trunk positioning body (351), a square draw plate slot (352) arranged in the trunk positioning body (351), and a lock plate (353) movably connected with the draw plate slot (352), wherein a plurality of through holes (3511) are formed in the trunk positioning body (351); the lock plate (353) is provided with a fixing hole (3531) matched with the through hole (3511), wherein the fixing hole (3531) comprises tapered holes (35311) respectively arranged at the upper side and the lower side of the lock plate (353), the tapered holes (35311) at the upper side and the lower side are matched with each other, and after being connected, a limiting piece (35312) with gradually increased thickness is formed at a connecting part; the lock plate (353) slides into the drawing plate slot (352) and is used for enabling the limiting piece (35312) to be clamped into the slot (362) of the trunk positioning pin (36) after being pulled back so as to limit the trunk positioning pin (36) penetrating through the trunk positioning piece (35).

A neurosurgical fixation device according to claim 1, wherein the head fixation assembly (2) comprises a cuboid shaped base (21), a head positioning motor (22) connected to the base (21), a transverse slider (23) slidably connected to the base (21), and a head fixation member (24) arranged on top of the transverse slider (23).

A neurosurgical fixation device according to claim 2 wherein the head fixation member (24) comprises a plurality of head positioning slots (241) arranged laterally in a regular pattern, and head positioning members (242) respectively arranged in the head positioning slots (241); the head positioning piece (242) comprises a head positioning needle (2421), a spring (2422) connected with one end of the head positioning needle (2421), and a first limiting cap (2423) connected with the other end of the spring (2422), wherein the spring (2422) is clamped in the head positioning groove (241).

The neurosurgical fixing device according to claim 3, wherein the head positioning groove (241) comprises a cylindrical through groove (2411) and a cylindrical limiting block (2412) which is connected with one end of the through groove (2411) and has a hollow structure, wherein the diameter of the hollow structure of the cylindrical limiting block (2412) is smaller than that of the through groove (2411) and larger than that of the head positioning needle (2421).

A neurosurgical fixation device according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the trunk fixation assembly (3) comprises a support (31), a trunk positioning motor (32) arranged on top of the support (31), a longitudinal slide (33) in transmission connection with the trunk positioning motor (32), and a connecting member (34) connected with the longitudinal slide (33), wherein the connecting member (34) is further connected with a trunk positioning member (35).

A neurosurgical fixation device according to claim 5, wherein the support (31) comprises a support base (311), an extension plate (312) connected to the support base (311), and a support post (313) arranged perpendicular to the support base (311); the supporting column (313) is provided with a longitudinal sliding groove (3131) for the longitudinal sliding block (33) to longitudinally pass through.
7. A neurosurgical fixation device according to claim 1 wherein the inclined surface of the tapered hole (35311) is angled at 45 ° to the horizontal.
8. A method of using a fixation device in neurosurgery, using a fixation device according to any of claims 1-7, comprising the steps of:
s1, an operator slides the lock plate (353) into the draw plate slot (352); s2, an operator sequentially penetrates the trunk positioning needle (36) through the through hole (3511), and the fixing hole (3531) of the lock plate (353) is inserted into the trunk positioning body (351); s3, the trunk positioning motor (32) works to drive the longitudinal slide block (33), the whole structure formed by the connecting piece (34) and the trunk positioning piece (35) to descend, and the trunk positioning needle (36) is abutted to the trunk of the patient; s4, the trunk positioning motor (32) continues to work until the trunk positioning needle (36) is fully contacted with the trunk of the patient; s5, an operator pulls back the lock plate (353), and the limit piece (35312) of the lock plate (353) is clamped into the slot (362) of the trunk positioning pin (36); s6, laying the patient on the operating table (1); s7, the operator starts the head positioning motor (22) to drive the transverse slide block (23) to slide in the slide groove (211), so that the head positioning needle (2421) arranged on the head fixing piece (24) is abutted to the head of the patient; s8, the operator starts the trunk positioning motor (32) to drive the whole structure composed of the longitudinal slide block (33), the connecting piece (34) and the trunk positioning piece (35) to move longitudinally on the supporting column (313), so that the buffer piece (364) of the trunk positioning needle (36) is abutted to the trunk of the patient.
