Abstract
本发明公开了一种艾草合成鞋垫及其制备工艺，由艾草粉末精华，聚醚，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯及二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料组成，通过混合反应而成，且一体成型的鞋垫主体，更接近于塑造人体脚底形状，缔造更好的舒适使用体验，鞋垫主体的表面铺有棉质布，表面设有透气孔，且鞋垫表面有球状突面，使用过程不断释放艾草精华，达到一定的养生及鞋子内除臭目的，并具备一定的脚底按摩功效。

技术领域
本发明属于鞋垫技术领域，特别涉及一种艾草合成鞋垫及其制备工艺。
背景技术
艾草，别名萧茅、冰台、遏草、香艾、蕲艾、艾萧、艾蒿、艾蒿、蓬藁、艾﹑灸草﹑医草﹑黄草﹑艾绒等，多年生草本或略成半灌木状，植株有浓烈香气。艾草性味苦、辛、温，入脾、肝、肾。《本草纲目》记载：艾以叶入药，性温、味苦、无毒、纯阳之性、通十二经、具回阳、理气血、逐湿寒、止血安胎等功效，亦常用于针灸。故又被称为“医草”。
现代实验研究证明，艾叶具有抗菌及抗病毒作用；平喘、镇咳及祛痰作用；止血及抗凝血作用；镇静及抗过敏作用；护肝利胆作用等。艾草可作“艾叶茶”、“艾叶汤”、“艾叶粥”等食谱，以增强人体对疾病的抵抗能力。
现有市场上各种艾草保健的产品层出不穷，然而，由于一些技术上的问题，人们并没有能够开发出一种真正成功的艾草保健鞋垫。现有的艾草保健鞋垫大多直接将艾䓍原料限位于鞋垫内，大多存在着以下问题：
一：不具备清洗循环使用功能；
二：不能塑造出更接近人体脚形的形状,缺乏更为舒适的使用体验；
三: 吸收到过量的脚汗后,艾草材料基本饱和,只能晒干或风干后才能使用，极易产生异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术和应用上的不足，提供一种艾草合成鞋垫及其制备工艺。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明的艾草合成鞋垫，包括：
艾草合成鞋垫本体以及设置在鞋垫本体上的棉布；
所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华1-30%，聚醚30-59%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯20-30%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10-20%。
优选地，所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华20%，聚醚45%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯25%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10%。
优选地，所述的艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面。
优选地，所述的棉布上均匀的设置有若干个透气孔，所述的若干个透气孔贯通于棉布的上下表面。
艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，包括以下步骤：
S10：提取艾草粉末精华；
S20：按所需重量百分比称取艾草粉末精华、聚醚、多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料，混合均匀，使其充分反应，得到混合液体；
S30：通过一体压铸成型工艺，用模具对上述液体进行一体压铸成型，得到艾草合成鞋垫本体。
优选地，所述的艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，还包括以下步骤：
S40：在所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体的表面铺上一层棉布；
S50：通过压铸工艺，在艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面。
优选地，在所述的S10中，包括以下步骤：
S101:艾草原料的准备；
S102：艾草原料的粉碎；
S103：艾草精华的提取；
S104：艾草精华的提纯。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：
1、将艾草成份直接混合，具备重复清洗循环使用功能；
2、通过一体压铸成型工艺，鞋垫更接近于脚底形状，提高使用者更为舒适的体验；
3、由于鞋垫将艾草直接混合后一体成型，吸收到过量的脚汗后直接清洗，不会影响艾草成份功效。
、此项艾草合成材料，可运用于枕头套和床套，充分利用艾草精末精华，对于颈椎、腰椎间盘突出有明显的缓解作用。

本发明目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例，参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明，本发明实施例中所有方向性指示（诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……）仅用于解释在某一特定姿态（如附图所示）下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等，如果该特定姿态发生改变时，则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外，在本发明中涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的，而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此，限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外，各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合，但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础，当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在，也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
在本发明实施例中，参照图1，该艾草合成鞋垫，包括：
艾草合成鞋垫本体1以及设置在鞋垫本体上的棉布2；艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面3，且棉布2上均匀的设置有若干个透气孔4，所述的若干个透气孔4贯通于棉布2的上下表面。使用过程不断释放艾草精华，达到一定的养生及鞋子内除臭目的，并具备一定的脚底按摩功效。
进一步地，所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体1包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华1-30%，聚醚30-59%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯20-30%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10-20%。
艾草合成鞋垫本体通过上述原料混合反应而成，具有较好的透气吸汗作用，同时也具有很好的除臭作用，能够有效的抑制细菌的滋生，保证鞋内干净卫生，同时还具有较好的疏经通络、祛除阴寒的保健效果。
本发明的另一目的是提供艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，参照图2和图3，包括以下步骤：
S10：提取艾草粉末精华
具体包括：
S101:艾草原料的准备：
选用新鲜无病害的艾草叶，并将其洗干净；
S102：艾草原料的粉碎：
对艾草原料进行烘干，然后放入破碎机将其粉碎，得到艾草粉末；
S103：艾草精华的提取：
将步骤S102中制备好的艾草粉末放入到蒸馏塔中进行高温蒸馏，蒸馏后的气体从蒸馏塔的顶部流出，然后进入到冷凝管中，且冷凝管上通上循坏的冷凝水，气体经过冷凝管液化为液体，然后进入到收集槽内部。
：艾草精华的提纯：
将步骤103中得到液体进行提纯，使用水乳油溶剂进行提纯，通过油水分离器进行分离四至五次循坏提纯后，得到艾草粉末精华。
：按所需重量百分比称取艾草粉末精华、聚醚、多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料，混合均匀，使其充分反应，得到混合液体。将艾草成份直接混合，具备重复清洗循环使用功能。
例如：
所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华20%，聚醚45%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯25%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10%。
：通过一体压铸成型工艺，用模具对上述液体进行一体压铸成型，得到艾草合成鞋垫本体。通过一体压铸成型工艺，所述鞋垫更接近于脚底形状，提高使用者更为舒适的体验，而且，由于艾草合成鞋垫本体将艾草直接混合后一体成型，吸收到过量的脚汗后，过直接清洗，不会影响艾草成份功效。
进一步地，所述的艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，还包括以下步骤：
S40：在所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体的表面铺上一层棉布；
S50：通过压铸工艺，在艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面。
使用过程不断释放艾草精华，达到一定的养生及鞋子内除臭目的，并具备一定的脚底按摩功效。
在本实施例中，此项艾草合成材料，还可运用于枕头套和床套，更充分利用艾草精末精华，对于颈椎、腰椎间盘突出有明显的缓解作用。

Claims (8)
1.一种艾草合成鞋垫，其特征在于，包括：艾草合成鞋垫本体以及设置在鞋垫本体上的棉布；所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华1-30%，聚醚30-59%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯20-30%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫，其特征在于，所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体包括以下重量百分比的各原材料：艾草粉末精华20%，聚醚45%，多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯25%，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料10%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫，其特征在于，所述的艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫，其特征在于，所述的棉布上均匀的设置有若干个透气孔，所述的若干个透气孔贯通于棉布的上下表面。
5.一种艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
S10：提取艾草粉末精华；
S20：按所需重量百分比称取艾草粉末精华、聚醚、多甲基多苯基异氰酸酯，二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯材料，混合均匀，使其充分反应，得到混合液体；
S30：通过一体压铸成型工艺，用模具对上述液体进行一体压铸成型，得到艾草合成鞋垫本体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，其特征在于，还包括以下步骤：
S40：在所述的艾草合成鞋垫本体的表面铺上一层棉布。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，其特征在于，还包括以下步骤：
S50：通过压铸工艺，在艾草合成鞋垫的表面形成均匀的多个球状凸面。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种艾草合成鞋垫的制备工艺，其特征在于，在所述的S10中，包括以下步骤：
S101:艾草原料的准备；
S102：艾草原料的粉碎；
S103：艾草精华的提取；
S104：艾草精华的提纯。
