Description

Method and device for generating bar code for drug administration
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a drug management system, and more particularly, to a method and apparatus for generating a barcode for drug management, the method and apparatus including: by generating a new management barcode by processing only necessary information from the barcode printed on the package or container of the medicine, it is possible to more easily manage the entry/exit details, the stock details, and the like of the medicine.
Background
Currently, resource waste due to the generation of drug stocks is a main cause of national resource waste. Therefore, inventory management of medicines is performed at hospitals or drug stores by monitoring the amount of inventory of medicines prescribed or sold or monitoring whether the safe amount of inventory is exceeded.
Inventory management of drugs has evolved from manual handling solutions based on a variety of solutions.
In korean granted patent No. 1252959 (03/04/2013), inventory information of medicines is judged based on sales amount information of medicines from pharmacy terminals. That is, the sales amount of the medicine is collected from the pharmacy terminal, and when the sales amount is larger than the safe stock amount, the order in consideration of the packaging unit of the medicine is transmitted to the pharmacy terminal, thereby enabling the stock management of the medicine.
In korean patent No. 1204647 (11/19/2012), the drug inventory server performs inventory management based on drug identification information identified from the drug order information, thereby eliminating the trouble of separately inputting drug information to the drug inventory server.
As another prior art, korean laid-open patent No. 10-2010-0104515 (09/29/2010) discloses an ordering system that automatically orders after determining an inventory amount by comparing a stock-in amount with a stock-out amount, and korean granted patent No. 1175263 (13/08/2012) discloses a technique of managing inventory of medicines by providing an order amount list according to an amount of medicines in a container for housing medicines.
In addition, as one of the drug management methods, korean laid-open patent No. 10-2013-.
As described above, various schemes for managing drugs have been proposed. Moreover, such inventory management schemes also include processes to identify and process bar codes or two-dimensional (QR) codes marked on the drugs.
However, as can be seen from the aspect that the bar code or the two-dimensional code is uniformly printed by the pharmaceutical manufacturer, information that is not related to the inventory management of the pharmaceutical is actually stored. Moreover, this information is very voluminous. Therefore, in the case of drug inventory management, it is necessary to scan a printed barcode or two-dimensional code, and there is a trouble that all scanned information must be confirmed unnecessarily.

Detailed Description
The objects and effects of the present invention and the technical structure for realizing them will become apparent with reference to the embodiments described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In describing the present invention, when it is judged that a detailed description about a known function or structure may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, a detailed description thereof will be omitted.
Also, the following terms are terms defined in consideration of functions of the present invention, and thus, may be different according to intentions or conventions of a user or an operator.
However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments disclosed below, and the present invention can be realized in different forms. The present embodiments are provided only for the purpose of making the disclosure of the present invention complete, and for the purpose of making the scope of the present invention fully understood by those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains, which is defined only by the appended claims. Therefore, the definition thereof should be determined based on the contents throughout the present specification.
The present invention will be described in further detail below based on embodiments shown in the drawings.
The management of Over The Counter (OTC) among the medicines should be effectively achieved. For example, it is important to perform notification management of the expiration date of an inventory drug and management of warehousing/ex-warehousing of a drug. The term of validity can be managed by monitoring and notifying the term of validity of the stock medicine or by confirming the term of validity of the stock item and updating it in real time. In the case of warehousing of medicines, it is necessary to classify the medicines being warehoused by type, to confirm the date, the amount, and the like, to Database (DB), and to manage the medicines by the customer/contract date. In addition, when a medicine is out of stock, it is necessary to identify the out-of-stock medicine and update the stock quantity.
The present embodiment will be described with reference to fig. 1, in which warehousing and stock management of non-prescription drugs are performed by using a barcode generating device for drug management having a configuration different from that of the related art.
As shown in fig. 1, the barcode generation apparatus 100 for drug administration includes an information collection unit 110 that collects information by decoding a first barcode image marked on a package, a container, or the like of a drug scanned by a barcode scanner.
The first barcode image includes a general barcode capable of storing information only in a longitudinal direction and a two-dimensional code capable of storing information in both a lateral direction and a longitudinal direction. Such a general barcode is in a longitudinal linear barcode form and mainly represents 13 to 14 bits of digital data. In addition, the two-dimensional code overcomes the data capacity limit of the general barcode, and stores data of 1000 bytes or more by coding a large amount of information such as characters, numbers, and photographs in a small quadrangle with a two-dimensional symbol at a high density.
The barcode scanner for scanning the first barcode image may be a general scanner capable of scanning a general barcode and a two-dimensional code.
The barcode generation device 100 for drug administration according to the present invention includes an information analysis unit 120 for distinguishing necessary information and additional information from collected information. The necessary information and the additional information refer to information contained in the general barcode or the two-dimensional code, and ranges of the necessary information and the additional information are distinguished differently according to a subject or a mode, a scheme, and the like of managing the medicine. That is, the first barcode image stores information such as components, usage/amount, and side effects of medicines and non-medicines, production history, product management code, production date, insurance code of pharmaceutical company, product name, specification, expiration date, supplier, and the like, and distinguishes the information into necessary information and additional information according to the purpose to be divided.
The information analysis unit 120 is configured to distinguish necessary information and additional information from each other, and in this embodiment, the information necessary for warehousing and inventory management of the medicine is the necessary information, and the remaining information is the additional information. However, the necessary information is not limited to the information stored in the first barcode image, and other information determined to be necessary for improving the management efficiency may be added. Such as a detailed serial number, as will be described below.
The barcode generation device 100 for drug administration according to the present invention includes an additional information generation unit 140 for preventing duplication of a newly generated second barcode image (also referred to as a "barcode for administration"). The additional information generating unit 140 is used to prevent the second barcode image used for drug administration from being generated repeatedly. For example, the duplication prevention information generated by the additional information generation unit 140 may be a detailed serial number. However, this is only an example, and it is sufficient if the second barcode image can be prevented from being duplicated by using another method, and therefore, it is needless to say that additional information can be generated by combining characters, symbols, and the like with each other, not only the serial number.
The present invention includes a barcode generating section 130 for generating a second barcode image based on the necessary information and the duplication preventing information. The second barcode image generated by the barcode generating unit 130 is not a normal barcode or a two-dimensional code printed on a package, a container, or the like of a medicine, but a new barcode storing necessary information and duplication prevention information. That is, the second barcode image may be regarded as newly created, and necessary information extracted from information stored in a barcode or a two-dimensional code and duplication prevention information may be stored in a horizontal × vertical size having a predetermined specification.
In this embodiment, the second barcode image stores only information required for drug administration while having a certain resolution and size. The resolution of the second barcode image should be at least 72dpi (dots per inch) or more, and have a size of 2cm in the horizontal and vertical directions, respectively. Due to such a size, the second barcode image provided by the present embodiment may be a two-dimensional code.
The information of the second barcode image as described above, which includes "DSBLC" and text information, is viewed. Typically, the "DSBLC" information means a warehouse regulation of the drug. Such warehousing requirements may also vary.
Also, the text information roughly includes header (H) information, data (D) information, and authentication (C) information. According to the embodiment, the text information is compressed and stored, and the compression process is executed by using the "lztring. Of course, in the case of text information that is later decompressed, the "lztring.
According to the present embodiment, the present invention further includes a text compression section 150 for compressing text information. When the text is compressed by the text compression section 150, an instruction of "lzstring. compression to encoded uricopont ('character string to be compressed')" is used, and when the text is decompressed, an instruction of "lzstring. compression fromcoded uricopont ('character string to be compressed')" is used. Here, the decompression may be achieved by the medication management device receiving the second barcode image.
The header information includes supplier information, detailed serial number for preventing duplication. That is, the header information is composed in the form of "< H > vendor business license number | entering vendor business license number | detail serial number </H >". The information of the supplier and the supplier of the header information includes a registration number, a business number, a name, an address, an insurance code of a pharmaceutical company, a name, a specification, a quantity, a unit price, an amount of money, and expiration date information of a manufacturing number of the supplier (the supplier). The detail serial number is composed of a detail date (8-digit number), a detail number (5-digit number), and page information (3-digit number).
The data information has commodity information (1, 2, 3, … … N). The commodity information is used in 12 lines at most. If the number of lines is larger than 12, the scanner may not read the product information. Such data information is composed in the form "< D > standard code | quantity | amount | validity period </D > … < D > </D >". Here, the valid period is numbered by 6 digits (YY/MM/DD).
The verification information is composed as 16-system information in a form of "< C > number | number table </C >". Although a method of verifying by matching the data information and the verification information with each other is applicable, other methods may of course be utilized.
Also, the present embodiment includes a printer (not shown) for printing the second barcode image. Thus, the second barcode image printed by the printer may be reattached to the medicine container or package. Such a second barcode image may be decompressed by the medication management device and provided as information for medication management according to a request of a user.
Meanwhile, the barcode generating apparatus 100 including the information collecting unit 110, the information analyzing unit 120, the barcode generating unit 130, the additional information generating unit 140, and the text compressing unit 150 may be a medicine managing apparatus shown in the drawings. That is, the medicine management apparatus can provide information by compressing information, generating a management barcode, and decompressing the scanned management barcode. Such a medicine management device is connected to a scanner for scanning the first barcode image and the second barcode image.
The memory 122 shown in the drawing stores at least one of necessary information and additional information, and stores information of the management barcode. Further, various programs and the like for operating the barcode generation apparatus 100 are stored.
A process of generating a barcode for drug administration by using the barcode generating apparatus having such a configuration will be described below.
When a pharmacy enters an over-the-counter medicine, a user scans a first barcode image marked on a medicine package or container, etc., using a scanner (S100). The scanned barcode image information is transmitted to the information collection unit 110 in real time.
The information collection portion 110 receives all the information stored in the first barcode image (step S110). In this case, all the information scanned is transmitted in an unspecified order or in an order read by a barcode scanner.
The information analysis part 110 distinguishes all the scanned information received in this way into necessary information and additional information (S120). Since the scanned information also includes information irrelevant to the warehousing, ex-warehouse, and inventory management of the drug proposed by the present invention, the information is filtered. The types of the necessary information and the additional information are matters predetermined by the user, and these information may be changed according to the type of the medicine.
The necessary information and the additional information thus distinguished are all stored in the memory 122, or only the necessary information is actually stored. The necessary information may be information of suppliers and suppliers, insurance codes of pharmaceutical companies, names of pharmaceutical products, specifications, quantities, unit prices, amounts, and the like, for example, and the embodiments are described with reference to these information.
After the information analysis unit 120 discriminates the storage of the necessary information and the attached information, the additional information generation unit 140 generates the detailed serial number as the duplication prevention information (S130). The detailed serial number is used to prevent duplication of the newly generated second barcode image. Such a detail serial number is generated in a configuration including an 8-digit detail date, a 5-digit detail number, and a 3-digit page information, and the additional information generation unit 140 sequentially generates the duplication prevention information in accordance with a request for generating the second barcode image.
As described above, when the detailed serial number is generated as the necessary information and the duplication preventing information for the medicine management, the barcode generating unit 130 performs the process of generating the second barcode image as the management barcode based on the necessary information and the detailed serial number (S150).
In this case, when generating the second barcode image, the barcode generating part 130 performs a process of compressing the text information at a prescribed compression rate in cooperation with the text compressing part 150 (S140). That is, the text compression unit 150 compresses the text by using the "lzstring. compressed to encoded dictionary" ("character string to be compressed") "command, and when the compression of the text is completed, the barcode generation unit 130 generates the second barcode image including the text information.
Here, the compression rate should be set so that all necessary information can be stored within a prescribed size of the second barcode image, and therefore, the compression rate may be changed depending on the amount of necessary information.
Since the text information is compressed in the above manner, it can be efficiently stored in the second barcode image of a small size.
According to the present invention, the second barcode image generated by the barcode generating unit 130 is stored in the medication management apparatus and managed by a series of medication management programs provided in the medication management apparatus (S160). For example, with the drug administration program, if the second barcode image is transmitted, the text information included in the second barcode image is decompressed using a decompression instruction, and then information of the supplier and the supplier, the insurance code of the pharmaceutical company, the name of the drug, the specification, the quantity, the unit price, and the amount of money, which are necessary information, are arranged and stored.
Therefore, the user can manage the entry/exit particulars of the medicine, the inventory particulars, and the like by confirming only the simpler necessary information provided by the medicine management apparatus.
Also, the second barcode image may be printed and attached to a medicine package or container (S160). In this case, the second barcode image is in a state of storing only information necessary for drug management. Further, since only information for drug management is represented when the second barcode image is scanned by the barcode scanner, the entry/exit details, the inventory details, and the like of the drug can be managed without adding the processing information.
Fig. 3 is an exemplary diagram illustrating an example of generating a barcode for drug administration according to the present invention. As can be seen, the barcode generation apparatus 100 extracts information from the normal barcode 1 or the two-dimensional code 2, and then performs a process of processing necessary information and preventing duplicate information.
Next, the text information is compressed at a predetermined compression rate to generate a management barcode 3 having a size of 2cm × 2 cm. In the case of the management barcode 3, since only necessary information is stored, the size can be made smaller than the normal barcode 1 or the two-dimensional code 2.
As described above, although the description has been given with reference to the embodiments of the present invention, these are merely examples for illustration, and it is clear that various modifications, alterations, and other equivalent embodiments are possible to those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, the true technical scope of the present invention should be determined based on the technical idea of the appended claims.
