Step three, the wet garbage after primary treatment enters a wet garbage drying area (5), a movable plate control device (5 b) controls a metal movable plate (5 a) to be closed, heat generated by burning dry garbage of an incineration device (6) is transferred to the metal movable plate (5 a), the metal movable plate (5 a) heats the wet garbage to accelerate evaporation of water, evaporated water vapor is diffused out through a ventilation opening (1 e) of an external shell (1), a deodorization device (5 c) removes odor of the steam at the ventilation opening (1 e), the movable plate control device (5 b) controls the metal movable plate (5 a) to be opened after a period of time, and the treated wet garbage is placed into the incineration device (6) to be incinerated.
Fourthly, a large amount of ash waste residues are generated inside the incineration device (6) after incineration, at the moment, a worker can open a second discharge port (6 a 1) of the incineration device (6) by pulling a pull door (6 d) on the incineration device (6), the ash waste residues are moved to the second discharge port (6 a 1) by a sliding shovel (6 c), and the worker can place a collection barrel to collect the ash waste residues, so that the cleaning is convenient.
