Abstract
本发明公开了一种调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,在底座上设置有固定支架,固定支架的顶端安装有固定导向轮,固定支架的中部设置有铰轴,活动支架一端通过铰轴铰接在固定支架上,活动支架另一端铰接有活动导向轮,活动导向轮上设置有冲着底座方向的调节杆,调节杆的下部带有外螺纹,调节螺母拧在调节杆上,调节螺母的下方套有弹簧,在底座上设置有圆筒,调节杆的下端和弹簧的下端插在圆筒中,固定导向轮和活动导向轮在初始状态下,上端处于水平位置,使穿在固定导向轮和活动导向轮之间的钢丝绳处于水平,活动支架的长度大于固定导向轮轴和活动导向轮轴之间的水平距离。钢丝绳张紧力调节方便、能够检测钢丝绳的拉力,并且能够调节入绳(出绳)角度。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢丝绳驱动设备,尤其涉及一种调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置。
背景技术
钢丝绳在现代工程和设备中被广泛使用于提升重物或者驱动设备运行。在钢丝绳使用过程中,导向和张紧对于钢丝绳实现功能起着至关重要的作用,方便的导向装置和可调节张紧力的张紧装置能够保证钢丝绳系统更好的发挥作用。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,在钢丝绳驱动系统中,为钢丝绳提供一种可靠的导向和张紧二合一的装置,能够自适应系统运行过程中钢丝绳因拉力和时间引起的长度变化,保证钢丝绳驱动系统的有效运行。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,在底座上设置有固定支架,固定支架的顶端安装有固定导向轮,固定支架的中部设置有铰轴,活动支架一端通过铰轴铰接在固定支架上,活动支架另一端铰接有活动导向轮,活动导向轮上设置有冲着底座方向的调节杆,调节杆的下部带有外螺纹,调节螺母拧在调节杆上,调节螺母的下方套有弹簧,在底座上设置有圆筒,调节杆的下端和弹簧的下端插在圆筒中,固定导向轮和活动导向轮在初始状态下,上端处于水平位置,使穿在固定导向轮和活动导向轮之间的钢丝绳处于水平,活动支架的长度大于固定导向轮轴和活动导向轮轴之间的水平距离。
所述活动导向轮轴上设置荷载传感器,用于检测钢丝绳拉力,并保证钢丝绳拉力不超过允许值。
本发明的有益效果是:解决了钢丝绳驱动系统中的钢丝绳导向问题,在入绳和出绳各种夹角下均能适应。解决了钢丝绳驱动系统运行过程中钢丝绳因拉力和时间引起长度变化的问题,能够自适应钢丝绳长度的变化。解决了钢丝绳驱动系统中钢丝绳拉力超载问题。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“设置有”、“套设/接”、“连接”等,应做广义理解,例如“连接”,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1所示,本发明调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,在底座11上设置有固定支架1,固定支架1的顶端安装有固定导向轮8,固定支架1的中部设置有铰轴10,活动支架2一端通过铰轴10铰接在固定支架1上,活动支架2另一端铰接有活动导向轮7,活动导向轮7上设置有冲着底座11方向的调节杆5,调节杆5的下部带有外螺纹,调节螺母4拧在调节杆5上,调节螺母4的下方套有弹簧3,在底座11上设置有圆筒12,调节杆5的下端和弹簧3的下端插在圆筒12中,固定导向轮8和活动导向轮7在初始状态下,上端处于水平位置,使穿在固定导向轮8和活动导向轮7之间的钢丝绳9处于水平,活动支架2的长度大于固定导向轮8轴和活动导向轮7轴之间的水平距离。
所述活动导向轮7轴上设置荷载传感器6,用于检测钢丝绳拉力,并保证钢丝绳拉力不超过允许值。
具体地说,所述活动导向轮7通过活动支架2与固定支架1连接,通过调节杆5、弹簧3与底座11接触,活动导向轮7的位置可在弹簧作用下根据钢丝绳松紧状态动态调整;活动支架2与固定支架1之间采用铰接,可带动活动导向轮7绕铰轴旋转;活动支架2与钢丝绳合力方向存在夹角a,通过设置合适的夹角a,可以改变压缩弹簧的受力大小,实现小弹簧达到大张紧力的目的。在活动导向轮7轴上设置荷载传感器6,用于检测钢丝绳拉力,并保证钢丝绳拉力不超过允许值。设置固定导向轮8,能够调节入绳(出绳)角度;且入绳(出绳)角度的变化不会对活动导向轮7中的荷载检测产生影响。
本发明的钢丝绳导向及弹性张紧装置,钢丝绳张紧力调节方便、能够检测钢丝绳的拉力,并且能够调节入绳(出绳)角度,是用于钢丝绳导向和张紧的一种有效方法和措施。

1.一种调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,其特征在于,在底座(11)上设置有固定支架(1),固定支架(1)的顶端安装有固定导向轮(8),固定支架(1)的中部设置有铰轴(10),活动支架(2)一端通过铰轴(10)铰接在固定支架(1)上,活动支架(2)另一端铰接有活动导向轮(7),活动导向轮(7)上设置有冲着底座(11)方向的调节杆(5),调节杆(5)的下部带有外螺纹,调节螺母(4)拧在调节杆(5)上,调节螺母(4)的下方套有弹簧(3),在底座(11)上设置有圆筒(12),调节杆(5)的下端和弹簧(3)的下端插在圆筒(12)中,固定导向轮(8)和活动导向轮(7)在初始状态下,上端处于水平位置,使穿在固定导向轮(8)和活动导向轮(7)之间的钢丝绳(9)处于水平,活动支架(2)的长度大于固定导向轮(8)轴和活动导向轮(7)轴之间的水平距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述调节钢丝绳导向和弹性张紧的装置,其特征在于,所述活动导向轮(7)轴上设置荷载传感器(6),用于检测钢丝绳拉力,并保证钢丝绳拉力不超过允许值。
