Background
The crawler excavator can be applied to various working conditions such as earthwork, mines, wetlands with certain hardness and the like due to the use of the crawler, but cannot be used under the working conditions of relatively soft (such as mud lands, marshlands and the like), because the crawler can be sunk too deeply after the machine enters the working conditions, and the situation that the crawler cannot normally walk due to skidding can occur after the crawler runs.
In many current applications, for the working condition that the ground is relatively soft (such as mud, marsh), a method of widening the track shoe is generally adopted, so that the contact area between the machine and the ground is increased, and the contact pressure between the machine and the ground is reduced.
In the prior art, a method for increasing the ground contact area by increasing the width of the track shoe has a certain limitation, and the method can only be increased in a small range, if too much increase occurs, on one hand, the situation that the excavator cannot turn due to too large resistance when turning occurs. On the other hand, since the height of the middle part of the frame is generally higher than the upper surface of the crawler belt, if the width of the crawler belt plate is excessively increased, interference with the frame may occur.

The soft ground anti-sinking device of the excavator is arranged between the tracks on two sides; the hydraulic support comprises a support plate 1, an oil cylinder 2, bolts 3, an upper lug plate 4, a pin shaft 5 and a frame 6. The upper surface of the supporting plate 1 is provided with a plurality of upper ear plates 4, and round holes are formed in the upper ear plates 4. The two ends of the supporting plate 1 are provided with bulges 7, the bulges 7 are arc-shaped, and the lower surface of the supporting plate 1 is provided with a plurality of grooves 8. When the hydraulic cylinder is installed, the bolt holes on the hydraulic cylinder 2 are corresponding to the installation holes of the frame 6, and then the bolts 3 are screwed in, so that the hydraulic cylinder 2 is fixed on the frame 6. The holes of the upper lug plate 4 arranged on the supporting plate 1 correspond to the holes on the oil cylinder 2, and then the pin shaft 5 is pressed in.
In another embodiment, two sets of lift cylinders are provided, one in front of and one behind the machine. When the machine works on soft ground working conditions such as mud lands, marshes and the like, the machine can be prevented from sinking, and normal walking is guaranteed.
