本发明涉及一种非开挖井室管道箱涵专用环保纳米丙烯酸盐止水堵漏灌浆材料。所述材料包括胶凝材料、膨胀骨料、促凝剂、促硬剂、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液等。本申请所述材料粘度极低、渗透性、固化时间可调,可用在新的绿色环保型地下污水管线。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防水堵漏领域,特别涉及止水堵漏灌浆材料、制备方法及利用该材料进行管道修复的施工工艺。
背景技术
造成地下工程渗漏水的原因错综复杂,既有地质条件复杂,施工时条件所限、质量保证制度和强制标准要求较低、设计理念落后等的原因,又有施工质量不达标、防水材料质量及适用性和耐久性满足不了使用要求等的原因。现阶段,大量的地下工程己经进入服役期,其中一部分已经进入渗漏水等病害高发期。我国国土广袤,城市分布广泛,从西北的干旱地区到气候湿润的东南地区,大部分城市都存在明显的雨季和较高的地下水位,地下工程不可避免地要处于或经过含水量较高的地层,渗漏水问题是大部分城市地下工程需要面对和亟待解决的问题。
可用于止水堵漏的方法有以下几种:
渗漏水治理过程中,注浆堵漏一直以来都是一种相对有效的措施。注浆堵漏是一种通过压力注浆方式将具有自凝固能力的材料配置成浆液注入到渗漏水通道内,凝胶或固化后的固化物将渗水通道阻断的渗漏水治理办法,注浆能使结构内的裂缝、缝隙得到充填而恢复整体性。浆液按化学成分可以分为无机材料和有机高分子材料两种,无机材料包括水泥、水泥-砂浆、水泥-水玻璃、粘土等,有机高分子类主要由聚氨酯类、环氧树脂类、丙烯酰胺类、甲基丙烯酸甲酯类、脲醛树脂类等,还有近些年兴起的丙烯酸盐类浆液。
注浆堵漏技术原理简单,可操作性,适用性强。然而,在采用注浆法进行地下工程渗漏水治理时,也出现了很多“久治不愈、反复发作”的问题,究其原因,一方面是渗漏水原因复杂、施工质量不高,还有一个重要方面就是注浆用材料的选择不当。如丙烯酰胺注浆材料堵漏性能优良,但浆液中的丙烯酰胺单体属于中等毒性物质,施工中容易引起水污染,所以一些国家已经放弃使用该材料。但丙烯酰胺注浆材料有着优异的性能,所以寻找丙烯酰胺替代品的研究在一直进行。
因此,仍然需要开发一种新的管道防腐砂浆由铝酸盐水泥等凝胶材料。
本申请提供一种无机或有机材料混合而成的止水堵漏灌浆材料。
其可用于:
1)用于永久性承受水压的建筑结构如大坝、水库等的防渗帷幕灌浆;
2)用于控制水渗透和凝固疏松的土壤防水;
3)用于隧道的防渗堵漏或隧道衬套的密封;
4)用于地下建筑物和地下室、厨房、厕浴间等防渗堵漏;
5)用于封闭混凝土和岩石结构的裂缝防渗堵漏;
6)隧道开挖过程中,对土体中水的控制。
本发明所述止水堵漏灌浆材料具有如下优点:
1)环保纳米丙烯酸盐止水堵漏灌浆材料止水堵漏灌浆材料粘度极低,渗透性好,能够确保浆液渗透到宽度为0.1mm的缝隙中;
2)固化时间可调,快速固化的只需20s-2min,慢速固化的可以大于10min;
3)凝胶体具有较高的弹性,延伸率可达200%,有效的解决了结构的伸缩问题;
4)无须与水持续接触,添加的膨胀组分遇水膨胀率大于100%,解决了凝胶体干——湿循环的问题;
5)与混凝土面具有极佳的粘接性能,粘接强度大于自身凝胶体的强度,即使凝胶体本身遭到破坏,粘接面仍保持完好;
6)对绝大部分酸、碱具有良好的耐化学性,不受生物分割的影响;环保无毒,不会对人体造成伤害。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种非开挖井室管道箱涵专用环保纳米丙烯酸盐止水堵漏灌浆材料及其使用方法。
本发明还有一目的是提供了所述止水堵漏灌浆材料的用途。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下述技术方案:
一种止水堵漏灌浆材料,其包含下述重量份的组成:胶凝材料20-35重量份、膨胀骨料45-65重量份、促凝剂0.1-0.5重量份、促硬剂0.1-0.5重量份、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液8-10重量份、引发剂0.5-2重量份、增稠剂20-30重量份、交联剂3-5重量份、三乙醇胺1-1.5重量份以及50-65重量份的水。
优选地,包含下述重量份的组成:胶凝材料30-35重量份、膨胀骨料50-60重量份、促凝剂0.1-0.5重量份、促硬剂0.1-0.5重量份、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液8-10重量份、引发剂1-2重量份、增稠剂25-30重量份、交联剂3-5重量份、三乙醇胺1-1.5重量份。
所述胶凝材料选自硅酸盐水泥、快硬硫酸盐水泥中的一种或几种;当选多种时,其重量比可依此为3~5:1。
所述膨胀骨料选自膨胀珍珠岩或膨润土;所述促凝剂选自水玻璃或硫酸铝;所述促硬剂为氟硅酸钠。
所述引发剂为过硫酸铵;所述增稠剂为丙烯酰胺;所述交联剂为N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺。
更优选地,所述止水堵漏灌浆材料包含下述重量份的组成:硅酸盐水泥30重量份、膨胀珍珠岩50重量份、水玻璃0.5重量份、氟硅酸钠0.5重量份、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液10重量份、过硫酸铵1重量份、丙烯酰胺25重量份、N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺3重量份、三乙醇胺1重量份以及60重量份的水。
更优选地,所述止水堵漏灌浆材料包含下述重量份的组成:快硬硫铝酸盐水泥35重量份、膨润土60重量份、硫酸铝0.5重量份、氟硅酸钠0.5重量份、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液10重量份、过硫酸铵2重量份、丙烯酰胺30重量份、N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺5重量份、三乙醇胺1.5重量份以及65重量份的水。
所述的止水堵漏灌浆材料的使用方法,包含下述步骤:
1)按比例称取所需原料备用;
2)将胶凝材料、膨胀骨料、促凝剂、促硬剂、增稠剂、交联剂混合,机械球磨至纳米尺寸,加入水;
3)向上述组分中加入引发剂和三乙醇胺,并加入苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液和水搅拌均匀;
4)在渗漏部位钻孔或者开槽,使用手压泵高压泵进行灌注。
所述的止水堵漏灌浆材料可用于工程领域方面。
所述止水堵漏灌浆材料应用于地上建筑和地下建筑。
实施例
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。应该理解的是,本发明实施例所述方法仅仅是用于说明本发明,而不是对本发明的限制,在本发明的构思前提下对本发明制备方法的简单改进都属于本发明要求保护的范围。实施例中用到的所有原料和溶剂均为市售产品。
复合材料的制备:
1)按比例称取所需原料备用;
2)将胶凝材料、膨胀骨料、促凝剂、促硬剂、增稠剂、交联剂混合,机械球磨至纳米尺寸,加入水;
3)向上述组分中加入引发剂和三乙醇胺,并加入苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液和水搅拌均匀;
按照上述通用方法,选用不同原料分别制备下述复合材料,表1列出了实施例1-2的各组分明细(单位:kg/重量份)。

按照GB/T 17219-1998《生活饮用水输配水设备及防护材料的安全性评价标准》和JC/T 2037-2010《丙烯酸盐灌浆材料》对所述实施例2的材料进行安全性和力学性能进行检测,送检单位为“国家建筑材料工业建筑围护材料及管道产品质量监督检验测试中心”,报告编号:HJ2019WJ0295和JC2021ZD0001(在此全部引入并作参考,可在检验测试中心网站直接查询)。测试结果如表2所示:

1.一种止水堵漏灌浆材料,其特征在于包含下述重量份的组成:快硬硫铝酸盐水泥35份、膨润土60份、硫酸铝0.5份、氟硅酸钠0.5份、苯乙烯丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液10份、过硫酸铵2份、丙烯酰胺30份、N,N'-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺5份、三乙醇胺1.5份、水65份。
