The working principle is as follows: when garbage is thrown, a garbage bag is thrown into the top of the sealing plates 14, the garbage bag presses the sealing plates 14 downwards, the sealing plates 14 drive the round-head rods 12 to press downwards, the second springs 11 are compressed in the process, the two sealing plates 14 are staggered, the garbage falls into the throwing pipe 8, when the garbage bag falls into the inclined rods 15, the round-head hooks 41 at the bottom ends of the inclined rods 15 hook the side walls at the bottom of the garbage bag to be wrinkled, the sharp-head hooks 40 hook the garbage bag to be broken along with continuous downward movement of the garbage bag, solid garbage and a liquid garbage can in the broken garbage bag fall into the can body 2, when workers clear the garbage in the can body 2, the motor 19 is started, the motor 19 drives the rotating shaft 30 to rotate, and due to the fact that the spiral directions of two groups of threads on the rotating shaft 30 are opposite, the two liquid squeezing plates 5 simultaneously approach the partition box 22 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 30, liquid squeezing of the garbage is achieved, and liquid coming out of the garbage can leak from the liquid leakage holes; the valve 32 below the liquid storage tank 31 is opened to a proper opening degree, the reagent in the liquid storage tank 31 falls to the bottom of the barrel body 2 and contacts and mixes with the garbage liquid, along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 30, the stirring shaft 2 of the stirring mechanism also rotates, the stirring shaft 2 drives the stirring sheet 27 to rotate, the stirring sheet 27 mixes the reagent and the garbage liquid, and then the peculiar smell is reduced, because the stirring sheet 27 is spirally distributed, along with the rotation of the stirring sheet 27, the stirring sheet 27 periodically strikes the poking sheet 35 at the bottom of the outlet pipe 38, and in combination with the return action of the first spring 34, the outlet pipe 38 is driven to swing, so that the fallen reagent is converted into the garbage liquid in different directions, and the reagent and the garbage liquid are rapidly and uniformly mixed.

A double-layer dry-wet separation intelligent garbage can comprises a non-top can body (1) and is characterized in that the inner walls of two sides of the can body (1) are fixedly connected with a same non-top partition box (22), the inner walls of four sides of the can body (1) close to the bottom end are fixedly connected with a same partition plate (26), the bottom end of the partition box (22) is fixedly connected with the top of the partition plate (26), the outer wall of the top of the partition plate (26) is provided with a plurality of rows of liquid leakage holes, the top of the can body (1) is sleeved with a U-shaped cover plate (7), the outer wall of the top of the cover plate (7) is provided with two feeding holes, the feeding holes are respectively provided with a feeding mechanism, the bottom of the can body (1) is provided with a stirring mechanism, and the top end of the partition box (22) is provided with a driving mechanism, the outer wall of one side of the barrel body (1) is provided with two cleaning holes which are respectively positioned at two sides of the partition box (22), the bottom ends of the two cleaning holes are respectively positioned at the position close to the partition plate, the inner wall of one side of each cleaning hole is hinged with a sealing door through a hinge, the movable end of each sealing door is hermetically connected with the barrel body (1) through a door bolt and a rubber gasket, the side wall of the barrel body (1) close to the bottom is provided with a liquid discharge hole which is fixedly connected with a liquid discharge pipe, the outer walls of two sides of the partition box (22) are respectively provided with a shaft hole, the two shaft holes are respectively and rotatably connected with a same rotating shaft (30) through a bearing, the outer wall of the rotating shaft (30) is provided with two groups of threads which are respectively positioned at two sides of the partition box (22), the spiral directions of two groups of threads are opposite, round holes are formed in the outer walls of the two sides of the barrel body (1), the two ends of the rotating shaft (30) are connected into the two round holes through bearing rotation respectively, transverse rods (6) are welded on the outer walls, close to four corners, of the outer walls of the two sides of the partition box (22), liquid squeezing plates (5) are sleeved on the outer walls, close to the four corners, of the two liquid squeezing plates (5), guide holes are formed in the outer walls, close to the four corners, of the two sides of the partition box (22), far away from the transverse rods (6), one ends of the transverse rods are welded with the inner side wall of the barrel body (1) after penetrating through the guide holes respectively, the bottom surface of each liquid squeezing plate (5) is an arc surface, the bottom arc surface of each liquid squeezing plate (5) is in contact with the outer wall of the top of a partition plate (26), through holes are formed in the outer walls, a plurality of the two sides, of the bottom of the barrel body (1) are welded with a plurality of arc surface turbulence blocks (28), the stirring mechanism comprises a stirring shaft (2), the two ends of the stirring shaft (2) are connected into the through keys on the same side of a driven wheel (30), two ends of the stirring shaft (23) which are connected with a driven wheel (30), and a driven wheel (23) which is connected with the driven wheel, and a driven wheel which is connected with the driven wheel (30), the driving mechanism comprises a fixed shell, the bottom of the fixed shell is welded with the top end of a partition box (22), two vertical strips and a fixed plate (18) are welded on the inner wall of the bottom of the fixed shell, rod holes are formed in positions, close to the top end, of the outer wall of one side, opposite to the two vertical strips, of the two vertical strips, the two rod holes are rotatably connected with a same circular shaft (16) through bearings, a driving wheel (17) is connected with an outer wall key of the circular shaft (16), the driving wheel (17) is meshed with a driving chain through a driving wheel (23), a hood is fixed on the outer wall of one side of the fixed plate (18) through bolts, a motor (19) is fixed on the inner wall of the hood through bolts, and the end part of an output shaft of the motor (19) is connected with an end key of the circular shaft (16);
the outer walls of two sides of the barrel body (1) are all fixed with protective covers (3) through bolts, the protective covers (3) cover the upper driven wheel (4) and the lower driven wheel, the inner walls of the two sides, close to one side, of the partition box (22) and the inner wall of the bottom of the partition box are welded with the same partition strip (39), the top of the partition strip (39) and the top of the partition box (22) are fixed with the same top plate through bolts, pipe holes are formed in the top of the top plate, a bucket-shaped liquid storage box (31) is welded in the pipe holes, a valve (32) is sleeved at the bottom end of the liquid storage box (31), a liquid discharge hole is formed in the outer wall of the bottom of the partition box (22), the liquid discharge hole is located right below the pipe holes, a liquid discharge pipe (36) is welded in the liquid discharge hole, the bottom end of the liquid discharge pipe (36) is located below the partition plate (26), a hose (37) is inserted into bottom threads of the liquid discharge pipe (36), a bottom thread of the hose (37) is inserted into the hose (38), an inserting thread of the bottom end of the hose (37) is inserted into the inner wall of the hose (38), shifting pieces (35) are welded on the inner walls of the two sides, an inner wall, an X frame (33) close to the inner wall of the top end of the two sides of the tube (38), and an X frame (33) are welded on one side of the outer wall of the same center of the spring frame (33), and a first spring frame (33) are welded at one side of the same center.
