Description

压榨织物
本发明涉及造纸技术。更准确地说,本发明涉及用于造纸机压榨部的造纸织物,这种织物通常被称为压榨织物。
在造纸过程中,通过在纸机成形区中的成形网上沉积纤维浆液而形成纤维幅。在该过程中,大量水从浆液中排出,在成形网的表面上留下了纤维幅。
新形成的纤维幅从成形区前进至包括有一系列压区的压榨部。纤维幅通过由压榨织物或经常是在两个这样的压榨织物之间支撑的压区。在这些压区中,纤维幅经受从其中挤出水的压力。这些水被一个或多个压榨织物接收,并且理论上是不会返回至纤维幅的。
纤维幅最终到达至少包括一系列从内部通过蒸汽加热的烘缸的干燥部。通过干燥部合成网纤维幅以弯曲的通道顺序绕过一系列烘缸中的每一个,所述合成网使纤维幅紧靠烘缸的表面。通过蒸发,加热的烘缸使纤维幅中的水份降至希望值。

压榨织物也参与纸页表面的整饰。也就是,压榨织物表面被设计成平滑和均匀回弹的,以致在通过压区的过程中,赋予纸页以平滑、无痕迹的表面。
也许是最重要的是,压榨织物在压区接收大量从纸幅中挤出的水。为了完成该作用,在织物的某处必须能让水通过,而且该织物在整个使用寿命期必须有适当的渗水性能。
目前,可使用各种类型的、被安装在纸机上并符合制造各种级别纸的纸机要求的压榨织物。通常,它们包括已被针刺入其中的一层微细的非织造纤维材料的织造底基织物。此底基织物可以是由单丝、合股单丝、复丝或分股多丝纱织造的,并且可以是单层、多层或多股的。
纱线通常由任一种合成聚合树脂挤出的,如造纸机贵重物品技术领域中普通技术人员为此目的所使用的聚酰胺和聚酯树脂。单丝纱可以单股使用,或如上所述以合股束使用。所述合股束包括三根或更多根单丝并且具有使这些单丝固定在一起的最小加捻。各单丝的直径经常在0.18mm以上。
复丝纱也可以单根使用或以三根或多根各别的复丝纱的合股束使用。单根复丝纱由许多通常低于0.04mm的小直径的独立的长丝组成。这些长丝被一起加捻至某种程度而赋予复丝纱以整体性。在合股复丝纱中,三根或多根复丝纱相互以最小程度被加捻以使各复丝纱合在一起。
由单丝或合股单丝组成的底基织物是多孔的,以提供足够多的空隙体积以暂时贮存从纸页压出的水,而且由于单丝的挺度,因此它们相对地是不可压缩的。另一方面,由于组成复丝纱的各别长丝是疏薄的,因此由复丝或合股复丝织物组成的底基织物是可压缩的,并且在造纸机上使用时往往会被压实,结果它们将失去开孔性和孔隙体积。
在所有情况下,纱线本身将一定程度的阻断水通过底基织物。当使用单丝时,由于单丝纱相当的厚实,因此将发生阻断。当使用复丝时,由于复丝纱中的各别长丝太细,结果是,它们将以彼此间几乎无通过水的间隙的形式集合在一起而发生阻断。在每种情况下,水必须是绕纱线底而不是穿透纱线而被排出或通过底基织物。因此,由于不均匀的压力分布可能使纸页产生压痕。
本发明提供一种解决现有技术压榨织物中存在的这些问题的办法。
本发明的造纸织物是一种包括分别由纵向和横向纱织造的底基织物的压榨织物,其中所述方向之一的纱为由0.04mm至0.18mm直径的长丝组合的多股纱。
应指出的是,用来制造本发明多股纱的长丝的直径应落在现有技术中作为用于复丝的长丝的和作为单丝所用的直径范围之间。

本发明是用于纸机压榨区的造纸织物。该造纸织物是用由直径为0.04mm-0.18mm的各别的长丝组成的多股纱织造的。该多股纱可以处在织物的纵向(MD)或横向(CD)或两个方向上。另外,多股纱可以单根使用或以合股形式使用。
由这种多股纱织造的压榨织物,其压缩性能处在由合股单丝和合股复丝织造的压榨织物的压缩性能之间。这是因为本发明的多股纱的挺度处在合股单丝纱和复丝纱的挺度之间。此外,由于水可以穿过这些纱以及环绕它们通过,因此本发明的多股纱线使得水能更容易地通过该织物结构。正如上面所指出的,水只可以环绕单丝纱和复丝纱流动是现有技术压榨织物的缺陷。本发明的多股纱线提供了这样一种造纸织物,它对纸页具有减少的压痕趋势和更均匀的压力分布。

在压榨织物的织造中,与使用合股单丝或合股复丝相比,使用本发明的多股纱的另外的益处包括易于安装的优异的弯曲性。另外,与用合股复丝得到的织物相比,它们具有特别是径向改善的多层织造的纱线堆置。
当与由合股复丝织造的现有技术的织物相比时,本发明的织物显示出优异的空气留着性和渗水性。最后,本发明的织物具有由复丝织造的织物的压缩性,并具有由单丝织造的织物的孔隙率。这将给本发明的造纸织物提供改善的清洁性能。
可以以任何的织纹图形和任何的织纹密度来生产本发明的压榨织物。它们可以是无端的织物、单层织物并用缝连接成无端形式,或通过螺旋法进行制造。压榨织物也可以是将其中多层的织造层连接成复合结构的层压结构。任意数目的层可以包括在这种结构中。
本发明的压榨织物可以用于所有等级的纸张如牛皮纸,印刷纸,新闻纸,薄页纸,纸板等的制造。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于造纸机或类似机器压榨部的造纸织物,所述的造纸物是由纵、横向纱线织造的,其改进之处包括:
在所述的纵向和横向之一使用多股纱线,所述的多股纱线包括许多被加捻在一起的长丝,所述长丝的直径为0.04mm至0.18mm。
2.根据权利要求1所改进的造纸织物,多股纱线包括许多被加捻在一起的合股的长丝束。
3.根据权利要求1所改进的造纸织物,多股纱线包括聚合树脂的长丝,所述的树脂选自:聚酰胺和聚氨酯以及它们的共聚物,聚酯和聚氨酯以及它们的共聚物,聚芳酰胺,聚酰亚胺,聚烯烃,聚醚酮,聚丙烯,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)。
4.根据权利要求1所改进的造纸织物,多股纱线包括聚酰胺树脂长丝。
5.根据权利要求1所改进的造纸织物,多股纱线包括聚酯树脂长丝。
6.根据权利要求1所改进的造纸织物,多股纱线包含有聚氨酯树脂长丝。
7.根据权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中,在纵横两个方向上均使用多股纱线。
8.根据权利要求1所述的造纸织物,其中所述的多股纱线为合股的多股纱。
