The logistics trolley for transporting medical supplies according to claim 1, wherein a second electric push rod (7) is fixedly connected above the sliding block (6), a rubber support base (8) is fixedly connected to the top end of the second electric push rod (7), gaps exist between the left side and the right side of the lower half portion of the sliding block (6) and the inner wall of the bottom plate (1), the damping pads (5) are symmetrically distributed on the left side and the right side of the lower half portion of the sliding block (6), the sliding block (6) is in a semi-cylinder shape, and a sliding structure is formed between the sliding block (6) and the bottom plate (1) through a movable groove (4) in the bottom plate (1).
