Description

Compound essence and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to compound essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The Chinese medicinal essential oil is a high-concentration concentrated extract of plants, and is used for extracting pure plant extract essence of Chinese medicinal herbs from the world, such as flowers, grass leaves, roots, stems, seeds and the like. The pure natural Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil has high components, quick drug effect, strong permeability, and the active components have the effect of multiple times of the aromatic essential oil, and the extracted and refined Chinese herbal medicine plant essential oil has thousands of Chinese herbal medicines, so that the breadth of China is broad, the natural condition is superior, and the variety is extremely rich; the essential oil of the traditional Chinese medicine formula based on the classical ancient prescription compatibility has strong pertinence and obvious effect; the focus is on the efficacy of the drug property, which can directly enter the meridian product, directly enter the meridian and nourish the viscera through the skin, and the effective ingredients can be absorbed by small molecules.
Many kinds of essential oil products exist in the prior art, such as artemisia leaf essential oil, ligusticum wallichii essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, ginger essential oil, mint essential oil, eucommia ulmoides essential oil and the like. Patent CN201810705477.8, patent CN201210170671.3, patent CN201510120332.8 and patent CN201910327551.1 all also describe essential oil products with different functions. These kinds of essential oils have good therapeutic effects, and have the advantages of rapid absorption and convenient use. Although the prior art has a relatively comprehensive function of essential oil, the essential oil has a single function. For example, the essential oil of chuanxiong rhizome only has good improvement effect on the conditioning of constitutions such as overstrain; the ginger essential oil can only be used for hair care, and has better effects of brightening and moistening. And if consumers want essential oils with different functions, they must buy essential oil products with different functions. This not only consumes a lot of money, but also is very cumbersome to use, requiring the simultaneous use of different kinds of products. However, the prior art does not report how to provide a compound essential oil with multiple functions or multiple curative effects.
Therefore, how to provide a compound essence with multiple efficacies and a preparation method thereof is a problem which needs to be solved urgently by the technical personnel in the field.

Example 4
The effect of the compound essence is verified by a comparative experiment. 50 male patients and 50 female experimental patients with traumatic blood stasis and inflammation caused by various reasons are selected, 25 male patients and 25 female patients are randomly selected, and the compound essence obtained in the example 3 is applied to the 25 female patients. The rest 25 male patients, 25 female patients were smeared with common essential oil with blood stasis and inflammation treatment function on the market as a control group. The period of the experiment is 14 days, the change of the disease condition of the patient is observed and recorded on the 7 th day and the 14 th day of the experiment, and the result is shown in the table 1:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0002995216160000071
As can be seen from Table 1, the cure rate of the invention in 14 days can reach 92%, the total effective rate can reach 100%, which is obviously higher than that of the control group. The compound essence has excellent effect of treating blood stasis inflammation.
Example 5
The effect of the compound essence is proved by comparative experiments. 75 male and 75 female test patients with insomnia (difficulty in falling asleep and difficulty in falling asleep after awakening) were selected. The experimental group randomly selected 25 male patients, and 25 female patients applied the compound essence obtained in example 3. 25 male patients and 25 female patients were randomly selected and smeared with the common essential oil with insomnia treatment function on the market as a control group. The remaining 25 male patients, 25 female patients were set as placebo group and applied with apricot kernel oil. Subjects were asked to sleep on days 7 and 14 of the experiment and the results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2
Figure BDA0002995216160000081
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the compound essence disclosed by the invention has excellent effect of treating insomnia, and the treatment effect of the compound essence is obviously superior to that of the essential oil products purchased on the market. On the next day of the experiment, the number of people falling asleep in half an hour was significantly greater in the test group than in the control group and the placebo group (wherein the number of people falling asleep in 1 hour included the number of people falling asleep in half an hour). And the number of people with midway wakefulness and people with more wakefulness in the morning in the test group is obviously more than that in the other two groups. The test data effect of the test group on the 14 th day of the test is also obviously superior to that of the placebo group and the control group, which shows that the compound essence has excellent effect of treating insomnia.
Example 6
Typical case 1
Jinzhi, male, 48 years old, suffered from hypertension for 5 years, had taken the hypotensive drug propranolol all the time, later, we visited the doctor, and the patient took propranolol and used the compound essence of the present invention. Applied to corresponding acupuncture points twice a day for 14 days as a treatment course. After 2 treatment courses, the blood viscosity of the patient is reduced, and the whole blood viscosity of the patient is reduced from 12.245 +/-1.874 before treatment to 9.917 +/-0.874 after treatment. After 10 treatment courses of the compound essence, the blood pressure is reduced to a normal value.
Typical case 2
Zhangiao, female, age 30, had difficulty sleeping every night and was easy to wake up. Can wake up 4 and 5 times at night, and is difficult to fall asleep after waking up, and the total sleep time at night is not more than 6 hours every day. The user still feels sleepy and sleeps when waking up every morning, and further the user cannot concentrate on working in the daytime. Various medications and treatments have been tried, but none of them is useful. Through introduction of friends, the doctor visits with the compound essence. The traditional Chinese medicine composition is applied to temple once every day before sleep, the sleep time is obviously reduced after one treatment course, and the sleep quality is obviously improved. After two treatment courses, people can sleep normally at night and are full of energy after waking in the morning, so that good sleep habits are formed.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
