s5: the revolution wheel (2) of the movable end die (30) descends, the movable table (14) of the movable end die (30) rises and moves back to be close to the second crimping pipe (105), then the pressing block (18) of the movable end die (30) presses the second connecting terminal (104), the wire material is reversely drawn back through the second conveying pair wheel (94) and the first conveying pair wheel (92) to tighten the second heart-shaped ring (106), and then the second crimping pipe (105) is pressed through the hydraulic clamp (6);
s6: the revolution wheel (2) of the fixed end mold (20) descends, the moving table (14) of the fixed end mold (20) rises and moves back to be close to the first crimping pipe (102), the positions of the first heart-shaped ring (103) and the second heart-shaped ring (106) are set according to the length, then the moving end mold (30) moves towards the direction close to or away from the fixed end mold (20), and after the positioning is finished, the first transmission wheel rotates reversely to withdraw the wire material so as to tighten the first heart-shaped ring (103);
s7: the blanking length is ensured through length positioning detection, and the thread material is cut off at a set position through a cutter (17) to form a dropper line (100);
s8: the first connecting terminal (101) is fed to a bearing table (15) of the fixed end die (20), the bearing table (15) moves to enable the first connecting terminal (101) to be sleeved on the tail end of the dropper wire (100), and then the first connecting terminal (101) is pressed tightly;
s9: finally, the first crimping pipe (102) is compressed.
