Waste water generated by the domestic water supply unit 3 is indirectly discharged into the drainage ditch of the comprehensive pump house through the aeration water tank overflow pipe 312, the filter drainage pipe 331 and the domestic water tank drainage pipe 341 respectively, is collected to the water collecting well 7 of the comprehensive pump house through the drainage ditch, and is discharged to an outdoor drainage pipe network through a submersible water pump arranged in the water inlet well 7.
