Abstract
The invention relates to a raw water treatment system. The raw water treatment system comprises a three-storey building, wherein a raw water pool, a sludge pool, a raw water lift pump and a sludge delivery pump are arranged in the lower layer of the three-storey building, and a flocculation reaction tank and a sedimentation tank are arranged in the upper layer of the three-storey building; the raw water lift pump is connected between the raw water pool and the flocculation reaction pool and is used for conveying water in the raw water pool into the flocculation reaction pool; the sludge tank is connected with the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank and is used for receiving sludge in the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank, and the sludge delivery pump is connected with the sludge tank. The raw water treatment system integrates the raw water pool, the flocculation reaction pool, the sedimentation pool, the sludge pool and the raw water elevator into a comprehensive treatment three-storey building, so that the construction land is reduced to the maximum extent, and the floor area of the building is only 40% of that of the conventional arrangement scheme. Background
The average level of the fresh water resources in China is about 1/4, and the fresh water resources belong to water resource poor areas. The provinces and cities in China belong to the world recognized serious water shortage areas. For example, the average water resource of Jiangsu people is lower than the world recognized serious water shortage standard, and falls into the water crisis according to the international standard. Other provinces are more water-deficient than Jiangsu. For example, the water resources per capita in the south of the Henan, the major province of the population account for approximately the world's average level of 1/20. The average water resource of Shandong, Hebei and other provinces in coastal economy is 1/24, while the average water resource of Beijing and Tianjin are 1/32 and 1/64, respectively. At present, in the engineering design of a water treatment plant, a raw water tank, a reaction tank, a sedimentation tank, a sludge tank, a lifting pump house and the like are indispensable functional structures, and all the water tanks are generally used in series by pipe channels in a single device mode, so that the problems of large occupied area, large material consumption and high construction cost are caused.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a raw water treatment system, which aims to solve the technical problems of large occupied area, large material consumption and high manufacturing cost of the conventional raw water treatment system.
The technical scheme of the raw water treatment system is as follows:
a raw water treatment system comprises a three-storey building, wherein a raw water pool, a sludge pool, a raw water lift pump and a sludge delivery pump are arranged in the lower storey of the three-storey building, and a flocculation reaction tank and a sedimentation tank are arranged in the upper storey of the three-storey building; the raw water lift pump is connected between the raw water pool and the flocculation reaction pool and is used for conveying water in the raw water pool into the flocculation reaction pool; the sludge tank is connected with the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank and is used for receiving sludge in the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank, and the sludge delivery pump is connected with the sludge tank and is used for delivering the sludge in the sludge tank.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the middle layer of the three-storey building is a patrol platform for patrolling and overhauling the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank.

The raw water treatment system of the invention omits the connecting pipeline between the treatment units which are conventionally arranged, has short pipeline design length, small hydraulic loss of the system, and is economical and energy-saving. The three-storey building in the raw water treatment system is arranged on the ground, no negative earth excavation engineering is adopted, the construction period is short, and the interference of external adverse factors is less.
The raw water lift pump and the sludge delivery pump in the raw water treatment system both adopt horizontal centrifugal pumps. Compared with water pumps with other structural forms, the horizontal centrifugal pump is more reliable in operation, can be disassembled and maintained on site, and is lowest in equipment manufacturing cost.
The treatment devices in the raw water treatment system are integrated in a three-storey building, and the convenient inspection platform and the stepping inclined ladder vertical traffic are combined, so that the operation and maintenance workload is greatly reduced, and the labor efficiency is effectively improved.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
The embodiment of the raw water treatment system of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, comprises three stories of buildings, each of which comprises an upper story, a middle story, and a lower story.
Wherein, a flocculation reaction tank 3 and a sedimentation tank 4 are arranged in the upper layer of the three-storey building, and a raw water tank 1, a sludge tank 5, a raw water lift pump 2 and a sludge delivery pump 6 are arranged in the lower layer of the three-storey building. The water inlet of the raw water lift pump 2 is connected with the raw water pool 1 through a pipeline, and the water outlet of the raw water lift pump 2 is connected with the flocculation reaction pool 3 through a pipeline. The flocculation reaction tank 3 is connected with the sedimentation tank 4 through a water passing tracery wall, and the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank is connected with the sludge tank 5 through a sludge discharge pipeline. The raw water lift pump 2 is used for pumping the water in the raw water tank 1 into the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank. A flocculating agent is added into the flocculation reaction tank 3 and is used for treating the water in the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank. The sludge in the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank is precipitated under the action of a flocculating agent and falls into a sludge settling hopper. Sludge in the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank is discharged into the sludge tank 5 through a sludge discharge pipe, and the sludge delivery pump 6 is connected with the sludge tank 5 through a pipeline and is used for delivering sludge in the sludge tank 5.
In the embodiment, the three-storey buildings are arranged on the ground, the overall structure size of the three-storey buildings is 23.1m × 17.4m × 13.4m (length × width × height), and the floor area is only 402m2. The raw water lift pump 2 and the sludge delivery pump 6 are both arranged in a pump room at the lower part of the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank. In this example, the dimensions of the pump rooms of the flocculation reaction/sedimentation tank, the raw water tank 1, the sludge tank 5, the raw water lift pump 2, and the sludge transfer pump 6 are shown in the following table.
In this embodiment, the lower floors of the three-storey building are the raw water tank 1, the sludge tank 5, and the raw water lift pump and sludge transfer pump installation areas. The raw water lift pump and the sludge delivery pump are both horizontal centrifugal pumps and are arranged linearly, an electric monorail crane is arranged along the center line of the water pump, and the water pump can be disassembled and maintained on site.
The middle layer of the three-storey building is a routing inspection platform at the bottoms of the flocculation reaction tank 3 and the sedimentation tank 4, the routing inspection platform adopts an annular corridor design, mud valves of all the treatment units are uniformly arranged on the annular corridor of the platform, and the operation and maintenance of the valves are all carried out on the corridor, so that the three-storey building is very convenient.
Vertical traffic among each layer in the three-storey building is connected by adopting 30-degree step stairs 8, and a horizontal passageway is further arranged in the middle layer to be connected with a clean water tank top of a water purification plant and a sludge concentration tank top operation platform, so that the maximum comfort and convenience are provided for operation and maintenance personnel to patrol.
In this embodiment, sedimentation tank 4 includes water catch bowl 10, and water catch bowl 10 has the structure of choosing outward, and the outer wall of former pond 1 outwards extends to choosing the structure downside outward, is equipped with manhole 9 on the 1 outer wall of former pond that corresponds with choosing the structure outward. The raw water tank 1 and the sludge tank 5 both adopt a form that the top of the side wall is provided with a transom. An overflow pipe 7 is arranged near the manhole 9, and overflow water flows into the overflow pipe 7 and then is connected into a side open drain through a pipeline. The inlet of the overflow pipe 7 is provided with a bell mouth, and the size of the manhole 9 of the water pool meets the requirements of smooth installation and replacement of the bell mouth.
The invention provides a raw water treatment system, which has the advantages that compared with the prior art:
the raw water treatment system integrates the raw water pool 1, the flocculation reaction pool 3, the sedimentation pool 4, the sludge pool 5 and the raw water elevator 2 into a comprehensive treatment three-storey building, so that the construction land is reduced to the maximum extent, and the floor area of the building is only 40 percent of that of the conventional arrangement scheme. The raw water treatment system of the invention omits the connecting pipeline between the treatment units which are conventionally arranged, has short pipeline design length, small hydraulic loss of the system, and is economical and energy-saving. The three-storey building in the raw water treatment system is arranged on the ground, no negative earth excavation engineering is adopted, the construction period is short, and the interference of external adverse factors is less.
The raw water lift pump 2 and the sludge delivery pump 6 in the raw water treatment system of the invention both adopt horizontal centrifugal pumps. Compared with water pumps with other structural forms, the horizontal centrifugal pump is more reliable in operation, can be disassembled and maintained on site, and is lowest in equipment manufacturing cost.
The treatment devices in the raw water treatment system are integrated in a three-storey building, and the convenient inspection platform and the stepping inclined ladder vertical traffic are combined, so that the operation and maintenance workload is greatly reduced, and the labor efficiency is effectively improved.

2. The raw water treatment system according to claim 1, wherein a middle layer of the three-storey building is an inspection platform for inspecting and repairing the flocculation reaction tank and the sedimentation tank.

The raw water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sedimentation tank includes a water collection tank having an overhanging structure, an outer wall of the raw water tank extends outward to a lower side of the overhanging structure, and a manhole is provided on an outer wall of the raw water tank corresponding to the overhanging structure.
4. The raw water treatment system according to claim 3, wherein ventilation windows are formed in the top of the side walls of the raw water tank and the sludge tank, and an overflow pipe is installed at the manhole.

The raw water treatment system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the three-storey building is an above-ground building, the three-storey building is connected with each other through stepping stairs, and the middle layer of the three-storey building is provided with a passageway for connecting with a clean water basin and a top platform of a sludge concentration basin.
6. The raw water treatment system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw water lift pump house is a horizontal centrifugal pump, and the horizontal centrifugal pump is arranged linearly.
