Abstract
The invention discloses a pavement disease repairing method, which comprises the following steps: A. carrying out pavement inspection tour to determine the positions and the ranges of pavement diseases; B. milling the surface layer in the disease range by using a milling machine, and spraying water for dust reduction while milling; C. after milling the surface layer, timely cleaning the bulk materials, checking whether an interlayer exists or not, timely cleaning the existing interlayer, then checking the diseases of the lower bearing layer, if no disease exists, spreading a permeable layer and a sealing layer after cleaning; the lower bearing layer is repaired by using a filler when the lower bearing layer is damaged. The invention can improve the defects of the prior art and improve the strength and the stability of the pavement repairing area.

when the disease of the lower bearing layer is treated, firstly removing original crack pouring materials and garbage in a seam, trimming and straightening a crack, keeping the inside of the seam dry, brushing emulsified asphalt on the periphery of the inner periphery of the seam, filling the seam with cold-patch asphalt mixture, forming the crack into an isosceles triangle interface, firstly placing a plurality of support frames at intervals in a milling operation surface after milling is finished, and then injecting cold patch materials into the milling operation surface; the support frame comprises an upper frame body (1) and a lower frame body (2), the upper frame body (1) is tightly attached to the milling operation surface, and the lower frame body (2) is in clearance fit with the milling operation surface; reinforcing ribs (3) are transversely arranged in the upper frame body, a plurality of baffles (4) are arranged on the side wall of the lower frame body (2), and gaps are reserved between the adjacent baffles (4); two ends of the baffle (4) are connected with the lower frame body (2) through flexible elastic sheets (5).
