Abstract
本申请涉及船舶燃油的领域,具体公开了一种船舶燃油,其由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:渣油70‑80份、页岩油55‑65份、酚类油60‑70份、乳化剂0.02‑0.08份、稳定剂0.02‑0.06份;其中,乳化剂由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠2‑5份、木质素磺酸钠3‑7份、三乙醇胺5‑9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2‑5份、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.1‑0.3份、水20‑24份,其具有燃油在放置时间较长时,不易分层的优点。
Description
技术领域
本申请涉及船舶燃油的领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种船舶燃油及其制备方法。
背景技术
船舶燃油是用于船舶航海用燃油,船舶燃油中若积水过多,会产生分层现象,并且在使用时会引起发动机故障,同时也会造成燃油系统部件的锈蚀,因此,船舶燃油中通常需要添加除水剂,利用除水剂的乳化作用,将燃油中的水分乳化,使水均匀分布在船舶燃油中,消除积水对发动机造成的不利影响。
相关技术中,除水乳化剂包括正癸醇、正辛醇、石油醚、正丁醇、环烷酸、油酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、乙二胺、三乙醇胺等组分,将其按照一定比例进行配比,即可得到乳化剂,然后将其添加到燃油中,可以得到质地均一的燃油。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为,乳化剂加入到燃油中后,时间较长时,仍会出现分层现象。
发明内容
为了使燃油放置的时间较长不易分层,本申请提供一种船舶燃油及其制备方法。
本申请提供的一种船舶燃油,采用如下的技术方案:
一种船舶燃油,其由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:渣油70-80份、页岩油55-65份、酚类油60-70份、乳化剂0.02-0.08份、稳定剂0.02-0.06份;
其中,乳化剂由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠2-5份、木质素磺酸钠3-7份、三乙醇胺5-9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.1-0.3份、水20-24份。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过原料选取和用量配制,利用各原料之间的协同作用,得到性能较好的乳化剂,通过添加本申请制备的乳化剂,可以使船舶燃油中的积水大大减少,使船舶燃油中的水分均匀分布在船舶燃油中,使船舶燃油在使用时,不易引起发动机故障,性能良好。
优选的,所述船舶燃油由以下重量份的原料配制而成:渣油73-77份、页岩油58-63份、酚类油63-67份、乳化剂0.04-0.06份、稳定剂0.03-0.05份。
通过采用上述技术方案,船舶燃油的原料在此范围时,得到的船舶燃油的性能较优,其在凝点、粘度、液滴粒径和PDI值均表现良好。
优选的,所述乳化剂由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠3-4份、木质素磺酸钠4-6份、三乙醇胺6-8份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-4份、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.2-0.3份、水21-23份。
通过采用上述技术方案,乳化剂的原料配比在此范围时,同样添加量的乳化剂,得到的船舶燃油的液滴粒径和PDI值均较低。
优选的,所述乳化剂还包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份。
通过采用上述技术方案,乳化剂中添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠后,其乳化效果有增强作用,得到的船舶燃油的粘度较小。
优选的,所述乳化剂还包括甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠0.2-0.5份。
通过采用上述技术方案,乳化剂中添加甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠后,其乳化效果有增强作用,得到的船舶燃油的性能较优,同时,使其船舶燃油的凝点降低。
优选的,所述甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠加入的重量份为0.3-0.4份。
通过采用上述技术方案,甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠在此范围时,得到的船舶燃油的凝点有明显降低,并且不会对液滴粒径和PDI值造成不利影响。
优选的,所述稳定剂由包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:柠檬酸钠2-6份、二茂铁4-5份、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺3-6份、硝酸异丁酯2-4份,水8-13份、甲醇10-15份。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过对稳定剂的各原料及其配比进行选择,可以得到各项性能均较优的船舶燃油。
第二方面,本申请提供了一种船舶燃油的制备方法,采取如下方案:
一种船舶燃油的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
在50-60℃下,将渣油、页岩油和酚类油搅拌均匀后,再加入乳化剂和稳定剂,搅拌均匀,即可得到船舶燃油。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过控制制备船舶燃油时的温度,可以使各原料较快的搅拌均匀,并且在温度较高时,其各原料的粘度较小,可以使搅拌更容易。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
1、通过原料选取和用量配制,利用各原料之间的协同作用,得到性能较好的乳化剂,通过添加本申请制备的乳化剂,可以使船舶燃油中的积水大大减少,使船舶燃油中的水分均匀分布在船舶燃油中,使船舶燃油在使用时,不易引起发动机故障,性能良好。
2、本申请制备的船舶燃油的液滴粒径最小可达到18.5nm,其PDI值最小可达到0.026。

以下结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
原料
渣油:生产厂家为中海石油中捷石化有限公司;
页岩油:生产厂家为抚顺矿业集团有限责任公司页岩炼油胜利实验厂;
酚类油:生产厂家为唐山迪牧化工有限公司;
聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂:生产厂家为保定市保利瑞合环保科技有限公司;
木质素磺酸钠:生产厂家为济南蒙润化工有限公司。
制备例
制备例1-4
制备例1-4的乳化剂,其各原料及各原料用量如表1所示,其制备步骤如下:
在水中加入丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠、木质素磺酸钠、三乙醇胺、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、木质素磺酸钙和聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂,搅拌均匀即可。

实施例1-4的船舶燃油,其各原料用量入表3所示,其制备步骤如下:
在50℃下,将渣油、页岩油和酚类油搅拌均匀后,再加入乳化剂和稳定剂,搅拌均匀,即可得到船舶燃油。
其中,乳化剂均来自制备例1,稳定剂均来自制备例5。

实施例9-11的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂的添加量依次为0.02kg、0.04kg和0.08kg,并且其乳化剂均来自与制备例1,其稳定剂均来自制备例5,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
实施例12-13
实施例12-13的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其稳定剂依次来自于制备例6-7,其余步骤均与实施例3相同。
实施例14-16
实施例14-16的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其稳定剂来自制备例6,其添加量依次为0.06kg、0.05kg、0.02kg,其余步骤均与实施例3相同。
实施例17
实施例17的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂制备步骤中,还添加有1kg的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
实施例18
实施例18的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂制备步骤中,还添加有3kg的十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
实施例19-22
实施例19-22的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂制备步骤中,依次添加有0.02kg、0.03kg、0.04kg和0.05kg的甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
实施例23
实施例23的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其制备步骤中的温度为60℃,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
对比例
对比例1
对比例1的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂中木质素磺酸钠的添加量为0,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
对比例2
对比例2的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚的添加量为0,其余步骤与实施例3均相同。
对比例3
对比例3的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂的添加量为0.01kg,其与步骤与实施例3相同。
对比例4
对比例4的船舶燃油与实施例3的不同之处在于,其乳化剂的添加量为0.09kg,其与步骤与实施例3相同。
对比例5
按照公开号为CN110358607A专利申请中实施例1的方法制备的乳化剂,并替换本申请中实施例3中的乳化剂,得到船舶燃油。
性能检测试验
检测方法/试验方法
按照实施例1-25和对比例1-5中的方法分别制备船舶燃油,然后按照以下方法对船舶燃油的性能进行检测,其检测结果如表5所示。
凝点:按照《石油产品凝点测定法》GB/T 510-2018对实施例1-25以及对比例1-5得到的船舶燃油凝点进行测定。
粘度:采用NDJ-8S-数显旋转粘度计测量燃油的粘度,测定方法为:将待测试样恒温水浴预热到50℃,倒入直径不小于60mm的循环水外筒中,打开超级恒温循环水浴槽,设定温度50℃,恒温20min,选好转子旋入仪器万向接头上,旋转升降钮使转子稳稳的浸入待测样品中,直至样品液面与转子液面标志齐平或没过,调整好仪器水平,选择转速量程,打开转子开关,待仪器显示显示值稳定后,记下动力粘度值,测定三次,取平均值。粘度计算公式:
η=(K·M)/w
式中:η-流体的粘度,单位为Pas;M-流体作用于转子的粘性扭矩,单位为N·m;w-转子的旋转速度,单位为rad/s;K-流场常数,单位为m-3。
液滴粒径和PDI检测:将个船舶燃油放置于30℃的水浴中,三个月时的船舶燃油的液滴粒径和PDI测定结果如表5所示,其中,PDI值越小,说明其船舶燃油的粒径分布越窄,其稳定性越好。

结合实施例1-25和对比例1-5并结合表5可以看出,本申请的船舶燃油在凝点和粘度均表现良好的条件下,其液滴粒径较小,同时PDI较小,均在0.12以下,说明本申请的船舶燃油的稳定性较好,不易产生油水分层现象。
从表5中实施例3和实施例5-7的检测数据可以看出,乳化剂和稳定剂的添加相同时,实施例2-3的性能较优,说明实施例2-3的船舶燃油主原料的各项比例为优选配比。
从表5中实施例3和实施例8-10的检测数据可以看出,制备例1得到的乳化剂的乳化效果较优,说明制备例2-3的乳化剂的各原料为较优配比。
从表5中实施例3和实施例11-13的检测数据可以看出,随着添加的乳化剂逐渐增多,其液滴粒径逐渐变小,其PDI值呈先降低后升高的趋势。
从表5中实施例3和实施例14-18的检测数据可以看出,制备例5-7制备的稳定剂对船舶燃油的乳化性无明显影响。但添加的其他原料相同时,添加的稳定逐渐增多,其船舶燃油的PDI值逐渐增大。
从表5中实施例3和实施例19-20的检测数据可以看出,乳化剂中添加十二烷基苯磺酸钠后,对船舶燃油的液滴粒径和PDI值无明显提高,但可降低船舶燃油的粘度。
从表5中实施例3和实施例19-20的检测数据可以看出,乳化剂中添加甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠后,对乳化剂的乳化性能无影响,但有助于降低船舶燃油的凝点,添加的甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠逐渐增加,其船舶燃油的凝点逐渐降低,但添加量到0.04kg以上时,其凝点逐渐持平。
从实施例3和实施例25的数据可以看出,制备船舶燃油的温度升高到60℃时,对船舶燃油的性能无影响。
从实施例3和对比例1-2的数据可以看出,木质素磺酸钠和壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚具有协同作用。
从实施例3和对比例3-4的检测数据可以看出,添加的乳化剂过多或过少时,其乳化作用均较差。

Claims (8)
1.一种船舶燃油,其特征在于,其由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:渣油70-80份、页岩油55-65份、酚类油60-70份、乳化剂0.02-0.08份、稳定剂0.02-0.06份;
其中,乳化剂由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠2-5份、木质素磺酸钠3-7份、三乙醇胺5-9份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.1-0.3份、水20-24份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述船舶燃油由以下重量份的原料配制而成:渣油73-77份、页岩油58-63份、酚类油63-67份、乳化剂0.04-0.06份、稳定剂0.03-0.05份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂由包括以下重量份的原料配制而成:丁二酸二异丁酯磺酸钠3-4份、木质素磺酸钠4-6份、三乙醇胺6-8份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-4份、聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂0.2-0.3份、水21-23份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂还包括十二烷基苯磺酸钠1-3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述乳化剂还包括甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠0.2-0.5份。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述甲基丙烯酰胺异丙基磺酸钠加入的重量份为0.3-0.4份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种船舶燃油,其特征在于:所述稳定剂由包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:柠檬酸钠2-6份、二茂铁4-5份、聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺3-6份、硝酸异丁酯2-4份,水8-13份、甲醇10-15份。
8.一种权利要求1-7任一所述的一种船舶燃油的制备方法,其特征在于:其包括如下步骤:
在50-60℃下,将渣油、页岩油和酚类油搅拌均匀后,再加入乳化剂和稳定剂,搅拌均匀,即可得到船舶燃油。
