The invention relates to the technical field of writing ink, in particular to washable biomaterial ink.
Background
Along with the development of society and economy, higher requirements are provided for the requirements of life and working environment, the traditional painting and calligraphy ink is difficult to consider both the environmental protection and the erasability, and particularly on a board which needs to be repeatedly written, the ink is required to have the characteristics of health and environmental protection, and simultaneously, the ink is easy to wipe and does not pollute the board.
The problem of wiping performance of products on the market at present is solved by adding the aid, but the addition of the aid causes serious pollution to the board surface, seriously influences the repeatability of writing, and easily brings unsafe factors to health.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide washable biomaterial ink, which aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the wiping performance is solved by adding an auxiliary agent, but the addition of the auxiliary agent causes serious pollution to a board surface, seriously influences the repeatability of writing, and easily brings unsafe factors to health.
In order to achieve the above object, the embodiments of the present invention provide the following technical solutions:
according to a first aspect of embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a washable biomaterial ink, comprising the following components in parts by weight: 1-30 parts of animal and vegetable oil, 1-30 parts of high molecular resin, 40-90 parts of solvent, 1-10 parts of catalyst, 0.1-10 parts of PH regulator, 1-10 parts of pigment, 1-10 parts of surfactant and 1-15 parts of auxiliary material.
Furthermore, the animal and vegetable oil is natural oil containing epoxy groups.
Further, the resin is selected from any one or the combination of more than two of cellulose acetate, polycaprolactone polyol, polylactic acid-glycolic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose, sodium alginate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl butyral.
Further, the solvent is any one or a combination of more than two of methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, isopropanol, water and ethyl acetate.
Further, the catalyst is an inorganic acid or an organic acid.
Further, the catalyst is any one or the combination of more than two of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, formic acid, acetic acid and propionic acid.
Further, the pH regulator is inorganic base or organic base.
Further, the pH regulator is selected from one or the combination of more than two of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, alkali metal salt of alcohol and amido lithium compound.
Further, the pigment is an inorganic pigment or an organic dye, and/or the surfactant is an exfoliating agent.
Further, the auxiliary material is any one or a combination of more than two of a thickening agent, a degerming agent and a humectant.
The embodiment of the invention has the following advantages: the embodiment of the invention provides the biomaterial ink which is washable, healthy, environment-friendly, easy to wipe and capable of being repeatedly written. The principle of the application lies in that animal and vegetable oil in nature contains a large amount of chemical active groups, more stable epoxy oil can be obtained through oxidation, the oil has no harm to human bodies, and the oil and substances containing hydroxyl can generate ring-opening reaction under the action of a catalyst. The ink is prepared from natural animal and vegetable oil and nano resin under the action of a catalyst, and solves the problems that the ink is difficult to wipe and can not be repeatedly written on a chemical structure. The problem that the wiping performance is solved by adding the aid in the prior art is solved, but the addition of the aid causes serious pollution to the board surface and seriously influences the repeatability of writing, and meanwhile, the addition of the aid easily brings unsafe factors to health.
