Abstract
The invention relates to a production process of neutral ink, which comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of pigment color paste, 1-3 parts of surfactant, 1-3 parts of rheological regulator, 1-3 parts of thickener, 2-4 parts of humectant, 0.1-2 parts of antiseptic and mildew inhibitor, 0.2-2 parts of antifreeze, 0.05-1 part of PH regulator and 80-90 parts of deionized water. The neutral ink prepared by the invention has the advantages of good stability, good mildew resistance, higher thixotropy, fluent writing hand feeling, clear lines, wide raw material source, low price, easy obtainment, simple preparation process, easy industrial production and suitability for wide popularization and use.

(2) then adding surfactant, rheology modifier, thickener and humectant into the above solution, mixing well at 40-50 deg.C, and degassing;
(3) then stirring for 5-10 minutes, and simultaneously adding a PH regulator in the stirring process;
(4) and finally, adding pigment paste, mixing uniformly, and degassing to obtain the neutral ink.
Further, the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate or sodium dodecyl sulfate.
Further, the rheological control agent is one of nano-scale dispersion emulsions which are formed by polyethylene, oxidized polyethylene or polypropylene and have the mass fraction of 25%.
Further, the thickening agent is one or more of modified hectorite clay, modified bentonite, chitosan, chitin, pectin and agar.
Further, the humectant is one or more of xylitol, triethylene glycol, sorbitol, and condensate of polyalcohol and ethylene oxide.
Further, the antiseptic and mildew preventive is one of benzotriazole, mildew preventive 253, AF251 and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate.
Further, the antifreezing agent is one of glycerol, diglycerol, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol.
Further, the pH regulator is one of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine.

(1) dissolving the antiseptic and mildew preventive and the antifreezing agent in deionized water according to parts by weight, and uniformly stirring;

(3) then stirring for 5 minutes, and simultaneously adding a PH regulator in the stirring process;

The production process of the neutral ink is characterized by comprising the following steps: the neutral ink comprises the following preparation raw materials in parts by weight: 15-30 parts of pigment color paste, 1-3 parts of surfactant, 1-3 parts of rheological regulator, 1-3 parts of thickener, 2-4 parts of humectant, 0.1-2 parts of antiseptic and mildew inhibitor, 0.2-2 parts of antifreeze, 0.05-1 part of PH regulator and 80-90 parts of deionized water, wherein the production process of the neutral ink comprises the following operation steps:
(1) dissolving the antiseptic and mildew preventive and the antifreezing agent in deionized water according to parts by weight, and uniformly stirring;
(2) then adding surfactant, rheology modifier, thickener and humectant into the above solution, mixing well at 40-50 deg.C, and degassing;
(3) then stirring for 5-10 minutes, and simultaneously adding a PH regulator in the stirring process;
(4) and finally, adding pigment paste, mixing uniformly, and degassing to obtain the neutral ink.
2. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the surfactant is sodium dodecyl sulfate or sodium dodecyl sulfate.
3. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the rheological control agent is one of nano-scale dispersion emulsions which are formed by polyethylene, oxidized polyethylene or polypropylene and have the mass fraction of 25%.
4. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the thickening agent is one or more of modified hectorite clay, modified bentonite, chitosan, chitin, pectin and agar.
5. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the humectant is one or more of xylitol, triethylene glycol, sorbitol, condensate of polyalcohol and ethylene oxide.
6. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the antiseptic and mildew preventive is one of benzotriazole, mildew preventive 253, AF251 and ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate.
7. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the antifreezing agent is one of glycerol, diglycerol, ethylene glycol and diethylene glycol.
8. The process for producing a neutral ink according to claim 1, wherein: the pH regulator is one of monoethanolamine, diethanolamine and triethanolamine.
