本发明公开了一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,按重量份计算,该混凝土各组分配比为:水泥278kg、燃煤炉渣1173kg、水310kg、粉煤灰92kg以及外加剂3.7kg。本发明采用燃煤炉渣作为混凝土的主要骨料,且燃煤炉渣单个体积较小,使得燃煤炉渣混凝土更加具有流动性;同时,本发明在混凝土中添加了陶粒、陶沙以及水渣等多种轻质材料,不仅提高了燃煤炉渣混凝土的强度,还解决了轻质材料上浮的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,属于轻质混凝土技术领域。
背景技术
燃煤炉渣混凝土是一种保温、防火的新型混凝土,是以燃煤炉渣作为拌合物的一种新型混凝土。燃煤炉渣是燃煤电厂、工业和民用锅炉及其他设备燃煤后排出的废渣。主要含二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、三氧化二铁、氧化钙及少量镁、硫、碳等。化学成分与燃煤成分、粒度、锅炉形式和燃烧技术等有关。燃煤炉渣可回收用作建筑材料(砌筑砂浆、墙体材料、水泥混合材料、混凝土骨料、保温材料等)和筑路材料等。燃煤炉渣取代了传统骨料,摆脱了对传统骨料的严重依赖,又能对固体废弃物进行高效利用。燃煤炉渣混凝土具备环保无污染、保温防火、轻质、隔音等特点,在建筑施工中,一次浇筑即具备了上述优点。但是燃煤炉渣自身强度较小,以燃煤炉渣作为骨料浇筑的混凝土抗压强度较低,不宜作为混凝土受力构件使用,同时,高燃煤炉渣混凝土中的轻质材料易上浮,导致混凝土内部密度不均匀,影响浇筑质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种流动性好、强度高、避免高燃煤炉渣混凝土中的轻质材料易上浮的燃煤炉渣混凝土,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,按重量份计算,该混凝土各组分配比为:水泥278kg、燃煤炉渣1173kg、水310kg、粉煤灰92kg以及外加剂3.7kg。
上述燃煤炉渣混凝土还包括轻质材料,按重量份计算,所述的轻质材料是由陶粒1~2、陶沙0.5份以及水渣0.5份组成。
进一步,所述外加剂为高性能聚羧酸减水剂,减水率≥25%。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的具有以下优点:本发明采用燃煤炉渣作为混凝土的主要骨料,且燃煤炉渣单个体积较小,使得燃煤炉渣混凝土更加具有流动性;同时,本发明在混凝土中添加了陶粒、陶沙以及水渣等多种轻质材料,不仅提高了燃煤炉渣混凝土的强度,还解决了轻质材料上浮的问题。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的实施例:一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,按重量份计算,该混凝土各组分配比为:水泥278kg、燃煤炉渣1173kg、水310kg、粉煤灰92kg、外加剂3.7kg、陶粒320kg,陶沙139kg以及水渣139kg。所述外加剂为高性能聚羧酸减水剂,减水率≥25%。
该燃煤炉渣混凝土的配制方法如下步骤:将水、外加剂、陶粒、陶沙、水渣、水泥以及粉煤灰混合后搅拌15秒,加入燃煤炉渣再搅拌60秒即可得到,该燃煤炉渣混凝土的干容重≦1500kg/m3,强度≧10MPa。
综上所述,本发明采用燃煤炉渣作为混凝土的主要骨料,且燃煤炉渣单个体积较小,使得燃煤炉渣混凝土更加具有流动性;同时,本发明在混凝土中添加了陶粒、陶沙以及水渣等多种轻质材料,不仅提高了燃煤炉渣混凝土的强度,还解决了轻质材料上浮的问题。

1.一种燃煤炉渣混凝土,其特征在于:按重量份计算,该混凝土各组分配比为:水泥278kg、燃煤炉渣1173kg、水310kg、粉煤灰92kg以及外加剂3.7kg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃煤炉渣混凝土,其特征在于:还包括轻质材料,按重量份计算,所述的轻质材料是由陶粒1~2、陶沙0.5份以及水渣0.5份组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的燃煤炉渣混凝土,其特征在于:所述外加剂为高性能聚羧酸减水剂,减水率≥25%。
