As shown in fig. 8, the feeding clamp 9 gradually brings the lens to move down to the mounting seat 26 under the action of the fifth cylinder 10, and the feeding clamp 9 gradually extends outwards under the action of the second return spring 11 in the moving process until the lens is finally not clamped, and the lens is placed on the mounting seat 26; after the lens is glued and glued, the mounting seat 26 rotates to the lower side of the discharging cabin 6, the sixth air cylinder 13 drives the discharging clamp 12 to move downwards, and the discharging clamp 12 is extruded to gradually draw in the moving downwards process to clamp out the lens glued with the lens frame in the mounting seat 26.
The vertical positions of the lenses and the spectacle frames with different specifications in the lens fixing device 2 and the spectacle frame fixing device 3 are not necessarily consistent, the spectacle frame fixing device 3 comprises a connecting frame 31 which is embedded and installed on a fixing frame 41 and a translation assembly 32 which is arranged on the side edge of the connecting frame 31 and translates the connecting frame 31, a clamping arm 33 which clamps the spectacle frame is arranged at the lower end of the connecting frame 31, and the translation assembly 32 drives the spectacle frame to move; the translation assembly 32 comprises a seventh cylinder 321 and an eighth cylinder 322 embedded in the fixed frame 41, the seventh cylinder 321 and the eighth cylinder 322 are respectively connected to two sides of the connecting frame 31, and the connecting frame 31 translates under the action of the seventh cylinder 321 and the eighth cylinder 322 to drive the mirror bracket to translate.
In order to control the whole device, the first adjusting gear 434, the fourth adjusting gear 439 and the fifth adjusting gear 212 are all connected with a micro driving motor, the micro driving motor and the rotating motor are all connected with a controller, and the first air cylinder 45, the second air cylinder 447, the third air cylinder 24, the fourth air cylinder 29, the fifth air cylinder 10, the sixth air cylinder 13, the seventh air cylinder 321 and the eighth air cylinder 322 are all connected with the controller.
The use method of the glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
step one, placing the lens on a feeding clamp 9, and controlling a fifth air cylinder 10 by a controller to drive the feeding clamp 9 to feed the lens to an installation seat 26;
step two, the controller controls the rotating motor to operate, the rotating motor drives the rotating column 21 to rotate, and the fan-shaped fixed seat 23 is brought to the position right below the dispensing assembly 44;
step three, the controller controls the micro-driving motor to drive the first adjusting gear 434 and the fourth adjusting gear 439 to rotate, so as to adjust the angle of the dispensing head 442;
step four, the micro driving motor drives the fifth adjusting gear 21 to rotate, the mounting seat 26 rotates to drive the lens to rotate, and the second air cylinder 447 drives the dispensing assembly 44 to operate to perform circumferential dispensing on the upper end face of the lens;
step five, the first air cylinder 45 drives the arc-shaped connecting plate 42 to slide, glue dispensing is carried out on the outer circumferential surface of the lens, and the seventh air cylinder 321 and the eighth air cylinder 322 drive the connecting frame 31 to move horizontally after the glue dispensing is finished;
and step six, the third air cylinder 24 operates to drive the fan-shaped fixing seats 23 to move upwards to be glued with the lens frames, the third air cylinder 24 moves downwards to bring the glued lenses and the lens frames back to the rotating frame 22, the rotating motor continues to drive the rotating column 21 to rotate, the sixth air cylinder 13 drives the discharging clamp 12 to take the lenses and the lens frames out, and the steps in the step three and later are repeated on the lenses which are not glued on the adjacent fan-shaped fixing seats 23.

A glue spreader for assembling and processing mobile phone lenses is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), a lens fixing device (2) which is arranged on the workbench (1) and used for temporarily fixing the mobile phone lenses, and a lens frame fixing device (3) used for fixing a lens frame, wherein a glue dispensing device (4) used for gluing the lenses is arranged between the lens fixing device (2) and the lens frame fixing device (3);
the dispensing device (4) comprises a fixed frame (41) arranged between the lens fixing device (2) and the mirror frame fixing device (3) and an arc-shaped connecting plate (42) arranged on the fixed frame (41) in a sliding manner, the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) is connected with a dispensing assembly (44) through an angle adjusting piece (43), and the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) is connected with a first air cylinder (45);

The glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens according to claim 1, wherein the first cylinder (45) is rotatably connected with the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) through a connecting arc rod, the fixing frame (41) is provided with a circular sliding frame (46) for the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) to slide, the glue dispensing assembly (44) comprises a glue dispensing column (441) mounted on the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) and a glue dispensing head (442) connected to the lower end of the glue dispensing column (441), each of the glue dispensing column (441) and the glue dispensing head (442) is provided with a glue outlet cavity (443), the glue dispensing column (441) is provided with a glue storage cabin (444), the upper end of the glue storage cabin (444) is provided with a first connecting rod (445), the upper end of the first connecting rod (445) is rotatably connected with a horizontal plate (446), and the upper end of the horizontal plate (446) is connected with a second cylinder (447), the second air cylinder (447) is mounted on the fixed frame (41).

The glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens as claimed in claim 2, wherein a glue storage tank (448) is slidably disposed in the glue storage tank (444), the upper end of the glue storage tank (448) is connected with the first connecting rod (445), a glue through opening is formed in the lower side of the glue storage tank (448), the lower end of the glue storage tank (444) is arranged to be a tapered inner wall, two ends of the lower side of the glue storage tank (448) are connected with an inclined glue guide plate (449), a second connecting rod (4410) is connected in the middle of the lower end of the glue storage tank (448), an extrusion column (4411) matched with the inner wall of the lower end of the glue outlet cavity (443) is mounted on the second connecting rod (4410), the lower end of the extrusion column (4411) is connected with an extrusion head (4412), the extrusion head (4412) extends out of the glue outlet cavity (443), and a taper shape is disposed in the glue outlet cavity (443).

The glue spreader for assembling and processing mobile phone lenses according to claim 3, the arc-shaped connecting plate (42) is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the dispensing component (44), the angle adjusting piece (43) comprises an upper mounting ring (431) and a lower mounting ring (432) which are fixed in the mounting hole, a rotating ring (433) is rotatably arranged between the upper mounting ring (431) and the lower mounting ring (432), the rotating ring (433) is engaged with a first adjusting gear (434), an adjusting cavity is arranged in the rotating ring (433), a plurality of fixing columns (435) are arranged on the inner side wall of each rotating ring (433) in a penetrating manner, a pair of opposite fixing columns (435) are fixedly connected with mounting arc plates (436), the side end face of the glue dispensing column (441) is fixed on the mounting arc plate (436) through a mounting bolt.

The gluing machine for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens as claimed in claim 4, wherein a second adjusting gear (437) is fixedly mounted on the fixing column (435), the adjacent second adjusting gears (437) are meshed with each other, a third adjusting gear (438) is meshed above the second adjusting gear (437), the third adjusting gear (438) is connected with a fourth adjusting gear (439) through a connecting shaft, and the connecting shaft is arranged on the inner wall of the rotating ring (433) in a penetrating manner.

The glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens according to claim 5, wherein the lens fixing device (2) comprises a rotating column (21) rotatably arranged on the workbench (1) and a rotating frame (22) connected to the rotating column (21), the lower end of the rotating column (21) is connected with a rotating motor, a plurality of fan-shaped fixing seats (23) for placing the lens are placed on the rotating frame (22), the workbench (1) is provided with a third cylinder (24), the lower end of each fan-shaped fixing seat (23) is provided with a clamping groove for mounting the third cylinder (24), the fan-shaped fixing seats (23) are provided with a placing groove (25), the placing groove (25) is rotatably provided with a mounting seat (26), two inner side walls of the mounting seat (26) are penetrated with telescopic columns (27), and the telescopic columns (27) are connected with a clamping plate (28), one end of the telescopic column (28) far away from the clamping plate (28) extends into the mounting seat (26) and is connected with a fourth cylinder (29), and a first return spring is wound on the telescopic column (28);

The glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens according to claim 6, wherein a feeding cabin (5) and a discharging cabin (6) are respectively arranged at two side edges of the rotating frame (22), a feeding channel (7) is arranged in the feeding cabin (5), a discharging channel (8) is arranged in the discharging cabin (6), a pair of feeding clamps (9) is arranged in the feeding channel (7), the upper ends of the feeding clamps (9) extend out of the feeding cabin (5) and are connected with a fifth cylinder (10), a second reset spring (11) is connected between the feeding clamps (9), a pair of discharging clamps (12) is arranged in the discharging channel (8), the upper ends of the discharging clamps (12) extend out of the discharging cabin (6) and are connected with a sixth cylinder (13), a third reset spring (14) is connected in front of the discharging clamps (12), the radius of the feeding channel (7) is gradually increased from top to bottom, and the radius of the discharging channel (8) is gradually reduced from top to bottom.

The gluing machine for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens as claimed in claim 7, wherein the translation assembly (32) comprises a seventh cylinder (321) and an eighth cylinder (322) embedded in the fixing frame (41), and the seventh cylinder (321) and the eighth cylinder (322) are respectively connected to two sides of the connecting frame (31).

The gluing machine for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens as claimed in claim 8, wherein the first adjusting gear (434), the fourth adjusting gear (439) and the fifth adjusting gear (212) are all connected with a micro driving motor, the micro driving motor and the rotating motor are all connected with a controller, and the first cylinder (45), the second cylinder (447), the third cylinder (24), the fourth cylinder (29), the fifth cylinder (10), the sixth cylinder (13), the seventh cylinder (321) and the eighth cylinder (322) are all connected with the controller.
10. The glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens and the use method thereof according to claims 1 to 9, wherein the use method of the glue spreader for assembling and processing the mobile phone lens comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing a lens on the feeding clamp (9), and controlling the fifth air cylinder (10) by the controller to feed the lens on the feeding clamp (9) to the mounting seat (26);
step two, the controller controls the rotating motor to operate, the rotating motor drives the rotating column (21) to rotate, and the fan-shaped fixed seat (23) is brought to the position right below the dispensing component (44);
step three, the controller controls the micro driving motor to drive the first adjusting gear (434) and the fourth adjusting gear (439) to rotate, and the angle of the dispensing head (442) is adjusted;
fourthly, the micro driving motor drives a fifth adjusting gear (21) to rotate, the mounting seat (26) rotates to drive the lens to rotate, and the second air cylinder (447) drives the dispensing component (44) to operate to perform circumferential dispensing on the upper end face of the lens;
