Abstract
The invention provides makeup remover with a water phase and oil phase high-stability system, a preparation method and application, wherein the makeup remover comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0-2 parts of silicone oil, 3-5 parts of vegetable oil, 1-4 parts of synthetic esters, 2-3.5 parts of hydrocarbon grease, 1.5-4.5 parts of thickening agent, 2.5-4.5 parts of gellan gum, 5-8 parts of humectant, 0.005-0.01 part of preservative, 4-5 parts of surfactant, 0.2-0.5 part of electrolyte and 0.05-0.09 part of antioxidant; wherein the relative density of the synthetic ester is 1.14-1.15, and the thickener is pectin. By adding vegetable oil, synthetic esters, hydrocarbon grease, thickening agent, gellan gum and the like as main effective components of the makeup removing water, the problems of complicated use process, undesirable makeup removing effect, complex preparation process and high production cost of the double-layer makeup removing water are well solved. The makeup removing water provided by the invention can remove more than 90% of makeup within 1min, has obvious effect, adopts natural raw materials, and can achieve the effects of skin care and skin nourishing on the basis of being mild, not irritating and not damaging the skin.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to makeup remover with a water phase and oil phase high-stability system, a preparation method and application.
Background
Makeup is a metaphor of eticity, and most women make up at work or in life, and even without drawing color makeup, use sunscreen or isolation products to protect against ultraviolet rays, radiation from computers, and pollutants in the air. Excessive cosmetics and grease dirt are left on the skin, so that pores are blocked, the skin color is dull, and the health of the skin is affected. The makeup removing work is needed before the rest at night, and the best care for the face skin is achieved. If eye makeup and lip makeup are heavy, such as applying lipstick and eyeliner, partial color makeup is removed with a lip-specific makeup remover prior to full-face cleaning. The cleansing water has the advantage of being more refreshing than other cleansing products, but because the cleansing water contains less oil and more surfactants and alcohols, the cleansing water needs to be used together with makeup cotton. Dry makeup removal cotton can pull on the skin of the face, causing skin barrier damage and causing problems with the skin of the face.
Color cosmetics include BB cream, lipstick, lip gloss, eyebrow pencil, eye shadow, blush, etc. Most color cosmetics are oil-soluble or oil-dispersible and contain a large amount of oil, wax or silicone oil, because of the need for sweat resistance and moisture resistance. These make-up products are highly conformable after application to the face, and are difficult to clean with conventional cleansing products (e.g., soap bases, synthetic skin cleansing formulations). The makeup remover oil (cleansing oil) is oil added with an emulsifier, can be easily blended with color makeup and oil stain on the face according to the principle of similarity and intermiscibility, and takes away dirt on the face in a water emulsification mode during washing to play a role in makeup removal. Although the cleansing effect of the cleansing oil is good and the makeup remover can remove makeup from the surface of the skin, the cleansing oil is usually not mild enough in texture and can affect the skin to a certain extent after long-term use. Yet another reason is that the cleansing oil must be emulsified to achieve good cleansing, and if not completely emulsified, it can cause clogging of the pores and acne or acne on the face.
The most common makeup removing products in the existing market are makeup removing oil and makeup removing water, the two products are filled in a container bottle and are troublesome to carry when the user goes out for a journey or on a business trip and cannot be carried when the user takes an airplane, and after the makeup removing oil or the makeup removing water is sealed, a large number of effective substances can volatilize and bacteria in the air can enter the container bottle and the container bottle is unsanitary when the container bottle is placed for a long time. The cleansing product combines the advantages of cleansing oil and cleansing water, has better cleansing effect than the cleansing water, is fresher, tender and not greasy than the cleansing oil during use, is mild and non-irritant, is particularly suitable for sensitive parts such as eyes, lips and the like, and is the double-layer cleansing water. However, double-layer cleansing water has several significant disadvantages during use: 1. the cleansing cream is required to be vigorously shaken before use, and part of consumers are likely to have unsatisfactory cleansing effect and poor use experience because the shaking force is insufficient and water and oil are not fully and uniformly mixed; 2. the oil phase and the water phase can be quickly layered after shaking up, so that a consumer needs to shake up repeatedly for many times when removing makeup which is difficult to remove, such as waterproof eyeliner, mascara and the like, the makeup removing time is long, and the makeup removing efficiency is low; 3. the proportion of the water phase to the oil phase in the makeup remover taken out in each use can not be ensured to be the same, so that the makeup removing effect of the same bottle of makeup remover used in each use is different, and a user can not well control the use of the makeup remover.

Compared with common lotion, the formula of the makeup remover contains more surfactants, humectants and alcohol compounds, and the cleansing effect on the skin is improved. However, many components in the traditional makeup removing aquatic products are derivatives of petrochemical industry, which not only have irritation to skin and potential harm to human health, poor biodegradation during discharge and environmental pollution, but also inevitably have residues of forbidden substances such as dioxane, ethylene oxide and the like which are harmful to human health in the production process. Similarly, the effective components of the traditional makeup removing wet tissue are mainly surfactant, a small amount of emulsifier and a small amount of oil-soluble agent, and the traditional makeup removing wet tissue is also harmful.
In addition, the makeup remover in the prior art mainly comprises three types, namely makeup remover oil, makeup remover water and double-layer makeup remover water, and the double-layer makeup remover water has better comprehensive feedback in use, but the makeup remover water still has more problems in the actual use process and needs to be improved. The specific problems include:
1. the cleansing cream is required to be vigorously shaken before use, and part of consumers are likely to have unsatisfactory cleansing effect and poor use experience because the shaking force is insufficient and water and oil are not fully and uniformly mixed;
2. the oil phase and the water phase can be quickly layered after shaking up, so that a consumer needs to shake up repeatedly for many times when removing makeup which is difficult to remove, such as waterproof eyeliner, mascara and the like, the makeup removing time is long, and the makeup removing efficiency is low;
3. the proportion of the water phase to the oil phase in the makeup remover taken out in each use can not be ensured to be the same, so that the makeup removing effect of the same bottle of makeup remover used in each use is different, and a user can not well control the use of the makeup remover.
Therefore, the invention provides cleansing water with a water phase and oil phase high-stability system, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0-2 parts of silicone oil, 3-5 parts of vegetable oil, 1-4 parts of synthetic esters, 2-3.5 parts of hydrocarbon grease, 1.5-4.5 parts of thickening agent, 2.5-4.5 parts of gellan gum, 5-8 parts of humectant, 0.005-0.01 part of preservative, 4-5 parts of surfactant, 0.2-0.5 part of electrolyte and 0.05-0.09 part of antioxidant; wherein the relative density of the synthetic ester is 1.14-1.15, and the thickener is pectin.
Still further, the synthetic ester is sucrose acetate isobutyrate.
Further, the humectant is one or more of glycerin, diglycerin, dipropylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, PEG-6 and isoprene glycol.
Further, the preservative is one or more of chlorphenesin, polyaminopropyl biguanide, p-hydroxyacetophenone, imidazolidinyl urea, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, caprylyl glycol and caprylyl hydroxamic acid.
Still further, the surfactant is one or more of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, poloxamer, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glyceride.
Still further, the antioxidant is one or more of butylated hydroxytoluene, pentaerythritol tetrakis (bis-tert-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate) ester and tocopherol acetate.
Furthermore, the makeup remover also comprises 0.1-0.3 part of pigment, and the pigment is natural pigment.
The invention provides makeup remover with a water phase and oil phase high-stability system, in particular to makeup remover with suspended oil droplets. The stable suspended oil phase in the water phase can be discharged to form a stable system, and the makeup removing effect can reach an ideal state. The oil phase collocation in the invention is the combination of various types of grease according to a specific proportion, and the oil phase collocation has excellent dissolving capacity for products of vegetable oil systems, products of silicone oil systems and products of mineral oil systems, which is also a key factor for improving makeup removing effect. The addition of a thickener can further increase the stability, allowing better suspension of the oil droplets. The oil phase of the double-layer makeup remover can be uniformly and stably suspended in the water phase, shaking is not needed during use, oil and water are uniformly discharged during taking, the phenomenon of uneven taking of the oil and the water phase is avoided, the advantages of low irritation, fresh skin feeling, good makeup removing effect and the like of the double-layer makeup remover are completely kept, various inconveniences in the use process of the double-layer makeup remover can be solved, and the makeup removing efficiency is greatly improved. The makeup remover has low production cost, does not relate to a complex process in the preparation process, can be used for stably producing a large amount of makeup remover, and provides a new high-quality and low-price makeup remover for consumers.
The makeup remover with the water phase and oil phase high-stability system comprises the following main components: silicone oil, vegetable oil, synthetic esters, hydrocarbon oils, pectin, gellan gum, and the like. Wherein, the synthetic ester is sucrose acetate isobutyrate which is generally used as food additive, has good compatibility with various types of grease, has relative density of 1.14-1.15, and has wetting dispersion force on pigment. Besides adjusting the density of the oil phase, the cleansing oil has excellent removal capability on color cosmetics such as eye shadow, lipstick, foundation and the like. Pectin as thickener is a natural high molecular polysaccharide substance, and is usually a food additive prepared by extracting and refining one or more of pericarp and pomace of fructus Citri Grandis, fructus Citri Limoniae, Mandarin orange, and fructus Mali Pumilae, and can be used as thickener, gelatinizer, stabilizer, and tissue forming agent. Meanwhile, the pectin has the function of automatically balancing pH, and can form a protective film on the surface of skin when being applied to makeup remover, so that the facial skin is adjusted to a normal acid-base balance state. After the pectin and the gellan gum are compounded according to a specific proportion, the gellan gum has more excellent suspension stability due to a synergistic effect generated by crosslinking, and the suspension stability of the grease can be effectively improved. The gellan gum has a suspension effect because molecules can automatically aggregate to form a double-helix structure after being dissolved in water, and the addition of electrolyte initiates polymerization crosslinking between double helices. When the double helix is further aggregated to form a three-dimensional network structure, water molecules are trapped to generate a gel phenomenon.
Meanwhile, the invention also provides a preparation method of the cleansing water with the water phase and oil phase high-stability system, as shown in figure 1, the steps comprise:
1) adding water into a main kettle, premixing a thickening agent and a humectant uniformly, adding the mixture into water at room temperature, stirring and heating until the mixture is fully swelled, then adding a surfactant, stirring uniformly, cooling, adding an electrolyte and a preservative, stirring uniformly, standing, cooling, condensing into solid glue, and crushing the solid glue into uniform fluid glue by using a homogenizer;
2) mixing the oil and the antioxidant, heating until the oil and the antioxidant are dissolved and transparent, cooling, adding the pigment, and uniformly stirring;
3) adding the mixture obtained in the step 2) into the water phase of the main kettle under the condition of stirring until oil drops are suspended in the water phase, and discharging after uniformly stirring to obtain the makeup remover with the water phase and oil phase highly stable system.
