技术领域
本发明属于农药除草剂领域,具体涉及一种包含三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的除草组合物及其应用
背景技术
三氟甲磺隆为乙酰乳酸合成酶抑制剂,1994年由巴斯夫发现。这是一个新的磺酰脲类除草剂,可用于冬、春小麦和玉米上,具有广泛的杂草防治谱,并对猪殃殃具有一定的防效。三氟甲磺隆的主要适用作物有玉米和小麦。
环磺酮属于三酮类除草剂,也是最年轻的HPPD抑制剂除草剂的成员之一,通常可用于玉米田和大豆田,芽后处理防除禾本科杂草。环磺酮用于玉米田除草具有广泛的除草谱,它可以在作物的整个生长期内均保持良好的除草活性,对阔叶杂草也能进行较好的防控。
本发明的目的筛选具有显著协同增效作用的除草组合物,为玉米生产上安全合理使用除草剂提供科学依据,为草害防治轮换用药提供参考。
发明内容
本发明具体涉及一种包含三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮。具体技术方案如下:
一种包含三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:包含如下重量份的组分,三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的重量配比为1-20:1-30。优选的三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的重量配比为4-16:5-25。优选的三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的重量配比为4:15、8:15、8:25、16:25。
所述的除草组合物还包含农药上可用的辅料;活性成分的百分含量为5-85%。
所述的组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
所述的除草组合物用于防治玉米田杂草的用途。优选的所述杂草为阔叶杂草和禾本科杂草;特别优选的杂草为稗草、播娘蒿、猪殃殃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮质量配比为4:15、8:15、8:25、16:25;E-E0值均大于10%,复配组合物对杂草播娘蒿具有显著的增效作用;可以有效降低活性成分的使用剂量,降低杂草抗药性的产生。并且复配药剂的用量为30-45ga.i./公顷时,其防效大于88%。并且田间观察发现,对玉米作物安全。

实施例1:三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对播娘蒿的联合作用测试
1.1供试靶标
播娘蒿为供试对象,取上年度成熟饱满种子若干,备用。
1.2培养条件
试验在人工智能气候室进行。选择直径为30cm的塑料盆若干,加入适量湿润灭菌壤土,温度为20-25℃,相对湿度为55%-80%,光照∶黑暗为14h∶10h,强度为2000Lux。采用盆钵底部渗灌方式使土壤完全湿润,将预处理的供试杂草种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,覆土0.5cm,播种后移入温室常规培养,采用盆钵底部渗灌方式补水。间苗每盆留25株,播娘蒿3-4叶期进行喷雾处理。
1.3药剂处理
按照设计用量进行茎叶喷雾法处理,喷雾器械使用ASS-4自动控制喷雾塔,试验前校正喷液量,按照试验设计从低剂量到高剂量顺序进行茎叶喷雾处理,每处理4次重复,并设喷含相应有机溶剂的0.1%吐温-80水溶液处理作空白对照。
1.4调查与统计
处理后定期观察记载供试杂草的生长状态,处理后10天,收割地上部杂草,称其鲜重。按照部所标准进行数据统计,并用Gowing法对复配后的除草剂进行检验和判断。
鲜重计算公式:R=(X0-X1)/X0*100;式中:R为生长抑制率,X0为对照鲜重,X1为处理鲜重。
gowing法:通过公式E0=X+Y-XY/100计算出各混配处理对杂草的理论防效,实测防效与对应理论防效相减,求出E-E0值,当E-E0值>10%时为增效作用,E-E0值<-10%时为拮抗作用,E-E0值位于-10%-10%时为相加作用。
1.5结果与分析
表1三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对播娘蒿的联合作用
由表1可以看出,将三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对播娘蒿表现为相加或增效作用;当三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮质量配比为4+5、4+25、8+5、16+5、16+15;表现为相加作用;当三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮质量配比为4+15、8+15、8+25、16+25;E-E0值均大于10%,具有显著的增效作用。组合物的增效机理比较复杂,表1中相同活性成分三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮在不同的用量下表现为不同的协同增效作;其机理有待进一步研究。
实施例2三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对玉米田杂草的田间防效。
2.1试验地条件
玉米试验地,地势平坦,土层深厚,土壤肥力中等均匀。玉米田主要目标杂草有稗草、播娘蒿、猪殃殃。
2.3试验药剂
33%三氟甲磺隆·环磺酮可湿性粉剂
三氟甲磺隆8%、环磺酮25%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙12%、拉开粉8%、白炭黑3%、凹凸棒土补足100%。
46%三氟甲磺隆·环磺酮水分散粒剂
烟嘧磺隆16%、环磺酮30%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、NNO 7%、木钙6%、尿素3.5%、黄原胶4%、白炭黑5%、高岭土补足100%。
2.3试验设计
设2个药剂处理,供试药剂田间使用剂量见表2,每个处理小区面积40m2,随机区组排列,每个处理重复3次。于玉米6-7叶期,杂草3-5叶期,按试验设计喷施茎叶处理除草剂1次,药液均匀喷布于杂草茎叶表面,对照1(CK1)为喷施等量清水;施药器械为背负式电动喷雾器,扇形喷头。试验田周围设保护行,除除草剂处理因素外,玉米田间进行常规措施管理。
2.4杂草防效调查方法
每个小区随机选择固定6个样方供杂草防效调查取样,每个样方2m×1m,分别于施药后14d调查杂草鲜重,与清水对照(CK)相比,按公式计算鲜重防效。
鲜重计算公式:R=(X0-X1)/X0*100;式中:R为生长抑制率,X0为对照鲜重,X1为处理鲜重。
2.5结果与分析
表2三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对玉米田杂草的田间防效
由表2可知,三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮复配对玉米田杂草具有较好的防治效果,当药剂的用量为30-45ga.i./公顷时,其防效大于88%。并且田间观察发现,对玉米作物安全。
上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本领域技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原料的前提下,可以做适当的改进,这些改进也在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种包含三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的除草组合物,其特征在于:包含如下重量份的组分,三氟甲磺隆和环磺酮的重量配比为4:15、8:15、8:25、16:25。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物还包含农药上可用的辅料;活性成分的百分含量为5-85%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、颗粒剂、可分散油悬浮剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的除草组合物用于防治玉米田杂草的用途。
