本发明提供一种含有丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物活性成分包含丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净,丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净的重量配比为3‑7:25‑35:8‑15。本发明的组合物具有明显增效作用,可用于水稻田杂草的防除,可减少药剂的使用量,减少对环境的危害,并有益于杂草抗药性的产生。

一种含有丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物
技术领域
本发明属于农业技术领域,具体是涉及一种含有丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物。
背景技术
丙炔噁草酮属环状亚胺类选择性触杀型除草剂,多用于水稻移栽田除草。药剂主要通过接触敏感杂草幼芽吸收而发挥作用。具有高效、广谱、低毒、对后茬作物无影响等优点。丙草胺为芽前除草剂,主要用于防除禾本科杂草,属于2-氯化乙酰替苯胺类除草剂,是细胞分裂抑制剂,用于土壤处理可防除稻田禾本科杂草、部分一年生莎草科杂草和阔叶杂草。西草净难溶于水,易溶于有机溶剂,是内吸选择性除草剂,能通过根、叶吸收并传导至全株,对稻田恶性杂草眼子菜有特效,对早期牛毛草有显著效果。适用于稻田防除牛毛草、眼子菜、泽泻、野慈姑、母草、小慈姑等杂草,对稗草也有一定的效果。
在除草实践中发现,由于单一药剂的长期使用,将使杂草产生严重的抗药性,为达到较好的防治效果需要增加活性成分的施用剂量,严重污染环境,并对食品安全构成威胁。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种可显著降低活性成分用量、减缓抗药性的产生、并具有显著增效作用的除草组合物。
本发明提供的如下技术方案:
一种含有丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物,活性成分包含丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净,丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净的重量配比为3-7:25-35:8-15。优选的丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净的重量配比为3:25:8、5:30:13、7:35:15。
本发明所述的除草组合物,还包含农业上可接受的助剂,活性成分的重量百分含量为5-75%。优选的活性成分的重量百分含量为25-60%
本发明所述的除草组合物可制备成的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳油、颗粒剂等。优选的剂型为乳油、颗粒剂。
本发明所述的除草组合物用于防治作物杂草的用途。优选的用于水稻田杂草的防治;特别时用于水稻移栽田一年生杂草(稗草、鸭舌草、异型莎草)的防治。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的除草组合物混配后具有明显的协同增效作用,提高了防治效果,同时也有利于克服和延缓杂草抗药性的产生。本发明组合物药剂混配减少了用药量,从而降低了对环境的污染,安全性好,符合减量增效和绿色农业发展要求。本发明的组合物对水稻田一年生杂草具有优异的除草作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1:丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净对稗草室内毒力测定
试验对象:稗草种子(实验室提供)
试验方法与结果统计:试验用土未用药剂处理。采用直径为10cm的盆钵,试验土壤定量装至盆钵的4/5处,以盆钵底部渗灌方式使土壤完全湿润,将预处理的供试杂草种子均匀撒播于土壤表面,然后覆土0.8cm、播种24后,置喷雾塔内喷药(ASS-1型农药喷洒系统,XR8003喷头,喷雾压力0.3MPa,喷液量550kg/hm2)进行土壤喷雾处理,每处理设4次重复,另设空白对照。处理后置温室中培养,定期以底部灌溉方式补水,保持100%的土壤湿度。处理后定期观察记载杂草反应症状。21d计算各处理杂草鲜重。采用DPS软件分析数据计算ED50值,并依据孙云沛法评价联合作用。

由表1可知,丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净组合使用可显著提高其对杂草稗草的防除效果,特别是当丙酮+丙胺+西净的配比为3:25:8、5:30:13、7:35:15时,其对稗草的CTC值分别为124.49、151.56、130.23;优选为当丙酮+丙胺+西净的配比为5:30:13时增效作用尤其显著,可以有效减低活性成分的使用剂量,提高防治效果。

丙炔噁草酮3%、丙草胺25%、西草净8%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙4%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚4%农乳5003%、环己酮3%、二甲苯补足100%。
48%丙酮·丙胺·西净颗粒剂
丙炔噁草酮5%、丙草胺30%、西草净13%、木质素磺酸钠4%、NNO 4%、拉开粉BX6%、羧甲基纤维素钠3%、高岭土补足100%。
57%丙酮·丙胺·西净颗粒剂
丙炔噁草酮7%、丙草胺35%、西草净15%、木质素磺酸钠6%、NNO 5%、拉开粉BX8%、羧甲基纤维素钠5%、高岭土补足100%。
实施例3丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净对水稻移栽田一年生杂草的防效
试验对象:水稻移栽田一年生杂草(稗草、鸭舌草、异型莎草)
试验方法:施药于移栽前4d、杂草未出土时进。设空白对照处理区,重复3次,小区随机区组排列。药后30d的调查各小区杂草,计算鲜重防效。具体调查方法为:每小区定5点,每点查0.2m2,于药后30d调查残留杂草鲜重,计算鲜重防效。防效(%)=(对照区杂草鲜重-处理区杂草鲜重)/对照区杂草鲜重×100。
试验药剂及其用量:见表2

由表2可知,本发明的组合物对水稻移栽田一年生杂草具有优异的防除效果。
凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所做的任何修改,等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。所有配方中百分比均为重量百分比。本发明组合物各制剂的加工工艺均为现有技术,根据不同情况可以有所变化。

1.一种含有丙炔噁草酮的除草组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净,丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净的重量配比为3-7:25-35:8-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,丙炔噁草酮、丙草胺和西草净的重量配比为3:25:8、5:30:13、7:35:15。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,还包含农业上可接受的助剂,活性成分的重量百分含量为5-75%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的除草组合物,其特征在于:组合物可制备成的剂型为可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、乳油、颗粒剂等。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的除草组合物用于防治作物杂草的用途。
6.根据权利要求6所述的用途,其特征在于用于防治水稻田一年生或多年生杂草。
