The embodiment of the application provides a prepaid seat verification method, which can be applied to an open departure control system (DEP), wherein a flow chart of the prepaid seat verification method is shown in fig. 1, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s101, check-in information of a user to be checked in is obtained.
After a user to be checked in, a host departure control system DCS sends check-in information of the user to be checked in to an open departure control system, and the open departure control system acquires the check-in information of the user to be checked in, wherein the check-in information comprises but is not limited to: user information of the user waiting to board and an operator seat identifier. The check-in seat identification is the identification of the actual check-in seat determined when the user to be checked in.
S102, judging whether the user waiting for boarding purchases a prepaid seat or not, if not, directly ending, and if so, executing a step S103.
And judging whether the user to be checked in purchases the prepaid seat or not according to the user information contained in the check-in information. Specifically, the process of determining whether the user to be boarded has purchased the prepaid seat includes:
acquiring order information corresponding to a user to be boarded;
judging whether the order information contains prepaid seat purchase information or not;
if yes, judging that the user to be boarded purchases the prepaid seat in advance.
According to the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the order information corresponding to the pre-stored user information is acquired based on the user information contained in the check-in information; the order information is sent by the host departure control system after the user to be boarded finishes booking the air ticket, and the order information at least comprises user information, flight information and additional service information of the user to be boarded. And judging whether the order information contains prepaid seat purchase information, wherein if the user purchases the additional service of prepaid seats and pays corresponding preset cost when booking the air ticket, the additional service information in the order information contains the prepaid seat purchase information is determined. And if the user does not select the accessory service of the prepaid seat when booking the air ticket, determining that the accessory service in the order information does not contain the prepaid seat purchase information.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, if the order information does not contain the prepaid seat purchase information, it is determined that the user to be boarded does not purchase the prepaid seat, and if the order information contains the prepaid seat purchase information, it is determined that the user to be boarded purchases the prepaid seat.
The sale rule of the prepaid seats is to divide the seats in the airplane into different areas, the seats in different areas correspond to different sale prices, and different models correspond to different seat division modes.
S103, acquiring a target verification rule.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, a plurality of check rules are preset, the check rules comprise seat identification check rules and/or seat grade check rules, the seat identification check rules are used for checking seat identifications of prepaid seats, and the seat grade check rules are used for checking seat grades of prepaid seats.
The user selects any one of the plurality of verification rules as a prepaid seat for verifying the purchase of the user waiting for boarding according to the requirement. The open departure control system acquires the verification rule selected by the user and takes the verification rule selected by the user as a target verification rule.
And S104, verifying the prepaid seats purchased by the user to be checked based on the target verification rule.
And verifying the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be boarded based on the target verification rule, namely verifying the seat identifier of the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be boarded based on the seat identifier verification rule, or verifying the seat grade of the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be boarded based on the seat grade verification rule, or verifying the seat identifier and the seat grade of the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be boarded based on the seat identifier verification rule and the seat grade verification rule.
The prepaid seat verification method provided by the embodiment of the application acquires check-in information of a user to be checked in; if the user to be checked in is judged to purchase the prepaid seat, a target verification rule is obtained; the target check rule is any one of a plurality of preset check rules; the check rules comprise seat identification check rules and/or seat grade check rules, the seat identification check rules are used for checking seat identifications of the prepaid seats, and the seat grade check rules are used for checking seat grades of the prepaid seats; and verifying the prepaid seats purchased by the user to be checked in advance based on the target verification rule. The prepaid seat is verified, thereby ensuring the accuracy of deducting the predetermined fee.
In the above-described embodiment of the present invention, the process of verifying the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be boarding based on the target verification rule in step S104 disclosed in fig. 1 is shown in fig. 2, and the flowchart specifically includes the following steps:
s201, judging whether the target check rule is a seat identification check rule. If yes, go to step S202, otherwise go to step S203.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, different identification information is preset for different verification rules. And comparing the rule identification of the target check rule with the rule identification of the seat identification check rule, if the comparison is consistent, indicating that the target check rule is the seat identification check rule, and if the comparison is inconsistent, indicating that the target check rule is not the seat identification check rule.
S202, judging whether the check-in seat identifier contained in the check-in information is consistent with the prepaid seat identifier contained in the prepaid seat purchase information, if so, executing step S204, and if not, executing step S205.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining an operator seat identifier contained in operator information, obtaining a prepaid seat identifier contained in prepaid seat purchase information in order information, comparing the operator seat identifier with the prepaid seat identifier, judging that the operator seat identifier contained in the operator information is consistent with the prepaid seat identifier contained in the prepaid seat purchase information if the operator seat identifier and the prepaid seat identifier are consistent, and judging that the operator seat identifier contained in the operator information is consistent with the prepaid seat identifier contained in the prepaid seat purchase information if the operator seat identifier and the prepaid seat identifier are not consistent.
S203, judging whether the target check rule is a seat level check rule, if so, executing a step S206, and if not, executing a step S207.
And comparing the identification information of the target verification rule with the identification information of the preset seat level verification rule, if the comparison is consistent, determining that the target verification rule is the seat level verification rule, and if the comparison is inconsistent, determining that the target verification rule is not the seat level verification rule.
And S204, judging that the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be checked in advance passes verification.
And S205, judging that the prepaid seat purchased by the user to be checked in advance is not verified.
S206, obtaining the check-in seat grade corresponding to the check-in seat identification contained in the check-in information, and obtaining the prepaid seat grade corresponding to the prepaid seat identification.
Obtaining a check-in seat grade corresponding to a check-in seat identifier contained in the check-in information, wherein the check-in seat grade is a seat grade of the check-in seat, and it should be noted that the seat grade is determined at different preset prices, and the different preset prices correspond to different seat grades, that is, the seats in different areas correspond to different seat grades.
The process of obtaining the check-in seat grade corresponding to the check-in seat identifier contained in the check-in information specifically includes:
based on the check-in seat identifier contained in the check-in information, sending a seat grade acquisition request carrying the check-in seat identifier to a seat management system, so that after the seat management system receives the seat grade acquisition request, based on the check-in seat identifier contained in the seat grade acquisition request, the check-in seat grade corresponding to the check-in seat identifier is determined, and feedback information carrying the check-in seat grade is fed back;
and when receiving feedback information corresponding to the seat level acquisition request fed back by the seat management system, acquiring the check-in seat level contained in the feedback information.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the application, the open departure control system sends a seat level acquisition request carrying the operator seat identifier to the seat management system based on the operator seat identifier contained in the operator information, the seat management system acquires the operator seat identifier contained in the seat level management system after receiving the seat level acquisition request, acquires the seat level corresponding to the operator seat identifier, determines the seat level corresponding to the operator seat identifier as the operator seat level, and sends feedback information to the open departure control system based on the operator seat level. And the open departure control system acquires the check-in seat grade contained in the feedback information.
