Claims (10)

1. A service reimbursement processing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a withdrawal request of a passenger;
if the request for reimbursement is a request for reimbursement of an air ticket, and the air ticket in the request for applying the air ticket corresponds to an additional service product, sending an additional service product reissue inquiry information to the passenger;
receiving a request for determining a reimbursement ticket and an additional service product fed back by the passenger, and generating a reimbursement order, wherein the reimbursement order comprises reimbursement ticket information and reimbursement rules corresponding to the additional service product;
performing withdrawal verification on withdrawal rules corresponding to the withdrawal ticket information and the additional service products respectively;
and if the reimbursement check is passed, calculating and obtaining reimbursement commission fees of the reimbursement ticket information and the additional service products according to reimbursement rules and reimbursement reason information corresponding to the reimbursement ticket information and the additional service products, and executing the reimbursement operation of the reimbursement ticket information and the additional service products.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after obtaining the reimbursement ticket information and the reimbursement commission fees for the additional service products, further comprising:
generating prompt information and outputting the prompt information to a passenger to enable the passenger to determine whether to perform a refund, wherein the prompt information carries refund commission charge of the service to be refunded;
and if the determined return applying information is received, executing the return operation of the return applying ticket information and the additional service product.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein performing unsubscribe operations on the reissued ticket information and additional service products comprises:
calling an interface corresponding to the additional service product according to the additional service product, and updating a database corresponding to the additional service product in an airline electronic commerce system data platform;
and calling a ticket returning interface according to the ticket returning applying information, and updating a database corresponding to the ticket data in the data platform of the electronic commerce system of the airline company.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein performing a fallback verification on the fallback rules respectively corresponding to the fallback ticket information and the additional service product comprises:
obtaining a preset and stored refund rule corresponding to the refund ticket information and the additional service product in a database;
verifying whether a reimbursement rule corresponding to the reimbursement ticket information is consistent with a reimbursement rule corresponding to the reimbursement ticket information and whether a reimbursement rule corresponding to the additional service product is consistent with a reimbursement rule corresponding to the additional service product;
and if the two are consistent, determining that the fallback check is passed.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein calculating and obtaining the refund procedure fee of the refund ticket information and the additional service product according to the refund rule and the refund reason information corresponding to the refund ticket information and the additional service product respectively comprises:
determining the types corresponding to the additional service products and the air tickets according to the reimbursement reason information;
and calculating the reimbursement ticket information and the additional service products according to the reimbursement reason information, the types corresponding to the additional service products and the tickets and the reimbursement rules to respectively obtain the reimbursement commission of the tickets and the reimbursement commission of the additional service products, wherein the number of the additional service products is at least one.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein generating the prompt message for output to the passenger comprises:
determining the refund commission fees of the reimbursed air ticket and the additional service product and the refund amount corresponding to the reimbursed air ticket and the additional service product according to the sum of the refund commission fees of the reimbursed air ticket and the refund commission fees of the additional service product;
and packaging the sum of the refund commission charge of the refund ticket and the refund commission charge of the additional service product and the refund amount corresponding to the refund ticket and the additional service product to generate prompt information so as to facilitate the confirmation of the passenger.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
if the request for reimbursement is a request for reimbursement of additional service products;
acquiring the number of reimbursement of additional service products contained in the reimbursement additional service product request;
if the number of the additional service products requiring for returning is multiple, generating a returning order according to the returning additional service product requiring for returning, wherein the returning order comprises returning rules corresponding to the returning additional service products;
performing withdrawal verification on respective withdrawal rules corresponding to the additional service products;
and if the reimbursement check is passed, calculating and obtaining the reimbursement handling fees of all the additional service products according to the reimbursement rules and the reimbursement reason information corresponding to the additional service products, and executing the reimbursement operation of the additional service products.
8. An apparatus for processing a service declaration, the apparatus comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a retreat request of a passenger;
the inquiry module is used for sending cancellation inquiry information of additional service products to the passenger if the request for reimbursement is a request for reimbursement of the air ticket and the air ticket in the request for reimbursement of the air ticket corresponds to the additional service products;
the generating module is used for receiving the request for determining the returned ticket and the additional service product fed back by the passenger and generating a returned order, and the returned order comprises returned ticket information and returned rules corresponding to the additional service product;
the verification module is used for performing reimbursement verification on reimbursement rules respectively corresponding to the reimbursement ticket information and the additional service products, and if the reimbursement verification passes, executing the calculation module;
the calculating module is used for calculating and obtaining the refund procedure charge of the refund ticket information and the additional service product according to the refund rule and the refund reason information which respectively correspond to the refund ticket information and the additional service product;
and the processing module is used for executing the operation of unsubscribing the returned ticket information and the additional service products.
9. An electronic device, wherein the electronic device is configured to execute a program, and wherein the program executes the service fallback processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the storage medium comprises a stored program, wherein when the program runs, the apparatus on which the storage medium is located is controlled to execute the service fallback processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
