Description

Commodity object publishing method and device and computer system
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of commodity object information processing technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a computer system for issuing a commodity object.
Background
With the development of commodity object information service systems, the same service provider may provide a plurality of different service sites for users. For example, a variety of different service sites may be included that focus on a variety of different service areas/directions, e.g., www.aaa.com.cn, www.bbb.com.cn, and so forth. Alternatively, service sites for users in different countries/regions may be included, for example, a service site in china of a certain service system may be represented by the website address www.aaa.com.cn, and the system may also be provided with a service site in malaysia, represented by the website address www.aaa.com.my, and so on. Thus, consumer users in a plurality of countries can obtain corresponding services through service sites facing the corresponding countries/regions.
In this context, the same merchant user often has a need to publish the same item object information to multiple different service sites. For example, if a certain merchant user needs to perform cross-border e-commerce activities in multiple countries/regions, the same commodity object needs to be operated on different service sites in the multiple countries/regions. Specifically, information of the same commodity object needs to be distributed on different service sites. Such as: if a cross-border merchant needs to sell the same commodity object on service sites of six countries in southeast asia of a certain service system, the cross-border merchant needs to issue the commodity object once on each service site, generate description information of the commodity object by using languages and the like of each country/region, and issue six times in total.
This implementation has significant drawbacks. Specifically, when the merchant user issues information across service sites, the merchant user needs to log in a plurality of service sites respectively to edit and issue commodity object information, which obviously takes up a lot of labor and time costs.
Therefore, how to more efficiently implement commodity object information distribution across service sites becomes a technical problem that needs to be solved by those skilled in the art.

In the cross-country/region publishing scenario, the mapping server can respectively push the mapped commodity object information to the corresponding second service sites to publish in a mode of calling the bottom interface function of the second service sites. That is, the mapping server and the service sites of each country/region can push information through the underlying interface function without using the network layer protocol of the upper layer, so that the publishing process is not limited by different countries/regions. In this way, for the first user who has the function of distributing the commodity object across countries and regions, the staff assigned to each country and region does not need to perform the work of distributing the merchant object information to the service site of the country and region where the first user is located, so that the labor cost can be reduced, and the consumption of various resources can be reduced.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time for the practice of the present application.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the present application, in order to implement the commodity object information publishing across service sites more efficiently, as shown in fig. 1, an information mapping service end is provided, by which merchant users (also referred to as seller users, brand users, and the like, which may be collectively referred to as first users, and correspondingly, consumer users, buyer users, and the like, which are referred to as second users in the embodiment of the present application) do not need to log in to each service site to perform specific commodity object editing and publishing operations if they have a requirement for publishing commodity object information across service sites, but only need to publish commodity object information at one of the service sites (for convenience of description, the service site is referred to as a first service site, and correspondingly, if they also need to publish to other more service sites, these other service sites are referred to as second service sites), after or while publishing is complete, requirements for publication across the service sites can be submitted to the service site, and one or more second service sites can be specified that specifically need to be published. Therefore, the information mapping service end can obtain the demand information, the commodity object information published through the first service site can be mapped according to the information publishing rule of the second service site, and the mapped commodity object information can be pushed to the corresponding second service site to be published. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the first user only needs to perform a commodity object publishing operation to the first service site once and specify specific cross-site publishing demand information, where the commodity object publishing demand information may include at least one piece of second service site information, and then the information mapping service end may help the first user to complete subsequent information mapping and publishing operations.
It should be noted that the first service site and the second service site described in the embodiments of the present application do not refer to a certain service site, but are rather a relative concept. Specifically, for a specific first user, to which service site the first user directly publishes the commodity object, the service site may be referred to as a first service site. For example, as shown in fig. 2, a first user located in china issues a commodity object to a service site deployed in china by an information service system, and specifies that the commodity object needs to be issued to service sites deployed in multiple countries in southeast asia, the service site in china is referred to as a first service site, and service sites corresponding to multiple countries in southeast asia are referred to as a second service site. For a first user in russia, commodity object publishing is firstly carried out on a service site deployed in russia by the information service system, the service site deployed in russia becomes a first service site, more service sites needing to be published across sites are designated as second service sites, and the like.
In the above situation, the specific information mapping platform may be imperceptible to the first user, that is, in the whole cross-site publishing process, the information mapping platform may be transparent to the first user, the first user only needs to publish the information of the specific commodity object at one of the service sites and submit a specific cross-site publishing requirement, and then can publish to more service sites without specifically executing operations in the information mapping platform, and the first user does not need to care about the specific information mapping process, the publishing manner to more service sites, and the like. In addition, a data interface can be opened between the specific information mapping platform and each service site in advance, so that data can be transmitted between the specific information mapping platform and each service site in a mode of mutually calling a bottom layer interface function and the like, therefore, a plurality of service sites can share the same information mapping platform, and the deployment position of the mapping platform can be unlimited. For example, the mapping platform may be deployed only in a region of china, and no matter which country the first user issues commodity object information to a service site of the country, the mapping platform may acquire specific commodity object information, and perform mapping of information and information push to more service sites.
The following describes in detail a specific technical solution provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Example one
First, in the first embodiment, from the perspective of the mapping server illustrated in fig. 1, a method for publishing commodity object information is provided, and referring to fig. 3, the method may specifically include:
s301: the method comprises the steps that a mapping server side obtains commodity object information issued to a first service site, the commodity object information is associated with demand information of commodity objects issued across service sites, and the demand information is associated with at least one piece of specified second service site information.
In the first embodiment, if the first user has a need to publish information of the same commodity object across sites, the first user may first use one of the service sites as a first service site, and publish information of a specific commodity object to the first service site. The first service site may specifically include text description information, pictures, price attribute information, and the like of the submitted commodity object, and the first service site may generate a specific commodity object according to the received information, and generate unique identification information such as a corresponding ID for the commodity object.
In addition, since information publishing across service sites is involved, in the embodiment of the present application, during or after the first user publishes the commodity object through the first service site, it may be further determined whether the first user has a need to publish the commodity object information across service sites. In a specific implementation manner, in an interface provided by the first service site and used for issuing the commodity object information, an option of whether to perform cross-site issuing is provided, if the first user selects yes, a variety of selectable service site information can be provided, and the first user can select a required service site as the second service site. In this way, when the user submits specific commodity object information, the first service site may also determine whether the commodity object is associated with a demand issued by a cross-service site, and if so, may also determine information of a second service site associated therewith, and may record an association relationship between the specific commodity object information and the second service site information, and may also add a service identifier to the commodity object already issued to the first service site to indicate that the commodity object has a demand issued by a cross-service site.
Or, in another mode, after the first user completes publishing of some commodity object information, a message for inquiring whether the commodity object information needs to be published across service sites is provided to the first user through a form of a pop-up window or the like, if the first user selects yes, information of multiple service sites which can be selected can be displayed through the pop-up window, the first user can select a specific required service site as a second service site from the information, and then the selected information can be submitted to the first service site. Then, the first service site may also record an association relationship between the specific commodity object information and the second service site information in the cross-site distribution demand, and may also add a cross-site distribution identifier to the commodity object.
After the specific commodity object information is issued to the first service site and the cross-site issuing demand information is associated, the mapping service end can obtain the commodity object information and the associated cross-site issuing demand information in various ways. For example, in one mode, the method may be a mode in which the first server performs pushing, that is, after receiving specific commodity object release information and determining that the commodity object release information is associated with a cross-site release demand, the first server may actively push the commodity object information and the associated cross-site release demand information to the mapping server. Thus, for the mapping service end, the published article object information pushed by the first service site may be received, where the published article object information carries the cross-service site publishing demand information.
Or, in another mode, the mapping server may also pull the relevant information. Specifically, each service site may appear as a first service site, so that the mapping service end may obtain interface function information of multiple specific service sites in advance, and then may pull commodity object information associated with cross-service site issuing demand information issued in the first service site through the interface function of the first service site according to a certain period and other manners, respectively.
S302: according to the information release rule corresponding to the second service site, respectively mapping the commodity object information into commodity object information conforming to the corresponding information release rule;
after the mapping service end obtains the commodity object information which is specifically published to the first service site and the cross-site publishing demand information which is associated with the commodity object information, the commodity object information published in the first service site can be respectively mapped into commodity object information which accords with the rule information corresponding to each second service site according to the information publishing rule information which is associated with the second service site in the specific cross-site publishing demand information.
Specifically, when the information mapping is performed, the mapping may mainly include mapping information such as category information, text description information, price attribute information, and/or text content information included in the associated picture of the commodity object. The mapping of category information refers to the same commodity object, and may be divided into different categories in the category systems of different service sites. For example, also a certain sports shoe, may belong to the category "footwear cap" in a certain service site a, and may belong to the category "sports" in another service site B, etc. Therefore, when the information mapping is specifically performed, the category information of the commodity object may be mapped according to the category system information in the specific second service site. The text description information, the text content information included in the associated pictures, and the like mainly relate to a cross-border release scenario. For example, if the first service site is a chinese site, the information of the commodity object obtained by the mapping service end is mainly described in chinese, including a title of the commodity object, detailed description information, and the like, and in addition, some text content may be added to the commodity image, and is usually also described in chinese. However, if it needs to be released to other countries such as southeast asia, the specific information mapping process may be a process of translating the text description information, since the targeted users are mainly users of other countries. In addition, for some countries/regions, there may be some special sensitive words, and the process of specific mapping may also be a process including deleting or replacing the sensitive words, and so on. For the picture, the text content in the picture may be extracted, and after mapping processing such as translation is performed, the text content may be synthesized into the picture. In the synthesizing process, some adaptation in the aspects of font size and the like can be carried out according to the area size and the like required to be occupied by the mapped text in the picture, the situation that the text content exceeds a character display area reserved by the picture or the situation that the character display area is left blank and the like is avoided, and the overall harmony and the attractiveness of the picture are improved.
In addition, the mapping for the price attribute information may mainly include conversion according to the difference in exchange rate between different countries/regions. Of course, since the specific exchange rate usually changes dynamically, the mapping of the price attribute information may be expressed by a formula or the like, the exchange rate parameter in the formula may be set as a variable, and the specific reference may be determined by a real-time acquisition of the associated website or the like.
S303: and pushing the mapped commodity object information to corresponding second service sites respectively for issuing.
After the mapping of the commodity object information is completed, the mapping server can respectively push the mapped commodity object information to the corresponding second service sites for publishing. Specifically, when the information is pushed, the mapping server may store bottom interface function information of the second service site in advance, where the bottom interface function is used to issue commodity object information to the second service site. In this way, the interface function of the second service site can be called through the bottom layer, and the mapped commodity object information is respectively pushed to the corresponding second service sites to be issued. By the mode, information can be pushed without an upper network layer protocol, and efficiency can be improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, the second service site may be a service site of another country/region different from the country/region to which the first service site belongs. Alternatively, it may be a service site that is the same country/region as the first service site, but provides a different service, or is oriented to a different market, etc. In the former case, since information distribution is performed on commodity objects that are located across countries and regions, a problem of restricted access to a site across borders may be involved in the related art. For example, if a first user needs to distribute information of a certain commodity object to service sites of a plurality of countries/regions, it is necessary to not only generate a plurality of pieces of commodity object information that meet information distribution rules in the service sites of the respective countries/regions, but also register the commodity object information in the service sites of the respective countries/regions, and perform a distribution operation of specific information. However, if a user is in a certain country/region and visits a service site in another country/region, a problem of restricted access may be encountered. For this reason, a specific first user usually has to set up a plurality of different countries/regions with a studio, and staff members assigned to the respective countries/regions perform work for issuing merchant object information to service sites of the respective countries/regions. However, in the embodiment of the present application, since the mapping server can obtain the underlying interface function of each service site in advance, and implement information distribution to a specific service site by calling such interface function, without using an upper network layer protocol, the problem of access limitation as described above can be avoided. For a first user, only the commodity object information is published in the service site corresponding to the country/region where the first user resides and the specific cross-border publishing requirement is submitted, the mapping service end of the country/region can automatically map the information according to the requirement of the first user, and the publishing to the service sites of other countries/regions is realized by calling a bottom layer interface function. Therefore, the information publishing efficiency can be improved, the labor cost of the first user is reduced, and the consumption of various resources is reduced.
In addition, in a specific implementation, account systems in a plurality of service sites that can perform cross-site distribution may be mutually communicated, and account information registered by the first user in one of the service sites may be used as a "pass" in other associated service sites. The mapping server can also carry identification information of the associated first user when pushing the mapped commodity object information to a specific second service site, so that the specific first user identification information can be associated when the second service site publishes the specific commodity object information.
In addition, during specific implementation, when a first user publishes commodity object information to a first service site and submits a specific cross-site publishing demand, batch commodity object information publishing can be performed, and the same cross-site publishing demand information is associated. That is, there may be a plurality of commodity objects that a first user needs to publish across sites, service sites of the same country/region where the information of the commodity objects needs to be published, and so on, and at this time, the publishing of the commodity object information in batches may be completed in the first service site first. And then associating the plurality of commodity object information released in batch with the same cross-site release demand information. Therefore, the mapping server side can obtain multiple commodity object information from the first service site, and since the same cross-site publishing requirement is associated, the commodity object information can be mapped in batches and pushed to the second service site, so that the commodity object publishing efficiency is further improved.
In addition, in the case that the second service site corresponds to different countries/regions, since consumer users in specific countries/regions may have a commodity object category that is generally preferred, for example, consumer users in russian regions generally prefer a white wine commodity object, consumer users in european regions generally prefer a beer commodity object, and so on. Therefore, in the process of mapping the commodity object, the recommendation of the relevant commodity object information to the publisher user client of the commodity object information can be further performed according to the country/region corresponding to the second service site, so as to be published to the second service site. For example, if a certain merchant issues information of a certain commodity object to a first service site and specifies that a second service site issued corresponds to the russian region, it may recommend commodity object information of liquor to the merchant to be issued to the second service site (in the case where a liquor commodity object exists in a commodity object information base associated with the merchant), and so on. Through the associated recommendation mode related to the country/region to which the specific second service site belongs, the commodity object information published across the border can be more targeted.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, for a first user who has information distribution across service sites, it is no longer necessary to log in each service site to perform information distribution operation, but only one of the service sites is required to be used as a first service site, where commodity object distribution is performed, and the demand information distributed across service sites is submitted through the first service site, that is, the commodity object information distributed in the first service site can be mapped into multiple pieces of commodity object information conforming to information distribution rules in multiple second service sites by the mapping service end, and can be pushed to the second service sites for distribution. By the method, the efficiency of information publishing across service sites can be improved, for a first user, multiple pieces of commodity object information do not need to be provided for multiple service sites, and the labor cost and the time cost can be saved.
Example two
The second embodiment corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a method for publishing commodity object information from the perspective of the first service site, with reference to fig. 4, the method may specifically include:
s401: the first service site provides operation options for submitting demand information for publishing the commodity object across service sites according to the received commodity object publishing request;
during specific implementation, the operation options can be provided in an interface for filling in the information of the commodity object to be issued; or, after the release of the commodity object is completed, the user may be queried in a manner such as a pop-up window to determine whether the cross-service site release is required, and if so, an operation option specifically for submitting a cross-service site release requirement is provided.
S402: receiving the demand information through the operation options, wherein the demand information comprises at least one piece of second service site information;
s403: and establishing an association relation between the commodity object information issued to the first service site and the demand information, wherein the association relation is used for being provided for a mapping service end, the mapping service end maps the commodity object information into commodity object information which accords with an information issuing rule corresponding to the second service site, and the commodity object information is pushed to the corresponding second service site to be issued.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment also corresponds to the first embodiment, and provides a method for issuing information on a commodity object from the perspective of a second service site, referring to fig. 5, where the method specifically includes:
s501: the second service site receives commodity object information pushed by a mapping service end, wherein the commodity object information is obtained by mapping the mapping service end according to commodity object information issued to the first service site and an information issuing rule corresponding to the second service site;
s502: and issuing the commodity object information pushed by the mapping server.
In another implementation, as shown in fig. 6, the first user may also directly log in the information mapping platform to perform operations such as editing or importing the commodity object information, and may directly submit a release requirement across service sites in the mapping platform, and specify a specifically required service site, so that the information mapping platform may map the received commodity object information into information meeting rules of the service sites according to information release rules of the specific service sites, and push the information to the service sites, thereby implementing release of specific information at multiple service sites. That is, in this way, the specific information mapping platform is visible to the first user, and a corresponding user interface can be provided, so that the first user can directly submit the specific cross-site publishing requirement through the platform, without first publishing the commodity object information through a specific service site. In addition, in the case of such a first user perceivable mapping platform, the information of the commodity object that has been published to each service site may be provided to the first user through a specific interface, and a function of editing the information of the commodity object at the specific service site may be provided, including modifying the information of the commodity object, or deleting the commodity object that has been published at a certain service site, and so on.
The above scheme is described in detail by example four.
Example four
In a fourth embodiment, mainly aiming at the scheme provided in fig. 6, from the perspective of the mapping server, a method for publishing commodity object information is provided, and referring to fig. 7, the method may specifically include:
s701: the mapping server receives commodity object information to be issued and demand information of commodity objects issued across service sites, wherein the demand information is associated with a plurality of specified service site information;
in the fourth embodiment, when the first user has a need to publish the commodity object information to the plurality of service sites, the first user does not need to publish the commodity object information to a specific service site, but only needs to directly log in the mapping service end provided in the embodiment of the present application, input the information of the commodity object to be published to the mapping service end through the interface provided by the mapping service end, and specify which service sites the first user needs to publish.
S702: according to the information release rules respectively corresponding to the service sites, respectively mapping the commodity object information into commodity object information conforming to the corresponding information release rules;
s703: and pushing the mapped commodity object information to the plurality of service sites respectively for publishing.
S702 to S703 may be the same as S302 to S303 in fig. 3, and are executed as described above, and are not described in detail here.
It should be noted that, in the fourth embodiment, an account system between the specific mapping server and each service site may also be opened, the first user may log in to the mapping server by using account information registered in the specific service site, and when the mapping server pushes commodity object information to the specific service site after completing mapping of the commodity object information, the mapping server may also carry identification information such as a specific first user account name, so that the commodity object information received from the mapping server may be published to a commodity object set associated with the first user in the specific service site.
In addition, in the fourth embodiment, since a specific mapping server is perceivable to the first user, more services can be provided to the first user through the mapping server. For example, in one case, an operation option for modifying or confirming the mapped commodity object information may be provided. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the commodity object information to be pushed to the specific service site is generated by the mapping server by mapping according to the specific information publishing rule, so there may be some contents that do not completely meet the requirement of the first user, for example, a certain word may be better translated, or price attribute information in a specific service site needs to be modified, and the like. At this time, the first user can modify the specifically mapped commodity object information through the operation options, and after obtaining the confirmation operation of the first user, the first user sends the commodity object information to a specific service site for distribution.
Besides providing modification or confirmation operation options for the first user at the stage of issuing the commodity object, the method can also provide services for querying and editing commodity object information issued to a specific service site and the like for the first user after the completion of issuing. Specifically, an interface for displaying the published commodity object information may be provided, where the interface includes a plurality of tabs, and the tabs are respectively used for switching and displaying the commodity object information published to different service sites. That is to say, the first user can directly check the commodity object information specifically published to each different service site through the mapping platform, and does not need to log in to a specific service site for checking respectively.
In addition, an operation option for performing editing operation on the issued commodity object information can be provided in an interface corresponding to the tab; after receiving the editing result information aiming at the target commodity object in the target service site through the operation options, the editing result information can be synchronously pushed to the target service site. The specific editing operation may include modifying release information of the target commodity object in the target service site, or deleting the commodity object released in the target service site, and the like. For example, after a first user publishes some commodity object information to a service site through a mapping service end, there may be a need to modify and other operations of the commodity object information in the service site, including modifying specific description, price attribute information, and the like; or, due to changing the sales policy, etc., it may be necessary to delete the commodity object that has been previously published to a certain service site, etc. These requirements can be fulfilled by mapping the server without having to log into a specific service site for operation.
